Duck-Fil-A, Or, The End Of ‘Duck Dynasty’
Phil Robertson, the don of all things Duck, has stepped in it now:
In statements that threaten the A&E reality hit’s wildly popular and uplifting brand of faith, family and hunting, the Robertson patriarch said:“Everything is blurred on what’s right and what’s wrong… Sin becomes fine. Start with homosexual behavior and just morph out from there. Bestiality, sleeping around with this woman and that woman and that woman and those men.” Robertson then paraphrased Corinthians from the Bible:“Don’t be deceived. Neither the adulterers, the idolaters, the male prostitutes, the homosexual offenders, the greedy, the drunkards, the slanderers, the swindlers—they won’t inherit the kingdom of God. Don’t deceive yourself. It’s not right.”
And if that wasn’t explicit enough, the “Duck Commander” added:“It seems like, to me, a vagina—as a man—would be more desirable than a man’s anus. That’s just me. I’m just thinking: There’s more there! She’s got more to offer. I mean, come on, dudes! You know what I’m saying? But hey, sin: It’s not logical, my man. It’s just not logical.”
The magazine suggested Robertson’s son Jep endorsed his family’s beliefs:“We’re not quite as outspoken as my dad, but I’m definitely in line. If somebody asks, I tell ’em what the Bible says.”
Imagine that: openly pious Evangelical Christian duck hunters from northeastern Louisiana holding to normative Christian views about sexuality, and express that somewhat crudely. History’s Greatest Monsters!
Seriously, it’s probably over for the Duck Dynasty now. The Robertsons have touched the third rail of American media culture. The only way A&E holds on to them is because they’re cash cows. But it’s going to be hard for the family. I hope they’re ready for what’s coming. Wonder if you can get a serving duck down at the Chick-fil-A?

It's a show with a message__a sort of cross between Andy of Mayberry and the Beverly Hillbillies, it's up to the viewer to find the message and different viewers will find different messages of course..

The third rail__brilliant analogy on someones part.

It's a show worth watching a few times.

Not many ducks though.

Gaybangers already pulled the boycott Chik-Fil-A and how did that turn out? LOL. Go ahead and boycott and see if their ratings don't go higher than they already are...

Willie Robertson for any political office he would like to run for at least he understands how to have a successful company, understands what family values are, and isn't afraid to stand for something!

Domino's 'DomiCopter' drone can deliver two large pepperonis
Nidhi Subbaraman NBC News

June 3, 2013 at 7:18 PM ET

On a lunch break last month, a small custom-built octacopter made a 10-minute flight through the city of Guildford, outside of London. Its special cargo: two large pepperoni pizzas.

The delivery was masterminded by a T + Biscuits, an English creative agency that was hired by Domino's to test prototypes.

"We're looking at making flying pizzas a possibility," Tom Hatton, Master Brewer and founder of T + Biscuits, told NBC News.

A pizza delivering drone smells deliciously similar to the fabled TacoCopter — a taco delivery app which, to the Internet's disappointment, ended up being just a concept design — but Hatton insists the "DomiCopter" is the real deal. "We're serious about it," he said.

Still, don't hold your breath for a local copter-powered delivery system coming anytime soon. The daily business of T + Biscuits has more to do with mobile apps than logistics and safety regulations, and while the video certainly demonstrates that the pizzas did fly, the firm and its client likely did it more for publicity than for revolutionizing the delivery game, at least for now

Volume sales, automation, and low labor costs. A warehouse where no customers go is a lot easier to run than a store. Target has a HUGE warehouse here. When you go inside it looks like something out of Star Wars.

We had the Saudi princess here, attending UCF who enjoyed beating the sht out of her slave girl__she left on the Bin Laden flight though. Prior we had Fahd, King Faisal's kid who had the top two floors at the Royal Plaza (Disney) and brought dozens of servants and body guards along on the annual pilgrimage. There was violence towards the servants there also.

Good help is hard to find when you don't pay them eh?

Surprised that the Indian gal was trying to get over on US customs__truth might come out in a day or two__India is complicated with, Hindus, Moslems, Sihks and lesser known's. and all can be shifty.when it comes to money management.

The leftists will stutter and "yeah, but" when they find out the Robertson's adopted a biracial (a brown baby for those of you in Missoula) child 11 years ago.

"[E]ven if the show ended tomorrow, the [redneck, hillbilly] Robertsons will be just fine as the family's hunter aid business will net them around $45 million this year alone."

Well, it's an interesting story however, this outrage and claim of diplomatic immunity speaks to the caste system wherein only the poor in India are treated this way. She doesn't have diplomatic immunity regarding our laws of employment. Apparently the maid went missing in June and hired a lawyer. I do think that $250,000 bond is excessive though.
She lied on the visa application saying she is paying her $4500 a month and she was paying her $500 or so a month.
This diplomatic immunity thing is weird anyway; you should still have to abide by the laws of the country you're in.
