Imaginary bow and arrow gets student in trouble...

and this...

"A fifth grader in [Pennsylvania] has been suspended for shooting an imaginary arrow at a classmate. The 10-year-old also faces possible expulsion. The Rutherford Institute, which is defending Johnny Jones, says he was told he violated the school’s zero tolerance policy on weapons. They’re working to get the suspension reversed and lifted from his permanent record.

On Friday night’s The Kelly File, defense attorney Jonna Spilbor reacted to the ordeal.“Here’s how ridiculous it is. If we’re going to punish this poor kid for pretending to shoot a bow and arrow, let’s ticket his parents for parking their unicorn in a fire zone.”

Nobody's putting all the blame on Bush Carol although his philosophy of deregulation that trickled down to federal oversight and eased off on banks and mortgage brokers. He did to his credit sign the Sarbanes-Oxley Act but when SEC head William Donaldson tried to boost regulation of mutual and hedge funds, he was blocked by Bush's advisers at the White House as well as other powerful Republicans and quit.
There are others that share the blame;
Angelo Mozilo who co-founded Countrywide in 1969 and built it into the largest mortgage lender in the U.S. Countrywide wasn't the first to offer exotic mortgages to borrowers with a questionable ability to repay them. In its all-out embrace of such sales, however, it did legitimize the notion that practically any adult could handle a big fat mortgage. In the wake of the housing bust, which toppled Countrywide and IndyMac Bank (another company Mozilo started), the executive's lavish pay package was criticized by many, including Congress.
Phil Gramm who as chairman of the Senate Banking Committee from 1995 through 2000, Gramm was Washington's most prominent and outspoken champion of financial deregulation. He played a leading role in writing and pushing through Congress the 1999 repeal of the D October congressional hearing that he had "made a mistake in presuming" that financial firms could regulate themselves. His super low interest rates and disdain for regulation was a major cause of the collapse.
And certainly Bill Clinton deserves some criticism for signing Gramm Leach Bliley but his veto would likely have been overturned. Your darling conservatives were all in favor of this disastrous law and its biggest critics were liberals like Paul Wellstone and Byron Dorgan.
And by the way Carol I've taken both macro and microeconomics in college.

In some cases, the use of drugs in pregnancy carries benefits that outweigh the risks of over posting racism.
For example, high fever is harmful for the Magic Shinnyingelect0n in the early months, thus the use of racist terms is generally associated with lower risk of intelligence.

Please list the legislation the Democrats passed in the first 9 months of 2007 that created this recession.
I keep asking., You keep running.
from Lois Lane, Bush tried to staunch the bleeding, Bawney Frank stomped his little feet and held his breath til' his face turned blue and here we are:

In 1999, liberals were bragging about extending affirmative action to the financial sector hailing the Clinton administration's affirmative action lending policies.

Meanwhile, economists were screaming from the rooftops that the Democrats were forcing mortgage lenders to issue loans that would fail the moment the housing market slowed and deadbeat borrowers couldn't get out of their loans by selling their houses.

Bush's White House chief economist, N. Gregory Mankiw, warned that the government's "implicit subsidy" of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac combined with loans to unqualified borrowers was creating a huge risk for the entire financial system.

The New York Times reported that Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac were "under heavy assault by the Republicans" but these entities still had "important political allies" in the Democrats.

In 2005 the Republican Congress House GOP leaders put forward H.R. 1461, Federal Housing Finance Reform Act of 2005. The bill would have stripped control of Fannie & Freddie from the Housing and Urban Development Department which had turned it into a regulatory farce.

The bill also introduced advocacy provisions¯ barring money from Fannie & Freddie

No one has read the Affordable Care Act except a hoard of lawyers licking their chops.
However, the majority of young people are rejecting it.
Others are finding signing up too confusing or the costs too expensive.
How is it going to float without 7 million people willingly paying the higher costs?
We do not know how many people are going to forego healthcare. The Obama administration has estimated that only 2.7 million 18-30 year-olds need to join the exchanges in 2014 for the health care program to work. That is a relatively small number considering there are about 45 million in that age group residing in the U.S. Everyone needs to just sit back and let things fall in place instead of trying to foretell the future. It's detrimental. If the Affordable Care Act is a success, it will be a tremendous step forward for America. IMO, we should be hoping for the best.
