Another Obama agency out of control, just like the IRS, InJustice Department & State Department.
This Obama government is nothing but a bunch of rookies, like Obama himself who don't have clue.
A bunch of thugs.

All part of the modeling that warned of these types of scenarios. Yet head in the sand tea baggers choose to ignore it.

Washington (CNN)-- Hackers have attempted more than a dozen cyber attacks against the Obamacare website, according to a top Homeland Security Department official.
The attacks, which are under investigation, failed, said the official.
Authorities also are investigating a separate report of a tool designed to put heavy strain on HealthCare.gov through a so-called distributed denial of service. It does not appear to have been activated.
"We received about 16 reports from HHS that are under investigation and one open source report about a denial of service," according to Acting Assistant Homeland Security Secretary Roberta Stempfley of the Office of Cybersecurity and Communications.

There were 9 Democrats who voted with the majority of Republicans on the Jobs and Growth Tax Relief Reconciliation Act of 2003.

Ironically, in 2010, more Democrats ended up voting to extend the Bush Tax Cuts than did Republicans.

The DDOS program, called "Destroy Obama Care," was recently spotted on a "torrent" file sharing web page, and first reported last week on a blog by Arbor Networks, which said it found no evidence the program had actually been launched to attack the troubled federal portal for consumers to shop for health coverage.
"We have not monitored any attacks. We have not seen any sizable, or anything to believe that these problems are related to DDOS," said Dan Holden director of security research for Arbor Networks, adding "I don't believe that the problems with the site's availability is due to any kind of DDOS attack."

In a separate hearing, a top Health and Human Services official, Chief Information Officer Frank Baitman, said his department had engaged an "ethical hacker" on staff to test the defenses of the health care site.
The hacker discovered between seven and 10 items related to attempted security breaches which were disclosed in a report.
Baitman said he would not describe these items as serious and said the majority had been resolved.
The use of hackers employed to test on line site security is common, Holden said.

WASHINGTON — President Barack Obama's health care law risks coming unglued because of his administration's bungles and his own inflated promises.

But even after Obama gets the enrollment website working, count on new controversies. On the horizon is the law's potential impact on job-based insurance. Its mandate that larger employers offer coverage will take effect in 2015.

"There's been nothing normal about this law from the start," said Larry Levitt, an insurance expert with the nonpartisan Kaiser Family Foundation.

Younger, healthier customers probably don't see much reason to spend their time tangling with the website. To hold down costs, the law aims for a mix that includes a hefty proportion of younger enrollees whose medical expenses are low.

The number of people losing their employer-covered health insurance by 2015 hasn't hit the fan yet.

Sure would help to avoid further angst and confusion if someone had psychic abilities and could foresee the summer of 2014.

We could just be overwhelmed now and get a unanimous consensus in Congress to either repeal Obamacare or impeach Obama.

But guess we're going to have to suffer through the next six to seven months together and gradually become overwhelmed one day at a time.

At least 39 Democrats see the light now. Even if it's just to save their own political careers.

But it's a good start.

Does Obama and his elite inner circle truly believe people are going to flock to the website when and if it's ever up and running and young people even care anymore?

Seems Obamacare is sucking the air right out of this thread too.

The few die-hard liberals have nothing to say in defense of the law, this president and congressional democrats - and conservatives are just anticipating everything we said was going to happen five years ago.

But maybe it's just a slow night.

What I think is interesting is that:

Obama made it a law that you HAVE to have insurance, thereby CREATING the necessity for people to use the website. Now the people, who by law have to get insurance, start using the and the dems say that that proves that people WANT the insurance plans that Obamacare is offering. In reality it's not as much that they WANT Obamacare, they are being FORCED to use Obamacare. The dems are really good at creating the demand for their services.

I just found this:

The Obama-Biden Plan:

"End the Practice of Writing Legislation Behind Closed Doors: As president, Barack Obama will restore the American people's trust in their government by making government more open and transparent. Obama will work to reform congressional rules to require all legislative sessions, including committee mark-ups and conference committees, to be conducted in public. By making these practices public, the American people will be able to hold their leaders accountable for wasteful spending and lawmakers won't be able to slip favors for lobbyists into bills at the last minute."

http://change.gov/agenda/ethics_agenda/

Here's an even better one:

"End Abuse of No-Bid Contracts: Barack Obama and Joe Biden will end abuse of no-bid contracts by requiring that nearly all contract orders over $25,000 be competitively awarded."

(I wonder why this didn't apply when it came to setting up the Obamacare wbsite)
Whatever

More from "The Obama-Biden Plan":

Restore Fiscal Discipline to Washington

"Reinstate PAYGO Rules: Obama and Biden believe that a critical step in restoring fiscal discipline is enforcing pay-as-you-go (PAYGO) budgeting rules which require new spending commitments or tax changes to be paid for by cuts to other programs or new revenue."

How does this match up with their repeated "we have to raise the debt ceiling" mentality?

It's like Al Sharpton screaming racism all the time. He needs to do that to continue to feel relevant. If he allows racism to die he puts himself out of a job.

Abortion is another issue. Promiscuity is being taught, especially by abortion "clinics", as the new normal which naturally increases the "need" for their services.
