Obama is exercising the rights that are formatted with the ever increasing Liberal International Free Trade Markets and its effect on increasing Globalization. Failure to balance our financial inequalities of the USA would be ignoring our competition. Exposing their abuse of Free Trade Markets, regardless of the Sovereignty, is a mandatory right to all Sovereignties to express. Whether it be communism, capitalism, totalitarian, hierology, etc, etc, will require they be regulated to the Liberal International Free Trade Markets forces or face their demise.
Facilitating a litigation to resolve disputes, advancing prospects for peaceful resolutions, which will be more profitable to both or more parties in dispute. War digresses as a non profiting adventure. A change from the days of old with invade, loot, destroy. And subjugate populaces to pay to the conquers some form of tax. That is now increasingly viewed as crimes against humanity and is subject to litigation.
No its not yet perfect as it will require far more time to evolve into a global power that reins supreme amongst the sovereignties. What forces are at play is more powerful than any sovereignty or political theories. Its called the Liberal International Free Trade Markets.
Observe its power. Brought down orthodox communism down without firing a shot. Free Trade Markets demand democratic principles in order for it to function. China and Russia are evolving towards their democratic identity.
Just as orthodox communism fell so will poorly regulated capitalism come tumbling down as it loses its ability to compete on the Liberal International Free Trade Markets as the communist discovered.
Obama has demonstrated, with Obamacare his allegiance to reduce the inequality favoring the 1%. Redistribution of income and wealth is a momentous priority to rein in our poorly regulated capitalism, if we are going to be serious about competing on the Liberal International Free Trade Markets.
Observe how the inequality of 2008 and 1929 are identical to what preceded their collapses. http://neweconomy.net/content/wealth-inequali... video chart USA wealth Distributions..
Redistribution of that wealth and income is and has always been a democratic objective. Obama, Clinton and F.D.R. have and are accused of communism each and every time they seek to redistribute the wealth income to more sustainable secured levels. Observe Sweden as one example of many that have had no recessions and easily avoided our global meltdown without their citizens thrown into financial chaos.
Its time for a cool, cool change.

Take note; F.D.R. put a stop to the Boon Bust of banks with his Glass Stegall Act. Republican immediately began to attack it and had water it down enough so that in the 80’s we started once again to experience Boon Bust, with the savings and loans fiascos.
1999 virtually nothing remained of F.D.R.’s Act and from 2000 to 2008 Boon Bust came back with a fury, republican’s Great Recession. Deregulations was the bulwark motivating factor. Same factors that produced the republican’s 1929 Great Depression.
Obama sets out to reinstate F.D.R.’s policies with the Volker Rule. Passed May 2010 which republicans ONCE AGAIN seek to destroy it. Do You Have Any Idea Why They Would Want To Do That? Hyped up propaganda of the Foxy shepherd, for his naïveté herd, is not acceptable to the enlighten.
On the front lines of Obamacare we can examine the benefits of its expansion. Far from full steam ahead and yet the consequences to the republicans is deactivating their strengths of unity.
Observe the republican Tea stronghold of Kentucky. Here under the intelligent leadership of their democratic governor, Steven L. Beshear already over 34,000 have applied for Obamacare with 11,000 secured knowing they can now have Health Care Insurance that they can AFFORD that the fear mongering tactics of the republicans are nothing more than dust in the wind. This since Oct. First ! Now imagine they still have until March 31st to sign up!
Looks like the voters are not as red as their false republican leaders want us to believe. Governor Beshear is an example of a strong fortified leader of integrity. Unlike his republican associates such as Rand Paul or Mitch McConnell to name a couple. Two who have sought to divide and destroy this nation unless we pay their ransom.
Here is how Governor Beshear sums it up as a true leader of his constituents;
.“You don’t have to like the president; you don’t have to like me. Because this isn’t about him, and it’s not about me. It’s about you, your family and your children. So do yourself a favor. Find what you can get for yourself. You’re going to like what you find” Notice the difference? Republicans are all about ME, ME, ME, Give Me, Give Me, blah, blah, blah.
Kentucky is the proud Southern state to say they are the FIRST to expand Medicaid to their constituents. The rest of the southern states are as usual in their quagmire of ill leadership. Lacking intelligence and integrity. Betting that they can keep their constituents ignorant of Obamacare long enough to get their vote one more time before they are exposed for the frauds that they are.
Jessie Benton, campaign manager for Mitch McConnell, is an excellent example of this hyped up fear mongering tactics of the RED’s. Observe his callow take on the wave of people that are not buying his fear mongering ways as he takes it a step up when he says; “Kentuckians are suspicious and deeply concerned about Obamacare, Any Democrat running in Kentucky in 2014 is going to be in a box: stand against your base, or endorse a policy that’s very unpopular and not working well.”
LOL when he knows there is that hurdle of the last showdown that the republicans failed at with a disapproval ratings by 74% of the nation holding them directly responsible for juvenile leadership with damaging consequences to our nation. Last estimated cost of damage is another $24 Billion increase to the national debt. AND they are so worried about the debt. Yeah Sure !
“To me this was a moral decision,” he said.“We’ve got 640,000 Kentuckians who don’t have access to any kind of affordable health care. The last ranking I saw, we’re 44th out of 50 in health status. You take any chronic disease or condition — heart disease, cancer, smoking, obesity, you name it — and we’re either the worst or close to the worst.” Here is a leader that is truly concerned for the failing state of affaires that the RED’s have infested his state with.
A State Commissioned Study on Governor Beshear expanded Medicaid financial strategy will reap $15.6 Billion and ad over 17,000 new jobs.
Of course republicans will demonize it, for after all, they are for the increasing wealth to their 1% lords and masters.
Governor foresees what lays in store for the weak democrats and republicans; “Most of these critics are going to end up with egg on their face,” the governor predicted.“People are finding that I can get health insurance for the first time in my life that I can afford. They’re going to look back at these folks after all the dust settles and say,‘You misled us.’”

Liberal International Free Trade Markets are taking a bite out of our overpriced medical Health Care systems. One of many examples is Mr.Shopenn of Warsaw Indiana, who required a hip replacement recently. Arthritis had set in making standing a painful exhausting effort even for short periods of time. He had the necessary health insurance but was told they would not cover it. They determined the arthritis was pre existing condition from an earlier sports injury.
Desperation motivated Mr.Shopenn to seek his solution. First he obtained a large discount thru a friend for a hip joint implant for $13,000. Then how much would the hospital charge to have it installed. Best price he could find was $65,000, Not including surgeons fees. Mr.Shopenn’s life savings indicated this was not acceptable.
Learning of the growing medical tourist seeking their medical procedures in various other areas of the world. Thailand, India, are two he turned down and settled for hospital in Brussels which offered the entire procedure, hospital room for 5 days and 1 week of therapy, with all expense’s paid including his round trip air fare for a total price of $13,600!
After his replacement and return to the USA he commented; “We have the most expensive health care in the world, but it doesn’t necessarily mean it’s the best,” Mr. Shopenn said.“I’m kind of the poster child for that.”
Mr.Shopenn’s discount, for the hip implant alone, is not appreciated by the privately insured in the USA who get billed up to 3 times that $13,000 discount of Mr.Shopenn. Dr. Blair Rhode, an orthopedist entrepreneur who manufactures hip implants explains the actual cost to one hip plant implant in the USA total cost is $350. Cost increase is stimulated by a cartel of 5 manufactures here in the USA . Averaging 5% increase per year in cost to implants, by tweaking older models and patent them as new models. Raising the prices on hip implants, knee implants, sterilized pieces of tooled metal, plastic, or ceramics, etc.
Dr. Peter M Cram of the University of Iowa, discovered in his studies for the high cost for the USA’s Health Care. The Cartel of 5 ferociously guard their domains from foreign manufactures with trade policies, patents and an expensive Food and Drug Administration approval process that deters start-ups from entering the market.
There are as many as 13 layers of vendors that must be paid before the hospital even gets its hands on the implant device. Running at $4,500 to $7500 for a hip implant cost to the hospitals who then raise that cost up substantially prior to installation.{MD Buying and Orthopedic Network News}
Joe Catugno billed $100,000, at the Hospital for Joint Diseases of N.Y., of which his insurer Cigna paid approximately $70,000 remainder for Joe to pay. Mills-Pensinsula Health Services in San Mateo Calif. Billed Susan Foley $112,317 of which $26,000 remained for Susan to pay. Sonja Nelson’s hip replacement at Sacred Heart Hospital in Pensacola Fl. Accounted for $30,581 of her billed total charge of $50,935. Insurers to negotiate limited responsibility for the differences.
Competition and large increase in demand for these services has Not lowered the prices. On the contrary they have risen.
Now we can only speculate how much Obamacare will suppress these cartel driven prices? How much will the catering charges cost, for the Feds catering to the states that require, due to the austerity ideologues of the republicans obstructions to Obamacare.

Here in Lee County the Health Care Insurance rates are going up! They want to blame it on Obamacare. To be honest, they did imply that their Health Care Plan did not cover as much as Obamacare and that maybe that is why its rising. Imagine that? Waking up in the hospital and told the Fl. Health Plan does not cover this or that and gives you a bill that financially wipes you out! Ahh now that’s the republican way. Not so in other states.
Insurance Premiums’ come a tumbling down. Individuals and families applying for 2014 Health Care are discovering their premiums at a 50% discount or more. N.Y. State as one example, of many states, has already approved the discounted premium cost. Citing an example of an individual that presently pays $1,000 per month will be able to obtain that same insurance coverage at a premium of $308 per month.
Obama’s administration followed up with their annalist of the CBO’s numbers, a bipartisan agency known as the Congressional Budget Office, did not take into account the sliding scale that is offered by the Health Care Bill. Adding a 10% to 18% greater premium savings to the individually insured, which will include additional discounts for incomes as high as $94,200 for a family of four.
Recent CBO report failure to project the accelerating decreasing debt provides credit to the Obama’s administrations Health Care cost projections. accuracy.
“Individual Mandates” written into the Health Care Bill is stimulating the insurance companies into a frenzy of competition. Factoring in, a wave of newly uninsured youthful clients.
Immediate reaction from the republicans extremist within their House is pushing their Bill to remove “Individual Mandate” from the Health Care Bill as it presently exist.
Fortunately democrats hold the Senate and Executive Branch and success of the republican extremist is not likely.
Individual Mandate’s value was demonstrated by N.Y. State. N.Y. State required that all applications for the 2014 Health Care Insurance be accepted. However they excluded the Individual Mandate clause. Needless to say the results were that the frail and sick of health applied as the youthful healthy citizens declined.
N.Y.’s experiment illuminates the value of the “Individual Mandate” clause. Republican’s House extremist seeking to sabotage, our Health Care, should be duly noted for what actions will be required by the voters of 2014.

Personnel Health Care rose in the last 12 months ending in May at the SLOWEST rate in 50 years! Hospitals and nursing homes services DECLINED!
Personnel consumption spending rose by 1.1%. Hospitals readmissions DROPED from the average 19% to 17.9%! Due to the passage of the Obama Health Care Laws.
Industry analyst show a DECREASE in the overall cost of Health Care. In May 2013 the CBO {Congressional Budget Office} reported a $618 BILLION drop in their projected Medicare and Medicaid cost over the next decade. Department of Health and Human Services reports 3% increase to the employers Health Care Insurance. LOWEST increase since 1996!
Jobs in industries that did not provide Health Insurance, such as restaurants, saw their sales and employment rise more than any other retail industry since the Obamacare Law passed. Restaurants grew in employment by 11% with their retail sales growing at 17%. Employees hours grew by 3%. Data has been confirmed as it is being Nationally Conclusive through out all sectors of our economy.
Helen Darling, CEO for the National Business Group On Health, the bulwark of criticism of Obamacare, with tongue in cheek states “The good news is that increased customers means that the economy continues to be the primary driver of employment” as she furiously back pedals out of sight mumbling “Americans are felling better about the economy so are eating out more, compared to the Great Recession. This is good news for the country but this doesn’t mean we don’t need to actively control Health Care Cost or we can relax”..?? Not actively control Health Care Cost?? She is still in denial. Another one that lacks comprehension abilities, from the Right Wing Darlings.
Obamacare Sounds good to me. Universal Health Care would be an ideal goal for even greater Health Care savings.
Obamacare penalized Hospitals that readmitted Medicare patients that returned before 30 days. Changing the billings from per procedure sharing in savings from duplicating procedures tests and unnecessary procedures that would reduce their allotment of funds if not done so. Obamacare goes further with provisions to foster coordinated care reduction, reducing preventable health complications during hospitalization. Promote adoption of up to date health information technologies.
Consider that the full Obamacare has yet to flex its even greater savings of Health Care Cost , when it begins to go into effect October 2013 and supported on January first of 2014.
So much for the HYPER Foxy Opinioned propaganda.

Not only are technical problems effecting the roll out of Obamacare, whether it be as a faulty soft ware issue or an induced error from an external source is yet to be determined. In the end it will be investigated for years to come no doubt.
Another feature will be the present infrastructures of Insurance companies that seek to hold their monopoly on various sectors of our nations populace. That as well will be addressed and rectified.
Where there is competition amongst 4 or more insurance companies in a sector produces lower premium cost as those such as in rural areas have 2 or less cost is higher. Sharp difference which exposes the erroneous previous insurance infrastructure that promoted continuous higher cost of Health Care with a national average of 7 % per year to premiums and accelerating. Once this abnormality is dealt with estimates for premium increases will average approximately 3.3% per year. In ratio with the rate of living income index
Presently many of the poor are being offered the highest-priced plans in the 34 states. Of the 2,500 counties, 58% have only one or two insurance companies. Driving a higher cost to insurance. Their obstructions as well as some hospitals to have competition brought in , will delay the full benefits of Obamacare to be realized by those citizens for some time to come.
Example; Wyoming with only two insurers are significantly higher than their neighbor Montana with three insurers. Even across county lines differences can be substantial. Monroe County Fl. with two insurers, suffer greater cost compared to their neighbor Miami-Dade County, with seven companies in competition.
Rural Baker County Ga. With one insurer a 50 year old would pay on silver plan $644.05 where as his counterpart in Atlanta Ga. Pays $320.06.
Most of these low competition one insurer states are in the southern belt of our USA. In the North, Main, West Virginia, North Carolina, Alaska and N.H.
“The consumer wants some level of choice,” said Alexander K. Feldvebel, the deputy insurance commissioner for New Hampshire, where one carrier, Anthem Blue Cross, owned by WellPoint, now offers plans.“You don’t have that when you have a single carrier offering all the products.”
Well people have to run now, hope this helps you and your associates in comprehending what is effecting Health Cost.

Doors opening for Obamacare displaying some of what is about to be seen. Ted Cruz and his like sit in a corner with their “Bah Humbug” demeanor. As usual their tactic for governing is simply “Our Way Or The Highway” Shutdown, shutdown.. Callow , callow….
What a difference with an intelligent leadership. President Obama open a small preview of things to come.“I can tell you right now that in many states across the country, if you’re, say, a 27-year-old young woman, don’t have health insurance, you get on that exchange, you’re going to be able to purchase high-quality health insurance for less than the cost of your cellphone bill,” Mr. Obama said Tuesday.
For a benchmark plan — the second-lowest-cost “silver plan,” covering 70 percent of projected medical costs for a typical consumer — the average premium nationally will be $328 a month for individuals.
Yes, yes I know what about the 30% remaining. Keep in mind Medicare that many already enjoy. They could use it as a supplement as I use Medicare as a supplement to my VFW medical benefits.
This is for those approaching Medicare and cannot afford health insurance at all. Once you reach fifty and you lose a job good luck getting another one. Out to pasture to graze on your laurels will more likely be the case. Minim income if any and NO health insurance. That’s where the Previous republican behemoth monopolized Health Insurance Companies started to hit these individuals with huge increases in premiums and less coverage, with higher co pays. Its going to take a few years to fix that corruptive hole that republicans created with their dysfunctional Health Care Insurance plans.
For a family of “FOUR” with an annual income of $50,000, the administration said, monthly premiums for the second-cheapest plan will vary widely, averaging $600 in Arizona,$800 in Georgia,$961 in Indiana,$1,069 in Mississippi,$859 in New Hampshire,$943 in New Jersey and $656 in Utah.
OF course this is our first steps unto the road of someday Universal Care as the rest of our civilized world already enjoys at far less cost than our start up cost. There will be higher cost for those states that obstructs and or require the Federal to actively set up the program for them. Catering service charges, that the taxpayers of those states will be paying, for voting in a dysfunctional leadership. 2014 coming. Rectify that problem or additional obstructions will cost more to remove charged to the taxpayers insurance plan.
