Oh, I disagree. People aren't saving less because of "Obama's new taxes". They are saving less because they feel secure about their future.
to the contrary, people are saving as much as their reduced incomes will allow and are not spending at all except on essentials because they are insecure about the economy and their future...primarily because of the drift to Socialism...

the Obama Depression will not end until confidence is restored, regardless of manipulation by the Fed....

I think we could bring SOME/if not ALL of the troops home from Korea/Japan/Europe and place them along the Texas/Canadian border...
And I would trade the eyesore for security...
This is real wacky but I have some experience here...
Nuclear Weapons are shrinking in size. Once a group that hates the USA is able to gain access to a 'suitcase' size Nuclear device we could some trouble along our borders....
Now call me a cuckoo...but you can't say I did not warn you!!!
Well, I can't address the placement of our troops in Japan, Korea and Europe. I don't enough about the treaties to give an opinion one way or the other. However, I DO believe we can divert enough funds from other commitments (military, Israel, etc.) to place troops and electronic surveylance along the border. I agree, it would be a better alternative to the fence.

Do not contradict "real dumb" he knows all or at least he thinks he does. You bring up a topic and he is the expert all who point out his lies and BS are wrong. Facts are alien to "real dumb". On the other hand anything and everything the boy president nobama offers is gospel. after all nobama is his messiah.

DumbDave and RealDumb are liberal know-it-alls for sure. Propaganda is their only truth.

Here is a little joke about how great their Messiah is:

A small plane is carrying three passengers: a young boy scout, a priest, and the smartest black man on earth, Obama. Due to the usual improper planning by Obama's staff, there are only three parachutes on the plane. The engines cut and the Democrat pilot takes a parachute and jumps out of the plane. The black man Obama says, "I am the smartest black man in the world. I need to live." He takes a parachute and jumps out of the plane. The priest says to the boy scout, "Son, you take the last parachute. I have lived a full life."

After a very touching moment, the boy scout says, "don't worry, the smartest black man on earth just jumped out with my knapsack."

Are you referring to the same Herman Cain who was a successful businessman and chairman of the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City Omaha Branch from 1989 to 1991, deputy chairman from 1992 to 1994, and chairman from 1995 to 1996 of the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City and who became the CEO of the National Restaurant Association from 1996 to 1999?
That Herman Cain?
What company, state or local government department did Obama lead or preside over again?
Before becoming the leader of this nation?
Herman Cain was never a serious candidate....

Except those who did the same trying to protect Nixon.
Nixon just didn't have an adoring press.
There you go. Pushing Bush policies under the rug once again. It it hadn't been for Bush's claiming executive privilege in the CIA leak, both he and Chaney would have been impeached. LOL. Bush wouldn't even let them get close to a microphone. Let alone take the Fifth.

The conversation was about how rap/hip hop music came to be and whether or not the music is timeless. Flack asked if anyone thought there will be rap golden oldies, Hah, fk no there won't be because rap/hip hop has no shelf life.
I'm not saying that Swift's music is timeless either, only that she's made a ton of money and if she remains popular she'll blow right past JayZ $ within a few years and with a lot less hassle.
I'm more of a Bruno Mars fan actually.
You were comparing a country singer too a hip hop mogul. There's no comparison. Rap is fairly new compared to other genres so, for you to say " it has no shelf life " is asinine. How do you figure that when, radio stations still have old school parties &, memorial dedication days for dead artists of raps past? The subject was about your comment that " rap is about money " & I used Jay as an example proven few have capitalized on rap the way Jay has &, as a testament to how he alone has been doing it. The shelf life comes with classic albums &, a lot of rappers has done that

I've had several people say things such as: I don't go to the doctor so why should I have to pay for insurance.
And, I can just go to the ER if something happens.
And; I know so many young women who have had their babies and Medicaid paid for everything, then she whispered.(And, theyre white)!!
I said to her, wow, and you thought only lack people did that? It's amazing.
I asked her what would she and her husband do if either of them needed heart surgery, or got cancer?
I explained to her that those options are used by people with nothing to lose, no homes, no assets, no credit.
your assumption that people who have never bothered to have a family doctor and have always relied on emergency rooms for routine problems will suddenly change their behavior because they have insurance is completely illogical...

Yes, of course. The rich would not be rich if they had not been given the opportunities provided to them by living in the United States and they shouldn't balk at paying it forward.
The "rich" pay the bulk of taxes while the sponges pay nothing.

He said it to get his socialist supporters like you behind him when he raised taxes on everyone that pays FICA. This includes small business owners who are far from "rich".

It's just another jab at the successful while building up resentment from the dependent class.
