On Sunday the Preacher was ranting again, this time it was about the evils of alcohol:-

"If I had all the beer in the world, I'd take it and throw it into the river."

With even greater emphasis, he said, "And if I had all the wine in the world, I'd take it and throw it into the river."

And then, finally, he said, "And if I had all the whiskey in the world, I'd take it and throw it into the river." He sat down.

The Organist struck up and the Choirmaster announced with a grin, "For our closing song, let us sing 'Shall We Gather At the River."

It is no secret that the DC Circuit Court of Appeals has a Republican majority and has been working to advance the GOP agenda for some time now.
Janice Rogers Brown, who wrote the decision you referenced is a huge Ayn Rand fan who referred to the Supreme Court decisions upholding minimum-wage laws as "the triumph of our socialist revolution."
It will be a waste of Supreme Court time should they decide to hear any of these cases on the contraceptive issue. The employee's right to access birth control trammels an employers personal agenda.
The fact that an employer does not pay for birth control does not in any way restrict the employees access to birth control.

They are babysitters.

Parents are responsible for teaching their children to behave and motivating them to learn.

I apologize, by writing at an intellectual level of an educated sane adult Eman was rudely left out of the conversation. Here's a version for the mentally impaired:
My neighbors wife had a liver transplant and after three weeks in intensive care she rejected the liver and passed away. His (bill, bills, cost, total, fees) were $440,000. Insurance covered all but $40.
Galt and Flack claim they save money by not having insurance and paying cash for all their health care costs. My point was that they were either very rich or very stupid.
My guess is that all three of you fall in the later category.
Your neighbor's terminally-ill alcoholic wife never should have received the liver transplant, unless your neighbor could afford the cost and wanted to waste his money. Unfortunately, someone who might have survived was deprived of a liver.

Galt never discusses his personal affairs and only a fool like you would infer anything about Galt's insurance.

except that your employees must go to the government website and enroll as if they were individuals...and unless 70% of your employees enroll, your plan does not qualify...

will Dave fire employees who do not cooperate???

Sadly that's what we get when millions sit around all day watching "Cribs" and then thinking their untalented, unemployable, uneducated butts deserve the same.

<quoted text>Well Carol you seem to be forgetting your own words to the effect that the President was blaming the GOP for problems with the rollout. Here's what he actually said;
"Let me close by addressing some of the politics that have swirled around the Affordable Care Act. I recognize that the Republican Party has made blocking the Affordable Care Act its signature policy idea. Sometimes it seems to be the one thing that unifies the party these days. In -- in fact, they were willing to shut down the government and potentially harm the global economy to try to get it repealed.
And I'm sure that given the problems with the website so far, they're going to be looking to go after it even harder. And let's admit it, with the website not working as well as it needs to work, that makes a lot of supporters nervous because they know how it's been subject to so much attack, the Affordable Care Act generally.
But I just want to remind everybody, we did not wage this long and contentious battle just around a website. That's not what this was about. We waged this battle to make sure that millions of Americans in the wealthiest nation on Earth finally have the same chance to get the same security of affordable quality health care as anybody else. That's what this is about. "
Is there anything there blaming the GOP for the rollout difficulties? No. His is rightfully pointing out that the Republicans are using this as another talking point. Bush's Medicare Part D experienced similar difficulties but Democrats, even those who voted against it, helped fix it and get it up and running.
You heard what you wanted to hear Carol, your thought processes have been so warped by hatred that you couldn't hear anything else.
The only issue I have with Oblama's statement is that he's a pathological liar who lies about literally everything.

Taxpayers will foot the bill for Flack and Galt if they need expensive health care because these two morons don't understand the risk of being without insurance. They are are basically on welfare right now by not paying for insurance because taxpayers will be stuck with this "free" health care while they pocket premiums.
Galt's an old timer and on MediCare which he loves. He's an opinionated hateful corksoaker whose entire existence has become topix.

He's like the nasty old prk drinking alone at the end of the bar because nobody want's to get close enough to get an ear full of his puke.
