"POLTICIANS who have never taught a child in their life enact legislation with NAIVE INDIFFERENCE to its practicality at the classroom level.<quoted text> Teaching done properly is hard work with long hours. Most teachers are good teachers.
"State and district ADMINISTRATORS then implement the legislation with CALLOUS DISREGARD for its NEGATIVE IMPACT on those who face flesh-and-blood children in the classroom each day."
That is the whole problem in two paragraphs.
"Na´ve indifference" and "callous disregard" on the part of politicians and administrators.
You bet your ass its hard work with long hours. But it'd be worth it if someone gave a damn about the students besides teachers.
