These people have been provided with a list of new policies from which to choose one that complies with the ACA minimum requirements. It isn't like the company cancelled their policies and threw them out on the streets.

The Obama administration will delay enforcement of the Affordable Care Actís health insurance mandate, extending how long Americans may go uninsured before facing a penalty under the law, MarketWatch has learned.

The health care law requires most people to have health insurance by Jan. 1, 2014 or face a penalty, but the Administration may postpone when those penalties will go into effect. The law allows for ďshort coverage gapsĒ of up to three months before imposing the penalty, which is $95 or 1% of an individualís income (whichever is greater) next year. Under the current rules, someone would have to be covered by March 31, an official with the Department of Health and Human Services confirmed, which is the final day that people will be able to purchase health insurance on the public exchanges, or marketplaces, created by the ACA.

Looks like the delay will be a reality - despite Obama's and Reid's rather irrational stubbornness.

Unless, of course, Obama and Reid continue to be stubborn.

But, if so, they will be very much alone.

Seems he is.

JAY CARNEY: I will say this, I spoke with somebody who was in that meeting and it did not happen.

QUESTION: Did the White House speak to Senator Durbin about this?

CARNEY: I donít know. My understanding is that, again, from participants in the meeting that that didnít happen.

It will go nowhere. Do you honestly believe we didn't have a legitimate target in sight? We just wanted to terrorize people? Whose side are you on anyway?

"Without better information and a disclosure on how and why these strikes were conducted, it is impossible to verify if the strikes which killed civilians had a legitimate target in sight, or if they are part of a campaign of general terror intended to intimidate the people.

Of course, the administration has no intention of talking, saying that the terrorists will study any information they release to avoid future strikes. Nor are they likely to incriminate themselves."

It has nothing to do with the killing of an American citizen. Only a nutcase wouldn't be able to understand that a person who has joined a foreign terrorist group has effectively renounced his American citizenship.
