Neither is there any detail on what type of law enforcement and/or audit activities would justify the release of the personal information, or who exactly is authorized to make such a determination.

Agreed. Lying to an Infidel is considered an honorable activity among Muslims.

Look at the proud cluck lying Muslim in the Oval Office.

350 million Infidels and they're all a captive audience to his treachery. Allah Akbar!

It wouldn't have changed a bad deal into a good deal but an American citizen would be back home with his wife and children.
It was such a bad deal and only the Iranians benefit from it that releasing the American would have at least proven this administration doesn't abandon all Americans.
It seems to me that being an American abroad once held a certain level of security knowing that Uncle Sam would come and get you if anybody messed with an American.

That is now gone and it started with Jimmy Earl Carter when the Iranians made a complete peanut farmer fool out of him. Since then, the situation seems to have deteriorated even further. In fact, kidnapping an American is a great form of insult to America used by terrorist groups around the world. They seem to clearly understand that Uncle Sam is wearing pink nowadays and has become an emasculated eunuch kowtowing to any town drunk that comes along.

Section 1251 of the Affordable Care Act's "grandfather” provision allowing people to keep their existing plans if they liked them was subsequently interpreted by the Obama administration so narrowly to prevent most plans from gaining this protection.
"The Departments’ mid-range estimate is that 66 percent of small employer plans and 45 percent of large employer plans will relinquish their grandfather status by the end of 2013,” wrote the administration on page 34,552 of the Register.
All in all, more than half of employer-sponsored plans will lose their “grandfather status” and get canceled. According to the Congressional Budget Office, 156 million Americans—more than half the population—was covered by employer-sponsored insurance in 2013.

The challenge made was to show that anyone has died from "emissions" according to their death certificate. My point was to show that even when someone dies of known Black Lung disease, the death certificate does not list that as the cause of death.
Point being, clueless one, the fact that "emissions" isn't listed as the cause of death on the death certificate, does not change the FACT that thousands have died as the result of coal plant emissions.
Only an idiot would try to claim that emissions from coal plants hasn't been linked to health issues and deaths.
"Coal-fired power plants are the single-largest source of U.S. electricity, providing 37% of the total last year. They also emit a disproportionately large share of greenhouse gases — far more that natural gas counterparts. While they provided 18% of all energy consumed nationwide in 2012, they accounted for 31% of energy-related carbon-dioxide emissions, according to the U.S. Energy Information Administration."
http://www.usatoday.com/story/news/nation/201...
You are trying to cover your embarrassment by calling coal dust an 'emission'. Go for it but coal dust is...well,....dust.

You earlier complain about the devastation of Black Lung but you now write "...that even when someone dies of known Black Lung disease, the death certificate does not list that as the cause of death."

OK. If it's not listed on the Death Certificate then how did you get any useable statistics to complain about Black Lung in the first place?

Slow down. Going in circles at too high a rate of speed can do great damage. Calm down and enjoy your stupidity:)

It's astonishing to me how you can overlook the undeniable deception and corruption going on right under both of our noses and still worry so much about one conservative who was wrong one time and did whatever it took to make it right.
Is Obama going to make any of this right?
Once Carol? He's been arrested when he was caught trying to improperly gain access to Senator Mary Landrieu’s telephones. He could only attend the CPAC meeting after he posted bail on felony charges in Louisiana. He was caught trying to seduce and humiliate then-CNN reporter Abbie Boudreau. He was punked to accept crackpipe money and in an effort to uncover voter fraud, he likely committed it himself. He's been associated with racist groups and was photographed at a 2006 conference on "Race and Conservatism" that featured leading white nationalists.

Something your hero George W Bush could never accomplish.

So, let the right whiners have a fit because Obama has yet another success in foreign relations & keeping us out of war. Yes war, you remember Bush trying to get us to attack Iran right after the Iraq invasion.

Obama's multilateral sanctions created the unrest among the Iranian people to fore these talks.

Brings back memories of Bush's Iranian sanctions while Cheney's Halliburton was working in Iran to help develop their oil that they sold to funding to send IEDs to Iraq to kill our soldiers.

Yet, the fascist radical leftwing Democrat Socialists like you have no problem with the Obama Regime systemically using the people's government to:

- intimidate media that isn't part of the Ministry of Propaganda (Fox News James Rosen)- "Eric Holder Signed Off On Search Warrant For James Rosen Emails: NBC News - http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2013/05/23/eric... - IRS denying people's rights because they had suspected conservative group affiliations

- State Department / Benghazi Cover-up

- Fast & Furious cover-up (Obama/Holder lied, people died)

There's too many for me to type! Obama's government abuses power like a sailor drinks when on leave, and all you worry about is refuting a woman on this thread?

However, only you would call someone who graduated from the Secret Service training academy with honors and won a Department of Justice recognition award for excellence in federal investigations a scumbag.
Only you would call someone who became an instructor at the Secret Service Training Academy and the project manager of an investigative tactics training program, subsequently teaching incoming trainees a scumbag.
Only you would call someone who was assigned to the U.S. Presidential Protection Division during George W. Bush's term and remained on protective duty after Barack Obama became U.S. President as the highest ranking member of his operational shift of agents a scumbag.
Only you would call someone who was designated as lead agent for coordination of the President Obama's trip to Prague, Czech Republic; the lead agent for the President's visit to Jakarta, Indonesia; and to an active war zone in Afghanistan a scumbag.
Only you would call someone who was awarded a series of commendations and left the protective detail as one of the most distinguished agents in their history a scumbag.
But, otherwise, yes, the same Don Bongino is the hopeful congressman.
Well Carol, Republican Ed Rogers, a former Reagan White House staffer and GOP political consultant has a whole different take on this guy.
"The N.Y. Post’s “Page Six” ran an article today about former Secret Service agent Dan Bongino’s new book about President Obama. The article quotes Bongino as he portrays himself as some kind of noble whistleblower from within the Obama bubble. Gag me. Republicans and patriots everywhere should boycott Bongino’s book in every way: Don’t buy it, don’t read it, don’t quote it. I think writing such a book is extremely bad form, and I am certainly one Republican who will do nothing to support the man who wrote this book. I think he has disqualified himself for any job where loyalty, trust and fidelity are important.
Bongino has brought shame to the Secret Service and done a disservice to the president of the United States. It’s bad enough that future book writers are everywhere among us in Washington. Everyone has had to learn to tailor their remarks in order to anticipate how an author will characterize them in a book about “insider” Washington. White House staff and Cabinet members supply enough kiss-and-tells and self-serving accounts of what goes on inside the White House. But one of the president’s personal bodyguards writing a book that betrays the trust between the Secret Service and the commander in chief is beyond the pale. And as everybody in Washington knows, I have a pretty big pale."
ABC News ran a story about the upcoming book and Bongino’s campaign for a congressional seat in Maryland in which they quoted another former Secret Service agent as saying,“He’s [Bongino’s] trying to draw attention to himself and he’s hijacking the Secret Service brand. That’s all he’s got going for him.”
But then again you're a big fan of right wing punk James O'Keefe so it's not surprising that you'd cheer on this weasel too.

Oh, sorry, you prefer your finger. Lets see what else would you like to see nobama to control? The press so they would quit pointing out his lies and failures, the military's budget, so he can gut it further, the voting laws to control those who dare vote against him. I know, higher Federal Income taxes on those filthy rich you busted their fannies, you know those those filthy rich mechanics, and carpenters, and electricians who do not piss their money away, instead take care of their families, buy homes, take care of their kids, pay taxes, donate to charities or churches of their choice.

Eed is the typical example of the uninformed, uneducated right whiner. Eed wants his toilet paper laced with chemicals, his food full of bacteria, his water polluted because we can't have the federal government involved in anything.

Eed talks about the working people while defending the idea that the wealthy keep getting wealthier & those working people keep losing ground. This is the Right whiner way - throw money the rich & hope some trickles down to those who actually work for a living.

Pollution from vehicles is also a concern. That is why the EPA has regulations regarding this with emission control. Emissions are a major factor in the desire for higher mpg vehicles & options like CNG, electric, hydrogen powered cars.

To start with I said nothing about my situation. Please check pit the story in the Spokane Spokesman Review as to how nobamakare will affect folks choice of the doctor and the hospital they use. Folks in this area are faced with the fact that their doctor and their hospital will no longer be covered period.
You are correct, there is nothing in nobamakare that says you can not go to the doctor you want to, it simply says the insurance you pay for will not honor charges from that doctor.
Get your head out of your stoopid ass.

The ACA does not dictate to insurance companies which drs & hospitals are included.

"Affecting their choice" is a subject with any insurance purchase. Of course you check out the providers before choosing a policy.

I don't believe these people when they say there are no options that include their doctors.
