The Bradford County Sheriff's Office drug unit said it secured an arrest warrant Monday for Barry Moore, the mayor of the city of Hampton.

After determining Moore was at a home in Polk County, deputies said a coordinated effort between both agencies resulted in his arrest at 4:50 p.m.

During an unrelated investigation, the Sheriff's Office said a deputy received information alleging the mayor was selling prescription medication. That information was presented to the Bradford County sheriff's drug unit, which in turn began an extended investigation.

Deputies said the investigation revealed Moore obtained and then sold some oxycodone. Deputies said an arrest warrant was signed by a judge with a bond of $45,000.

No outrage? Nothing? Just "it's illegal to practice Christianity" so we have to accept it for what it is?
Good thing Christians were so expendable in Roman times to be thought of as sport.
I'm really trying to get your train of thought here, flack, but it eludes me with these kinds of posts.
As long as it's not happening here is a dangerous frame of mind if we turn a blind eye to barbaric evil everywhere else.

You really are dumber than sh*t. Pain killers , approved FDA drugs, sold everyday on the black market.
In 2009, there were nearly 4.6 million drug-related visits to U.S. emergency rooms nationwide, with more than half due to adverse reactions to prescription medications – most of which were being taken exactly as prescribed. This is what happens in a society when doctors are over whelmed. They treat with pharma. This is going to be the entire western medicine model under O'bamacare. As O'bama said: take a pill. Kids love the anti-depressants, it isn't only oxy, Pile.
I would stop showing your stupidity Pile, I have over 20 thousand hours on this 'western medicine' and pharmageddon problem.
Continue on if you would like to look even more ignorant, as evidenced by your above post.

Obama Lies to Heckler

Obama repeated [an obvious lie] on Monday that he will not take executive actions to halt deportations of undocumented immigrants, saying that such unilateral action would "violate our laws." "We are a nation of laws – that’s part of our tradition."

Who the f**k is this guy trying to kid? He's violated "our laws" and traditions since Day One.

"Affecting their choice" is a subject with any insurance purchase. Of course you check out the providers before choosing a policy.
I don't believe these people when they say there are no options that include their doctors.
the provisions of the Anti-American Communist Act force insurers to ration care and accept only doctors and hospitals willing to work for substandard reimbursement...

in fact, ObamaKKKare policies provide little real insurance, because often the copay is the only reimbursement received by the doctor...

Renaming Persia
What’s in a name?
The name Persia is actually a Latin derivation used mainly by Westerners to describe the region roughly equivalent to that of present day Iran.
In truth during the rise and fall of the Persian Empire the land was known to its people as 'Aryanam', which is equated to the current “Iran” in the proto -Iranian language.
During the reign of the Sassanids it became Eran – meaning "land of the Aryans".
Aryan by definition meant anyone speaking any of the Indo-European languages, including that of the Iranians. Unfortunately, with the rise of Hitler in the 1930’s, "Aryan" came to be associated with the Nazi definition: being of Non-Jewish Caucasian descent, especially the blue eyed, blond haired Nordic races that Hitler himself favored and hoped to make a master race.
Iran VS Persia:
In fact, in 1935, Dr Hjalmar Schacht, the Nazi Economics minister noted the Aryan origin of the Persians and encouraged the Persian Reza Shah Pahlavi to ask foreign delegates to use the term Iran, "land of Aryans" instead of Persia.
As the New York Times explained at the time, "At the suggestion of the Persian Legation in Berlin, the Tehran government, on the Persian New Year, March 21, 1935, substituted Iran for Persia as the official name of the country.
Defenders of the name change, point to its use by the Greek historians citing that "Aryan" means "noble". Many also felt that calling something or someone Persian was dated and somewhat restrictive.
There was a need to unify the people of this land under one nation, Iran, thus encompassing the other ethnicities, such as the Kurds or Turks, residing in former Persia. In its decision it was influenced by the Nazi revival of interest in the various Aryan races, cradled in ancient Persia. As the Ministry of Foreign Affairs set forth in its memorandum on the subject,'Perse,' the French designation of Persia, connoted the weakness and tottering independence of the country in the nineteenth century, when it was the chessboard of European imperialistic rivalry.
'Iran,' by contrast, conjured up memories of the vigor and splendor of its historic past."
This change, however, evoked much opposition and confusion as Persians felt that the term damaged their cultural heritage and aligned them with pro Nazi sentiment.
Additionally, all too often Iran was confused with their neighboring Arab state of Iraq, so much that during World War II, Winston Churchill called to enforce continuation of the term of Persia when dealing with political documentation. Even today, in an effort to separate themselves, those opposed to the current government in Iran continue to refer to themselves as Persian.
In 1959, the work of Professor Ehsan Yarshater, editor of Encyclopedia Iranica, propagated a move to use Persia and Iran interchangeably which was approved by Mohammad Reza Shah.
Iranians are not Arabs.

The rest of the world didn't believe the Holocaust was going on until they discovered the concentration camps and the horror Jews experienced after the war.

Even Hitler's top military plotted an intricate plan to assassinate him and take back Germany just because they knew about the Jews.

So how many atrocities have to be committed against people of another faith in other parts of the world before we gasp in shock?

This is from today's USA Today;
Various news organizations are refuting the existence of an alleged phenomenon known as the "Knockout Game" that has been the subject of media warnings in recent weeks.
According to reports by CNN, the Today show, this news organization and others, the game takes place when a young person randomly assaults a stranger in an attempt to knock them out with one punch.
But police officials in several cities where the attacks have been reported say the Knockout Game is an urban myth, and that attacks that have received recent attention in the media have been random assaults, the New York Times is reporting.
"We're trying to determine whether or not this is a real phenomenon," the news organization quotes New York police commissioner Raymond Kelly as saying. "I mean, yes, something like this can happen. But we would like to have people come forward and give us any information they have."
A column on reports that while the game does exist, there is no hard data to support the notion that it is a growing trend that has reached epidemic levels. It also refutes the suggestion by some news organizations that some of the attacks have been racially motivated.
The Slate piece makes reference to another piece on the website that says,'Nobody seems to have any evidence that it's spreading, or that it's new, or that it's racially motivated."
The piece continues, "Most sources claim that it is spreading, and a number of sources claim that it is racially motivated. But how do they know? Where are they getting their data from?"
PHILADELPHIA (CBS)– Mayor Michael Nutter was joined by other city leaders Monday evening in an attempt to stop the so-called “Knockout Game” from spreading to Philadelphia.

Nutter was joined by Police Commissioner Charles Ramsey, as they discussed the so-called game in which a person is randomly assaulted, while another person films it with their phone or other device.

With cases reported in other U.S. cities, including New York, Mayor Nutter says the city is working to stay ahead of the problem, but needs parents to do their part.

“This is not a game. You can seriously injure or possibly kill someone. Your child’s life will be dramatically changed, and probably yours as well as a parent. So let’s cut out the nonsense. There are many other things that people can do to enjoy themselves. This is not one of them,” Nutter said.

The Mayor says that anyone caught taking part in the “knockout” game will face charges ranging from aggravated assault up to third degree murder, but that’s not all.

“You’re also hurting another human being for no reason at all. There’s no excuse for this kind of behavior, it will not be tolerated here in the city. We will do everything we can to both prevent, but if someone does engage, we will catch you. You’ll be prosecuted, and your life will be changed dramatically,” he said.

Drugs have side effects & risks. The more they are prescribed, the more are subject to these risks. i.e. over prescribing is a factor.
But you are the one propagating O'bamacare and making excuses for all that pharma on the streets--what do you think O'bamacare medicine is? There are numerous repercussions to a society that eats, breathes, and sleeps prescription medications. When did we go from a society that is more concerned about 'healthcare aka pharma' than they are about jobs? As with every other socialized country, medicating the masses never works.
