"Quietly"? Are you kidding me? All they do is tout "their" charity work for "stage show" accolades.....always ignoring the FACT that it is funded by the Federal Government.<quoted text>
You wouldn't "see" the positives of true charities at work like that splayed around for the world to see (as so much is done these days) because they are done NOT for "stage show" accolades, but rather instead Quietly, for RIGHT reasons in the RIGHT ways.

An increase of HHS funding for Catholic Medical Mission Board global health activities from $500,000 (2008) to $7 million (2011)."
