No, I don't you insane partisan mental case.
How ironic you make that case about government control, yet you post here daily in support of government deciding who pays what amount and gets what type of insurance coverage for medical care.
A blind partisan like you simply dismisses anything that doesn't fit your Parties special interest group's agendas (in the case trial lawyers).
What I am against is "Ambulance Chasers" like your former presidential candidate John Edwards getting 33% of $25M.
Medical Malpractice is big business. If you didn't live on the Moon, you would see all the TV commercials where your Democrats in the Trial Lawyers Special Interest Groups advertise all day long trying to get people to file suit.
These same Democrat Lawyers we running unethical ads to the point where my state actually now makes these Democrat dirtbags submit copies of their advertisements and images of their websites to the state on a quarterly basis.
The Democrat politicians have a high percentage of lawyers.
You support dirtbags and are an uncompromising lunatic.
Now go back to posting your hyperbole, idiot.
So now you are against the feee market & free speech?

Who decides whether it is a ambulance chaser case or real case?

My point is that Republicans insist on caps.

Some states have adopted methods that have reduced the number of cases without installing caps.

And finally, I have news, there are just as many Republican unethical, ambulance chaser layers that evidently you approve of.

One state only permits medical experts to testify that have actually be practicing medicine in the scope of the case.

I just read an article where coal companies found a doctor that will never find black lung on an x-ray or MRI to deny claims by miners. They keep paying him (above the industry standard) & he keeps giving them what they want.

It goes both ways.

We do need tort reform but it will never happen as long as Republicans insist on caps.

A Letter to the Young Voters Who Elected their Own Permanent Serfdom.

How About the Dems War on Women?

You fume that conservatives want to spy on you in your bedrooms. Leaving aside the fact that that your tacky boudoir fumblings are the last thing conservatives care about, have you noticed how your precious Big Brother spies on your doings everywhere else? But who cares about that – Mumford & Sons totally digs Obama!

Don’t even get me started on your crappy music.

Enjoy your student loans, Millennials! We tried to tell you that it was a Democrat scam designed to subsidize liberal academia by allowing you to go into decades of crushing debt to pay for a bachelors in Ancient Guatemalan Gender Identity Issues.

Good plan. Now fetch my latte – I’m in a hurry to get to my corner office. And I’ll leave you a tip – next time you decide to vote for a liberal, first be born in 1964.

Don’t think that I’m happy about this. I came to Los Angeles after the Gulf War. I had a car and a few bucks I had saved in the desert which went right into paying for Loyola Law School. I had no contacts and no money, but I knew I had endless opportunity.

I worked hard. I could start a business. I could get credit. I could – and did – build my own future.

But can you?

Liberalism, with its impoverishing redistribution, crippling regulations and the debt it suckered you into undertaking, has ensured that most of you can’t.

Marco Rubio says patients won't be able to keep their doctors under Obamacare
Rubio said that for people who currently have health insurance, "They have a doctor they’ve been seeing for the last 15 or 20 years, they won’t be able to keep going to that doctor," due to Obamacare.
Rubio ignores the fact that without Obamacare, patients can lose access to their doctor when their employer switches plans or they switch (or lose) jobs.
Some patients who buy health insurance through the exchange could lose access to their current doctor, but it’s difficult to predict how many.

No free health care for illegal immigrants in the health bill

It may be the longest chain e-mail we've ever received. A page-by-page analysis of the House health care bill argues that reform will end the health care system as we know it: "Page 29: Admission: your health care will be rationed!... Page 42: The 'Health Choices Commissioner' will decide health benefits for you. You will have no choice.... Page 50: All non-US citizens, illegal or not, will be provided with free health care services."

Most of the e-mail's claims are wrong, and you can read our extended analysis to find out why.

One of its most bizarre claims is the one about free health care for noncitizens, "illegal or not."

We read the bill and its legislative summary, and could find nothing about free health care for anyone, much less noncitizens.

To confirm our examination, we turned to Jennifer Tolbert, an independent health care analyst at the Kaiser Family Foundation, a nonpartisan foundation that studies health care reform. Tolbert has read and analyzed all the major health proposals, including those of the Republicans, and the foundation provides point-by-point analyses of the plans on its Web site.

"No one's provided with free health care. That's ridiculous," she said.

Page 50, which the e-mail references, is part of Section 152, which includes a generic nondiscrimination clause saying that insurers may not discriminate with regard to "personal characteristics extraneous to the provision of high quality health care or related services."

The section says nothing about "non-US citizens" or immigrants, legal or otherwise. In fact, the legislation specifically states that "undocumented aliens" will not be eligible for credits to help them buy health insurance, in Section 246 on page 143.

The bottom line here is the e-mail is making things up. The bill does not say anything close to "All non-US citizens, illegal or not, will be provided with free health care services." We rate this chain e-mail statement Pants on Fire!

http://www.politifact.com/truth-o-meter/state...

lesson....never believe anything you read in a right wing chain email.

Just like the Food Stamp debate in Congress. The Republicans claim there are too many cheats & cut funding when they should increase funding for compliance enforcement.
Why not complain about the cheats in government contracting in general. How much do military contractors cheat. How do Senators & Congressmen "cheat" by directing projects to their supporters?
Right Whiner posters here want Food Stamp recipients to wear a neon sign on their head identifying them as "moochers".

A Thank You to Millenials who Voted for Bammy

You live with your parents, and Obamacare encourages sponging until you are 26 years old. At 26, I was leading Americans in a war, not begging mommy to pay my bills.

The liberals want you to be eternal man-children (like Real Dave), wearing cargo shorts and passively pumping money into their socialized medicine nightmare in return for “Brosurance” you don’t want or need.

It breaks my heart to see the young lawyers I hire hobbled by six figures of debt. But hey, your desperation works fine for us established folks. I got 297 applications for a junior associate position. Let me say that again – 297. Most of them weren’t even practicing law – they were brewing coffee, not writing briefs.

Now, I understand that most of you learned nothing but liberal clichés in college, but take a guess: As an employer, are the salaries I pay generally more or less when I have 297 people competing for each job?

So feel free to keep voting for the liberals who KEEP YOU IN CHAINS.

I’ll take my cheaper insurance, my future Social Security checks, and the other benefits that come from being established without guilt.

The guys who you squander your votes upon certainly won’t change that equation. You’ll tread water in life, but hey, at least those MEAN conservatives won’t be in charge! And so what if a former glorious super power like the USA will resemble a cross between Greece, Mexico and Somalia and Iran will have the bomb with Russia leading the world. But other countries will like us, really they will (no "cowboys" in the White House).

Thanks again, suckers. Now get off my lawn.

Try Occupying an Obama Family Vacation site instead, if you can afford Hawaii or The Cape or a trip to Africa or Spain.

Keeping Your Crappy Health Care Plan
The mainstream media's running around like a child with a shiny new toy (story): some people won't be able to keep their insurance because of the Affordable Care Act. They are practically screaming "Liar, liar, pants on fire" at President Obama. This allows them to pat themselves on the back for "balanced coverage" of American politics. If you've been reporting what a gigantic mistake the Republicans have made of things for the past month, now it's time to headline equally negative stories about Democrats.
The media have taken the bait, and reduced an important policy debate to the bite-size of what fits on cable news in between stories about celebrity break-ups and new diet books. The idea they are parroting fits on a bumper sticker. "I want to keep my health plan!" In so doing, they have done us all a disservice, for the millionth time.
It sounds like an easy story: the president promised, and then, oh no he didn't! People are getting notices that their sacred right to keep whatever crappy non-health care plan they have is being taken away by big government. What's really going on is a redefining of what " care" means, as in The Affordable Care Act. It's not The Affordable Crappy Health Care Act, it's the Affordable Care Act. And if you think an insurance plan with a huge deductible that only allows you to see your doctor twice a year is really "care," then you've been duped by Big Insurance.
Insurance companies are more than happy to take a small chunk of your money every month, in return for giving the smallest possible coverage. It's a great deal for them, but if you get more than a cold a year, it's a bad idea for the consumer. And the Affordable Care Act has stepped in and said, "Look, this is not real insurance. Instead, you can buy cheaper insurance (especially if you qualify for one of the many subsidies) that will give you unlimited doctor's visits, cover maternity care, and in general give you real peace of mind."
But the libertarians protest: "I have a God-given right to choose the crappiest insurance, and pay a relatively small amount of my paycheck to get it." Here's the real public policy debate that almost nobody's talking about: What happens to this happy libertarian when she or he gets cancer, or hit by a car? Insurance companies know that people under 40 don't believe these things will happen to them, but we all know better, don't we? And who pays for the libertarian with a crappy non-health care plan who gets cancer or hit by a car? Why, we do. Because they will go to the emergency room, the most expensive kind of care there is, and that cost gets pushed onto all of us.
So I have a simple solution for libertarians who want the freedom to keep their crappy non-health care: let them sign a binding document that they will never use the emergency room unless they can afford to pay for the full bill themselves. Let them sign a binding document that says if they get cancer and go broke trying to pay their medical bills, that they won't declare bankruptcy, which will also pass cost increases onto all of us. And while we're at it, if libertarians want the freedom to drive their motorcycles without a helmet, let them sign a binding document that their brain surgeries will be totally paid for by the freedom-loving motorcyclist and her or his family.
Freedom's just another word for "let the other people pay for my health care when I get a catastrophic illness." Put that on a bumper sticker.
http://www.huffingtonpost.com/monica-bauer/ke...
Leftist subterfuge. Its about the total fraud "if you like your plan, you can keep it", as well as EVERYONE paying double what they were (besides leftist freeloaders).......

A Thank You Letter to the Young People Who Voted for Obammy
You Millenials voted for Obama by a margin of 28 percent, which will make it a lot easier for me to accept the benefits you will be paying for. We warned you that liberalism was a scam designed to take the fruits of your labor and transfer it to us, the older, established generation. Oh, and also to the couch-dwelling, Democrat-voting losers who live off of food stamps and order junk from QVC with their Obamaphones.
You didn’t listen to us. Maybe you’ll listen to pain.
I have been told that being hard on you Millennials will turn you against conservatism, that I should offer you a positive, hopeful message that avoids the touchy problem of your manifest stupidity.
No. There’s no sugar-coating it – your votes for Democrats have ensured that you are the first generation in American history that will fail to exceed what their parents attained. Embracing liberalism was a stupid thing to do, done for the stupidest of reasons, and I will now let you subsidize my affluent lifestyle without a shred of guilt.
I’m a 48 year old trial lawyer living on the coast in California – I should have “Hope and Change” tattooed on my glutes. I’d have an excuse to be lib-curious, but you Millennials?
Why do you support an ideology that pillages you to pay-off Democrat constituencies? Your time in the indoctrination factories of academia trained you in a form of “critical thinking” that is neither.
Somehow, you came to embrace the bizarre notion that conservatives are psychotic Jesus freaks who want to Footloosisze America into a land of mandatory Sunday school and no dancing.
But liberals, in contrast, are nice. Obama is cool. You chose petty fascism with a smile. NOT A LOT OF THOUGHT WENT INTO IT (LOL).
Facts, evidence – these were mere distractions from the feelings-based validation that came from rejecting us wicked conservatives.
What did you get?
The chance to be forced to buy health insurance you don’t want at inflated rates so my rates can be lower.
You get to pay more out of your monthly barista take – liberalism ensured that the tanked job market foreclosed a real career – so that I get to pay less out of my lawyer checks.
Thanks, suckers.
How was your week end off DBWriter? Glad to see you're here working your morning shift rather than blowing up a government building.

Mike Rogers Defends Drone Killing Of Pakistani Taliban Leader
A U.S. lawmaker whose committee oversees the intelligence community on Sunday defended the drone strike that killed a Pakistani Taliban leader and said it would help keep American troops safe.
Representative Mike Rogers, who chairs the House of Representatives' permanent intelligence committee, said the slain militant, Hakimullah Mehsud, was a "bad guy" who was connected to attacks against Pakistani soldiers and to the Taliban in Afghanistan, which has forced closures of many schools for girls.
"This was a bad guy," Rogers said on CBS' "Face the Nation." "There's some information recently that concerned us about the safety of our troops. I feel a little better for our troops today than I did before this event happened."
Mehsud, who took over as the leader of the al Qaeda-linked Pakistani Taliban in 2009, was killed on Friday, along with three others, in a U.S. drone strike in northwest Pakistan.
The Pakistani government denounced the killing as an attempt by the United States to interfere with peace talks between Pakistan's government and the Taliban.
