It would require an educated person to provide an educated perspective.
You've provided ample proof that your education credentials are bogus.
You provide the perspective of a brainwashed FOXBOT.
Having an accurate perspective on things does help if you educate yourself, but it has a lot more to do with common sense.

Just not sure if you're born with it or not. But there sure does seem to be a lot of common sense challenged people nowadays.

Amazing how tax cheats make up their own rules.
Are you talking about the numerous tax cheats who got caught in Obama's administration - including Tim Geithner, the main tax cheat who oversees our not cheating on our taxes?

Or John Kerry who dodged paying docking taxes on his yacht?

Or John Edwards and the many other democrats who used campaign funds for their private and personal pleasure?

There's a few of those in prison as we speak.

Galt is the only one who broke rank - that I know at least - and became a closet liberal. You should welcome him to your herd of intolerance.
Because, frankly, I don't know him anymore.
You have lived a sheltered life since late 2008, at least, spending the bulk of your time at home and with close family.

"All conservatives I know" is a simple minded statement.

"Galt broke rank" is even more simpleminded. Galt has been consistent in his disregard for your opinions since you came to this thread, it's his only redeeming quality.

Others on the right, particularly the Catholics also hold you in low regard, an embarrassment to their cause.

The good news, nuc, is being common sense challenged is curable.

The number of former CS challenged people who supported Obama and Obamacare and who now are cured is phenomenal.

So there's hope for you yet.

Newsflash: Paranoia is a mental illness. Get help.
Really?

Mental health angle in gun control leads to slippery slope
A task force on gun violence held a public hearing in Connecticut to discuss, among other issues, the impact of mental health on violence in America.

February 4, 2013
As power hungry control freaks, the progressives/liberals who propose so-called gun safety measures have gone far beyond the attempt to ban certain guns, limit ammunition, and create a national registry of gun owners. The mental health angle has also risen to the surface as a key issue under the broader umbrella of gun control.

But the manner in which President Obama, Democrats in Congress, and other gun ban proponents approach the issue of mental health leads to a slippery slope that could result in millions of law-abiding, healthy citizens being prohibited from owning a firearm.

And the fact that Obama's Executive Orders would essentially make your doctor a spy for the federal government only adds to the concern.

Mental health is a legitimate issue in the current national frenzy over violence in the streets of America's largest cities. Every mass shooting that has occurred over the past 20 years has been perpetrated by a person who had been treated for severe mental illness and who had been identified by family, friends, and professionals as a danger to themselves and others.

Many conservatives have insisted that any plan of action to address this problem must begin with getting the severely mentally ill, as well as the criminals, off of the streets and into either treatment facilities or prison. But progressives take that simple premise and run with it to the point of the absurd. Using the broadest dragnet possible, progressives would pronounce anyone who has been treated for simple depression, anxiety, post traumatic stress, or obsessive compulsive behavior as mentally ill and thus prohibit them from owning a gun.

Post a source - any source. I've challenged you to do so.

Then we'll talk about my sheltered life and whether or not conservatives are tolerant of others' personal beliefs.

Because, in large part, that's why you're not a conservative.

Glad to see you and Galt are such good buds now though. He must be thrilled.

I could, and have, called Nobraina many things.

Liberal is certainly not one of them.

Nobraina/Galt is behaving as a libertarian/conservative, without the overlay of religious prejudices that guide your thinking.

I find his brand of conservatism far more acceptable than yours. He doesn't use the religious litmus test that guides you.

You have this odd belief that this is a Christian nation.

Truth is, the USA is a secular nation that happens to have a majority of Christians living in it.

It's in the Constitution;

""The First Amendment (Amendment I) to the United States Constitution prohibits the making of any law respecting an establishment of religion, impeding the free exercise of religion.""

----------

Your problem is that you don't for a moment believe the Constitution is correct in it's complete neutrality towards any and all religions.

You prove that daily with your posts.

But, hey, on a much happier note, I bought a motorcycle helmet last night when hubby bought his.

He gets his license to drive a motorcycle next week, and we're good to go.

Vroom...vroom...vroom...born to be wild...senior easy rider...that's me...hitting the open road...well, not literally I hope.

I'll have a car for transportation 24/7 for my part-time job and treasure hunting in thrift shops.

Just couldn't be happier....and thought I'd share it.

Get over yourself. We've seen your thinly veiled attacks on Catholics for years.

Problem for you is that it's the Catholics who created what you use as The Bible. Every text included or excluded in the New Testament was put there (or left out) by Catholics.

All the evangelicals in America do is bastardize and corrupt the meanings of the scriptures. American evangelical theology is a joke, a bunch of backwoods Billy Sunday style preachers who mangle the Bible with their various prosperity or wealth types of preaching.

Evangelicals are hucksters and charlatans at best, evildoers under Satan's thrall at worst.

Yeah, "Bus" also took office after Clinton ignored the terrorism mess, such as the first trade tower bombing and passing on his chance to take care of Bin Laden.

besides, how can you say wars (plural) when you claim "Bus" "Abandoned" Afghanistan", libtardo?

I've been watching your "TV" and haven't seen any advertising.

You also neglect to admit to your socialist Obama con that puts Democrats in bed with the HMO's and greedy insurance by forcing 50 year old women to buy maternity coverage.

You are so full-o-chit, BS'er.

He's either having a senior moment or a delayed shot at second childhood.

Unless he's been a motorcycle rider for many years, it's really stupid to start riding a motorcycle at advanced age.

You're just looking for trouble, combining old person's reflexes, etc. with riding motorcycles in a world where people have no respect for those on bikes.

Yes, I know it from personal experience, having been in a few altercations on my bike with soccer Mom's in minivans.

Old people should not be on motorcycles unless they started riding as young people.

When you said hubby was just getting his motorcycle license, I thought of road kill.

If I were you, I wouldn't ride on his bike until he has at least a year of experience. Putting your load on the back of the bike is a recipe for disaster.
