Get an education for Pete's sake and actually read the End Polluter Welfare Act. It breaks down many (not all) of the oil subsidies quite nicely.
Then you shouldn't have any problem describing them to us.

First, you have to be able to define a subsidy, though. You seem to not be able to do that. You think something like a lowwer tax is a subsidy.

I posted this earlier but to refresh your memory and educate you on where these monies go to.
Oil-related subsidies go to..
The single largest expenditure is just over $1 billion for the Strategic Petroleum Reserve, which is designed to protect the U.S. from oil shortages. Maybe you like to walk everywhere but the benefactor is the American people.
The second largest category is just under $1 billion in tax exemptions for farm fuel. This is not money paid to anyone but a waiver of highway tax that is included in gas prices as farm equipment doesn't use the highway. I see NO benefit to the oil companies.
The third largest category?$570 million for the Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program -you want to cut this one?
NOW a look at those special tax breaks oil companies get that other manufactures don't...
is a manufacturer’s tax deduction that is defined in Section 199 of the IRS code. This is a tax credit designed to keep manufacturing in the U.S., but it isn’t specific to oil companies. It is a tax credit enjoyed by highly profitable companies like Microsoft and Apple, and even foreign companies that operate factories in the U.S. Further, the deduction for oil companies is already limited. Apple is able to take a 9% manufacturer’s tax deduction, but ExxonMobil is only allowed to take a 6% deduction.

So what is this credit you are talking about????

Eliminate the Bush era "manufacturing" DEDUCTION that allows gas and oil companies to claim they are 'manufacturers' and benefit from huge tax deductions aimed at manufacturing in America.

Eliminate special rules for oil and gas wells that accelerates deductions for oil.

End the 5-year carryback for marginal oil and natural gas well PRODUCTION CREDIT.

Terminate last-in, first-out method of inventory for oil, natural gas and coal companies.

Eliminate percentage depletion which allows oil and gas companies to DEDUCT 15 percent of their sales revenues to reflect

So if you like your presciption drugs--you might not be able to keep them either. Oh that O'bama cares. Wasn't it the liberals saying that people had to chose between eating and getting their pharma? so they needed to pass O'bamacare? now what? I get it. All news media are liars and only you are correct.
You really are a fool
Let's see who's the fool.

There is an article with a general statement about a lawyer and a very high level apellate case without any specifics, and gets less than one column inch coverage. Then, in this same article, there is this same lawyer with details like who, what, when, where, and how much for other cases.
Now, put yourself in the place of being the editor of the paper.
A writer hands you an article about some lawyer with a weak, almost non-existent description of a case of federal law before an apellate court, and also very detailed descriptions of other cases that wouldn't total up to one month's mortgage that most likely were settled out of court.
What are you going to tell that author?
You're going to tell himi that any reader with any sense will assume he's lying about the big case because the details that should be with the big case are with the insignificant cases. Rewrite. Put the details of the big case before I mop the floor with your sorry ass.
The cases described without any details that can be verified are lies.

Obama has never seen the inside of a courtroom as a lawyer.

Disagree?

Tell me you actually have more than that?
Do you mean that bio he signed off on for almost 20 years saying he was born in Kenya?
Or, do you mean the bio printed in the Harvard Law Review when he was editor?

Perhaps you could be talking about when he was running for the US Senate and his opponent accused him of being born in Kenya.
What was his answer to that accusation during that debate?
"So what. I'm running for the US Senate, not to be president."

Two bios he signed off on, one of which he was the goddam editor of the publication, and his statement in a goddam debate.

So, when Obama said he was born in Kenya, was he lying? Or, was Obama lying when he said he was born in Hawaii?

You are such a dumb butt-YOU could not PROVE anything they said wasn't true -so stop the dodging.

The annual bill for oil-related subsidies is 4.2 billion. I accounted for the majority of these subsidies and you are whining about a very little amount. So look at those major outlays I posted and tell me what you want to remove.

Notice yours failed to have any numbers.

Are you suggesting oil companies move their business off shore? Deny them tax breaks the that other manufacture receives and another country will get their business and gas prices will be through the roof-do you ever think anything through?

This from the same STUPID person who claimed that 10 billion was no big deal.

You may want to look at this study done by Medical Board of California.

Fewer and More Specialized: A New Assessment of Physician Supply in California

Read more: http://www.chcf.org/publications/2009/06/fewe...

It was discovered that only 34% of the doctors are primary care providers the rest are specialist.

If the numbers had stayed the same since the report and has not got worse there is 59 GPs per 100,000 population.

Now if you remove 70% of these, you end up with around 12 doctors per 100,000.
