A federal appeals court issued a ruling Thursday reinstating most of Texas' controversial new abortions restrictions, just three days after a federal judge ruled they were unconstitutional.
A panel of judges at the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals in New Orleans said the law requiring doctors to have admitting privileges at a nearby hospital can take effect while a lawsuit challenging the restrictions moves forward. The panel issued the ruling after District Judge Lee Yeakel said the provision serves no medical purpose.
The panel's decision means as least 12 clinics won't be able to perform the procedure starting as soon as Friday. In its 20-page ruling, it acknowledged that the provision "may increase the cost of accessing an abortion provider and decrease the number of physicians available to perform abortions."
However, the panel said that the U.S. Supreme Court has held that having "the incidental effect of making it more difficult or more expensive to procure an abortion cannot be enough to invalidate" a law that serves a valid purpose, "one not designed to strike at the right itself."

So I should "get over" being forced to purchase coverage I don't want?

Obama has been exposed now with his deception and his convoluted speeches, preaching and selling his criminal snake oil called the Obamacare TAX!

He has the illusions that of a NARCISSIST using FALSEHOODS and blame with distractions while appeasing to our enemies! When Benghazi hits the fan;we will have Senate judicial hearings for IMPEACHMENT!

OBAMA IS A VERY DANGEROUS MAN!

MONTPELIER, Vt. As states open insurance marketplaces amid uncertainty about whether they're a solution for health care, Vermont is eyeing a bigger goal, one that more fully embraces a government-funded model.
The state has a planned 2017 launch of the nation's first universal health care system, a sort of modified Medicare-for-all that has long been a dream for many liberals.
...and so it begins...one liberal state at a time...Obama's agenda all along...
Yes Carol, Vermont's been working on this plan for years now. It's a real shame that the citizens of the Green Mountain State will be able to get healthcare without being gouged by the insurance industry. Here's a statement from the Vermont state government;
Affordable, accessible and quality health care is essential for the well-being of Vermonters. Recognizing this fact, since 2006, Vermont has implemented a series of reforms designed to increase access to, improve the quality and contain the cost of health care for Vermonters.

During the last two years, this work continued with enactment of Act 48 (2011) and passage of Act 171 (H.559), signed by Governor Peter Shumlin on May 16, 2012. These laws recognize that health care is a public good, much like electricity. They put Vermont on a path toward an integrated health care delivery system with a budget regulated by the new Green Mountain Care Board, universally available health insurance coverage that is not linked to employment and a single system for administration of claims and payments to providers.

Act 48 and Act 171 leverage the financial assistance made available to states by the federal Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act of 2010 (also known as the ACA) to maximum effect by creating the required health insurance exchange to serve as many Vermonters as possible. This interim step is the bridge to the Green Mountain Care single payer system which will serve all Vermonters and curb the unsustainable rate of growth in the cost of health care.

topic.....
Kentucky has been cited by numerous sources -- the Wall Street Journal, NPR, the Advisory Board Company -- as among the best of the best marketplaces since its launch. While the federal site has stumbled, Kentucky is being held up as evidence that the marketplace concept can work in practice.
The numbers back it up: more than 26,000 people have enrolled in coverage, more than 50,000 have started applications and more than 300,000 unique visitors have checked out what the marketplace has to offer. For a state with about 625,000 uninsured people, those are promising figures.

It's that proverbial liberal rock and a hard place again.
In the same MSN article, the first two paragraphs:
"For nearly five years, Republicans have struggled to make a scandal stick to President Barack Obama's White House. One by one, the controversies with shorthand names such as Solyndra, Benghazi, and Fast and Furious hit a fever pitch, then faded away.
"But some Republicans see the disastrous rollout of Obama's health law as a problem with the kind of staying power they have sought."
Then further down...
"The health care law has been unpopular with large swaths of the American public ever since Obama signed it into law in 2010."
Then two different Democrats' remarks:
"It says a lot about Republicans that their focus here is not on helping Americans get insured, but on making political hay of this mess," said Dan Pfeiffer, Obama's senior adviser.
Then further down...
"As far as I'm concerned there is no excuse for that," Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, D-Nev., told Las Vegas radio station KNPR. "I think the administration should have known how difficult it was going to be to have 35 million or 40 million people to suddenly hook up to a place to go on the Internet."
http://news.msn.com/us/for-obama-health-care-...
But those darn Republicans always trying to make something stick and the incompetence of this administration something they have sought.
Once again Carol, Bush's Medicare Part D ran into many of the same problems on its rollout and was even less popular than the ACA. But Democrats, even though they voted against it, helped fix the problems and made it actually work. That's the difference between Democrats and Republicans. Democrats will work for what's best for the American people and Republicans will do what's best for their well heeled contributors.

Good answer. Another requirement required under Obamacre that some insurance companies didn't include in these renewals is emergency care.

And exactly what were those solutions Carol?
