Obamacare will be this president's undoing. Ironically, he still thinks it's his legacy which, of course, it is. But not the legacy he has in mind.
Also, his pouting and bullying and refusing to sit down and even talk with Republicans to work out a compromise hasn't gone over well with a lot of people.
But Obamacare will be his undoing. I really believe that. We're just going to have to prepare ourselves for the worst first.

Only a person who has severe psychological damage could possible think this way. Pharmaceutical and insurance costs have been soaring for many years now and all the while not a single thing has been done to help that situation. Now we have a president who is not afraid to address the real problems facing our nation and just as they did with socisl security and medicare the Republicans are pretending it's the end of time. Without either of those we would really be dealing with the worst, so deal with it you clueless pretenders of the poor, working man, Veterans and whine away as Obama crams it up your azz. Your blind misery is rather enjoyable.

Carol is correct. Obama and his party are the party of "no" compromise, even though the majority of America does not want Obamacare.

You sound like a 10 year old, bullshitter.

You're confusing Osama with Obama and Obamacare which is destined to see this nation fail. Nevermind the government failing. It's already been there, done that.
It's the people I'm worried about. Especially people like you. The economy is anything but saved. Obama has done more spending than any other president. Jobs being created are part-time because of Obamacare and Obama has raised taxes at every opportunity. Obamacare, by the way, is a tax law. Which brings me back to my original point.
You're lying again as usual Carol.
Government spending under President Obama has grown at a slower rate than it did under any president since Dwight D. Eisenhower was in office six decades ago, according to an analysis from Bloomberg. That may not jibe with the conservative complaints that Obama has overseen a massive growth in government spending, but itís true:
Federal outlays over the past three years grew at their slowest pace since 1953-56, when Dwight D. Eisenhower was president. Expenditures as a share of the economy sank last year to 22.8 percent, their lowest level since 2008, according to Congressional Budget Office data. Thatís down from 24.1 percent in 2011 and a 64-year high of 25.2 percent in 2009, when Obama pushed through an $831 billion stimulus package.[...]
Spending grew just 0.6 percent from 2009 to 2012, according to data compiled by Bloomberg from government reports.
The President doesn't spend a dime that isn't authorized by Congress you clueless twit! Raising taxes is also a function of Congress you stupid liar. The only ones who got a tax raise was those making over $400,000 a year and that was passed by the Republican House.
It's amazing to me that someone who claims she was some kind of hot shot teacher is so ignorant about how government operates.
You're an idiot Carol!

Morning idiot, speaking of the psychologically damaged. Only the most clueless would not see that Obama has bent over backwards to please and appease a group of greedy people that are supposed to do what's best for fellow Americans, but their admitted only project was to undermine and destroy Obama....While the by-product of that brings us programmed sheep like you carol and the rest of the lock steppers on here. Even Ray Charles could see that.

Good lord you are truly ignorant of what is going on in the world. Gallup poll and a few other polls have exposed the republicans at the lowest polls for approval and disapproval in the history of the USA to be held by one party. Of those polled 70% hold republicans responsible for the dysfunctions of our government congress. Do try to keep upÖ. Your right wing propaganda is no longer working.
As I stated before, as communication increases so does the knowledge of those communicating grows. Well for some. We will always have our 10% of DUH ! Like you emulate.
Personally I hope Obama vetoes the senate proposal for raising the debt ceiling and put a stop to these juvenile republican tactics that is destroying our nations credit as a financial leader.
If we canít rid ourselves of this ignorance within our politics then the Chineseís are correct. Its time we pass on the role of leadership to another. LOL that would instantly make your white class a minority, on the world stage. Technology, finical, trade, free markets, etc., etc., will now be to the discretion of the world new leaders. Gee who would of thought that addiction to Tea would be the demise of our democracy. Credit goes down> Interest Rates go Up> The 1% collects the profits. Now thatís what I call Repubacare.
See you at the polls 2014...Ta, Ta, Oh by the way, democrats and Obamaís polls are rising as fast as the annual deficit is declining. Obama went ahead and set up his own budget in lieu of the republicans inability to get off their broken record of Nay, Nay, Nay leadership. Presently the Annual deficit has been cut in half since 2008 and is going down. At this rate Obama will produce a surplus to the annual budget as did Clinton.

People need to stop focusing on the Social Security retirement program and refocus on SSI. That is the program that needs closer scrutiny. After all, SSI isn't self-funded. It is paid for by U.S. Treasury general funds. And it is running amok.
Since 1990, the number of disabled-worker beneficiaries has increased 84%. Repeat 84%!!! And, asa a result, the number of disabled Medicare beneficiaries has increased nearly 70 percent since 1990. This just isn't acceptable. We need to reevaluate how we pay SSI to premature children and take a look at why disability retirements are being handed out like candy.
That's where the red ink is....not in the self-funded Social Security program.
The Social Security Trust Fund is an easy fix....raise the retirement age by one year. Not so much with SSI. It's a monster that is out of control.
How old are YOU?

Those of us who have worked above the tables, in the lower economic realms since our middle teens-say..DON'T touch the retirement age, 40 PLUS years of paying IN taxes, to have a society that NOW allows for hordes of able entitlementalcase SLACKERTICS to drain them for sitting on their deadbeat, palms outstretched azzez is already TOO MUCH.

Polls Show the GOP Is Now Losing Their Faithful

Ted Cruz may be trying to spin it otherwise, but the numbers show the GOP is even losing the support of Republican voters.

Denial ainít just a river in Egypt. Itís now an official wing of the Republican Party.

As poll after poll after poll shows Americans angry with the GOP over the government shutdown, Tea Party Republicans are still trying to spin this disaster as a win for the GOP. This epic denial brings back memories of Election 2012, when Republicans believed right up to the last minute that the reelection of Barack Obama was a scientific impossibility.

Not surprisingly, the chief purveyor of the latest fairy tale is Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX), who spun it for his GOP colleagues at a Wednesday luncheon. Here is his argument, which has worked its way into Tea Party talking points: In November 1995, 51 percent of voters blamed Republicans for the shutdown; a mere 28 percent blamed then-President Clinton. Every poll shows that the GOP is being blamed for the shutdown this time as well. But itís by a smaller margin than in 1995. Break out the Champagne.

Not so fast. A new Wall Street Journal/NBC News poll out Thursday found that the public blames the Republican Party more for the shutdown than President Obama, by a 22-percentage-point margin (53 percent to 31 percent). This is essentially the same as the 1995 margin. What will Cruz say now?

the nutjobs sure are quiet about the polls.
That's probably because 3 out of 4 Americans don't know the so-called "government shut down" is just another lie and hoax from the Democrats.
The government didn't shut down. 87 percent of the government was unaffected. That means we were able to cut the government by 13 percent, which is what has to happen not only this year, but every year for the forseeable future to put the government in a position of balancing revenue with spending.
All that is happening is, the Democrats are throwing a tantrum over being forced with the real world fact that a government must live within its means.
The Democrats' tantrum is so severe, they are threatening to destabilize the world economy by unconstitutionally causing the United States to default on its debt.
These Democrats are the most dangerous radicals to ever infect government since Hitler... perhaps even more dangerous than Hitler, considering they have allied themselves with the worst terrorists in the world today.

While over 70% of "AMERICANS" are watching you hold your nose as you get deeper and deeper into your own self induced slime bucket, you idiots have spent five years and millions wasted on a "LAW" that was duely processed and upheld by the supreme court. The only thing that applies here is the definition of insanity which you baggers are the poster child for. Real Americans get it!!!
