They really have lost it. It's just one nonsensical post or personal attack after another. Can you believe they are so desperate as to revert to referencing Obama's 2008 "57 state" comment? A comment that obviously won him two elections! They are amazingly stupid.
Oh, I don't mind them reverting to anything Obama said. After all, he did send troops to their deaths for no reason at all.

And he's wound down iraq and is ahead of schedule on Afghanistan.

So now, they're attacking the ACA and as usual, they take things out of context since that's the only option they have for attacking. What I find more curious is they have no options to replace it no matter how many times they talk about 'redoing' it.

So I understand they being scared and fearful.

And with the governorships of NJ and Virginia on the line today, it'll be interesting to see how Americans view the reich wing cons!

Remember how many times Obama said "I will not negotiate!"
He probably should have negotiated.
But it was your side that paid the price for the shutdown. DUH

Obama played Bonehead like a prized tarpon. He made the Repugnants public enemy #1 all over America.

And today's elections will be the proof, with Democrat sweeps all over the nation.

Funny how one of your buddies claims there was no shutdown. And you say nothing. So was there a shutdown, and if so, why don't you question Dweeb and his obvious insanity??

This is why you Teabags are destined by God to be losers. Half of you inhabit a parallel universe, where up is down, in is out, ignorance is wisdom, and losing is winning.

So long as you nitwits have folks like Dweeb, who do nothing but make up outrageous lies and repeat them daily, denying reality that 99.9% of Americans believe in, you will lose elections and standing among actual patriotic Americans.

BTW, notice how the 'Empire Strikes Back'?? Mainstream Repugnants are on full offense to dismantle the Teabags. Rmoney already called Commie Cruz an unelectable foreigner. Randy Paul is in big trouble for plagiarism. The Teabag Party is over. What ever happened to the whiny quitter from Alaska??

I'm lovin' it!!

You're probably right.

It was probably more along the lines of Romney's not caring about 47% of Americans that hit home!

The Stranger
A few years after I was born, my Dad met a stranger who was new to our small town. From the beginning, Dad was fascinated with this enchanting newcomer and soon invited him to live with our family.
The stranger was quickly accepted and was around from then on. As I grew up, I never questioned his place in my family. In my young mind, he had a special niche.
My parents were complementary instructors: Mom taught me good from evil, and Dad taught me to obey. But the stranger... he was our storyteller. He would keep us spellbound for hours on end with adventures, mysteries and comedies.
If I wanted to know anything about politics, history or science, he always knew the answers about the past, understood the present and even seemed able to predict the future! He took my family to the first major league ball game. He made me laugh, and he made me cry. The stranger never stopped talking, but Dad didn't seem to mind.
Sometimes, Mom would get up quietly while the rest of us were shushing each other to listen to what he had to say, and she would go to the kitchen for peace and quiet.
(I wonder now if she ever prayed for the stranger to leave.)
Dad ruled our household with certain moral convictions, but the stranger never felt obligated to honor them.
Profanity, for example, was not allowed in our home - not from us, our friends or any visitors. Our long time visitor, however, got away with four-letter words that burned my ears and made my dad squirm and my mother blush.
My Dad didn't permit the liberal use of alcohol but the stranger encouraged us to try it on a regular basis. He made cigarettes look cool, cigars manly, and pipes distinguished.
He talked freely (much too freely!) about sex. His comments were sometimes blatant, sometimes suggestive, and generally embarrassing.
I now know that my early concepts about relationships were influenced strongly by the stranger. Time after time, he opposed the values of my parents, yet he was seldom rebuked... And NEVER asked to leave.
More than fifty years have passed since the stranger moved in with our family. He has blended right in and is not nearly as fascinating as he was at first. Still, if you could walk into my parents' den today, you would still find him sitting over in his corner, waiting for someone to listen to him talk and watch him draw his pictures.
His name?....
We just call him 'TV.'
He has a wife now....we call her 'Computer.'
Their first child is "Cell Phone".
Second child "I Pod "
So your father was carrying on a gay affair with this 'stranger'.

Big deal. Bet your mother knew about it from day one.

You, of all, should be a huge supporter of gay rights.

For your Dad's sake.

Seems like you are the one making excuses. Three years to prepare for implementation and Obamacare implementation is a major flop. Never saw that one coming.

Obama thinks he can make popular speeches latent with false and misleading arguments and just walk away. Everything will just fall into place. He has to be worst administrator ever. He failed to oversee his supposed landmark legislation, the most important issue on his plate. With no management or oversight, he claims he was just clueless and now he is appalled, what a joke.

ENDA Vote: Senate Clears Major Hurdle On Bill Barring LGBT Workplace Discrimination

"WASHINGTON -- The Employment Non-Discrimination Act cleared a major Senate hurdle Monday evening, virtually guaranteeing its passage on a final vote later this week.

In a vote of 61-30, the Senate moved to end debate. Not a single senator took the opportunity to give a speech opposing the bill when it came to the floor.

Fifty-four Democrats voted for cloture, joined by the two Republican cosponsors of the bill -- Sens. Susan Collins (R-Maine) and Mark Kirk (R-Ill.)-- as well as Sens. Kelly Ayotte (R-N.H.), Orrin Hatch (R-Utah), Dean Heller (R-Nev.), Rob Portman (R-Ohio) and Pat Toomey (R-Pa.).

ENDA would make it illegal to discriminate against someone on the basis of sexual orientation or gender identity. It is already illegal to discriminate on the basis of race, color, sex, nationality, religion, age or disability."

Another nail in the coffin of the Teabags, the Party of Hate and stealing freedoms.

Gay rights is the new Civil Rights.

Teabags will be left in the dustbin of history.

All is well.

Talk about baloney. House Republicans sent over nearly a dozen resolutions to the Senate to fund all government departments.

You do know it was just a partial shutdown and only a small percentage of the government was defunded...the same percentage Republicans tried to keep funded but Senate Democrats wanted someone to blame instead of looking out for the folks.

With liberals, the end always justifies the means. That's a fact.

Politics trumps policies. That's another fact.

What America Pays In Taxes
by LAM THUY VO and JACOB GOLDSTEIN
April 13, 201211:21 AM

Last year, the federal government collected $2.3 trillion in taxes. Most of that came from two sources: Individual income taxes and payroll taxes.

Source: Tax Policy Center
Credit: Lam Thuy Vo / NPR
Payroll taxes are deducted automatically from your paycheck, and paid in part by employers. Payroll taxes fund Social Security and Medicare.

Individual income taxes are what everybody is scrambling to file right now. Individual income taxes pay for most of what the government does other than Social Security and Medicare.

Quick rundown of the others: Estate tax comes from large inheritances; corporate tax is paid by corporations (obviously); and "other" includes customs duties, excise taxes on products such as gasoline, and everything else.

$2.3 trillion in taxes!!!!! Could you imagine the economy if just half of that was left in the hands of the people who earned it??????????
