You should be sending him a Thank You note for the reduction in crime that "stop and frisk" law has created.

The change with it gone will just be an increase in crime nitwit.

Nothing was said about compensation. Just that all employees will lose their coverage in 2015.
All insurance companies are required under ObamaCare to report to the IRS the name, address, identification number and type of policy purchased by every customer along with a determination whether the insurance was “government-approved” for purposes of complying with Obamacare’s individual mandate.
The IRS will receive massive new amounts of personal health information from virtually all Americans. The agency’s ability to manage the health records it already receives has come under scrutiny.
An unnamed healthcare provider in California is suing the IRS and 15 unnamed agents alleging that they improperly seized some 60 million medical records of 10 million Americans including medical records of all California state judges on March 11, 2011.
Of course, these allegations raise concerns about the IRS’s competence to manage the confidential health details of millions of American citizens.
Also, the ACA has at least 500 provisions and more than 40 amend or add provisions to the tax code. This will require hundreds of additional IRS agents and thousands of taxpayers' dollars.
You see the problem...
It's just not true. The IRS is not "receiving personal health information". That claim has been debunked over and over again.

It was nutcase Bachmann who made the claim "So the IRS will have the ability potentially ...to deny health care, to deny access, to delay health care” and conservatives took her crazed statement and ran with it.

Do you really want to hang your hat on someone like Michele Bachmann who claims "We are running out of rich people in this country" or "the president of the United States will be taking a trip over to India that is expected to cost the taxpayers $200 million a day." Think about it.

As far as hiring more agents. I'll give you credit for saying "hundreds" rather than "thousands" as some have claimed. However, it is still a conservative lie put out by the Republicans on the House Ways and Means committee. Nothing more than partisan analysis based on guesswork and false assumptions. Certainly administering the tax credits — may require the hiring of a few more agents but the bulk of hiring will be for clerks, accountants, computer programmers, telephone help line personnel and other support staff. Not "agents". Currently, they represent less than 25 percent of all IRS workers. I don't see that changing. The bottom line is...no one knows how additional IRS personnel will be needed. There really isn't much for them to do. They receive a simple form from the insurance companies, just like a W-2 issued by an employer, and process it. Pretty simple.

And, the California case involving the 2011 IRS raid had nothing to do with accessing health records. They had a warrant for tax records. Rather difficult to determine at the scene exactly what contains tax records and what doesn't. Under HIPAA, organizations are only required to report incidents of data loss IF the risk of compromise is low. Seems conservatives are so stuck on conspiracy theories they no longer have any common sense. It's another House committee witch hunt.

Last winter, shortly after President Obama won his second term in office, many Republicans rallied behind a pair of election-rigging plans designed to make it virtually impossible for a Democrat to win White House again. Though the two plans differ in important ways, the crux of both plans is to rig the Electoral College by requiring blue states to award a significant portion of their electoral votes to Republican presidential candidates — all while ensuring that red states will award 100 percent of their electoral votes to the Republican as well. Though these election-rigging plans appeared dead after a wave of Republican officials came out against them, one of them has just returned to life in California.

On November 22, a man named Hal Nickle filed a proposed ballot initiative in California which would change the way that state allocates electoral votes to ensure that a large chunk of California’s 55 electors go to the GOP, even though Californians consistently prefer Democratic candidates to Republicans. Rather than allocating all of California’s electoral votes to the winner of the state as a whole, as nearly all states currently award their votes, the election-rigging initiative would allocate the states votes proportionally according to the percentage of votes won by each candidate. Thus, if this plan had been in effect in 2012, Mitt Romney would have received 37.12 percent of California’s electors — adding 20 to his overall total.

The trick behind this proposal is that if would only change the law in California, while leaving red states free to award all of their electors to the Republican:

Further proof that a Republican can't win without stealing.
