But, but, but....Galt DECLARED "Obama rejects bipartisan bill to pay veterans death benefits". He was WRONG. He has egg on his face...once again. Just like you and your declaration that Obama shut down the Amber Alert System. The two of you make an interesting omelette.
Oh for heaven sakes. Obama didn't sign the bill until 8:30 tonight.

PS Obama did close the Amber Alert page.

Now get off your self righteous high horse.

You just can't help yourself. Always parroting reich wing propaganda.
There is no "skyrocketing number of part-time workers" tied to Obamacare.
Here's the list....how many Full-time workers do you see cut to part-time?

And, no one is being forced to join the exchange. If they have insurance now and it is cheaper...keep it. The exchange obviously isn't for them. Geez
WASHINGTON, Aug 21 (Reuters)- U.S. businesses are hiring at a robust rate. The only problem is that three out of four of the nearly 1 million hires this year are part-time and many of the jobs are low-paid.

Faltering economic growth at home and abroad and concern that President Barack Obama's signature health care law will drive up business costs are behind the wariness about taking on full-time staff, executives at staffing and payroll firms say.

http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2013/08/21/part...

Today, more than 8 million Americans are working part-time jobs because they can't find full-time work according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics.

Many small businesses are not employing more than 50 workers due to the unknown costs of Obamacare and cutting back employees to part-time to avoid having to provide health care benefits.

Where have you been? This is not new.

We have paid almost 700 million for a project that was budgeted for 93 million then we end up with a barely functioning insecure website.

I wish a second try would produce better results.

What sucks is the code really is not that complicated but I am sure it has been bloated to be the size of the Healthcare law by now.

Maybe you need to look at the list-there is plenty of examples of job cuts.
Better yet when the BLS is up again look at the increasing percentage of part time jobs.
The increase in part-time jobs has nothing to do with Obamacare. Part-time jobs have been increasing since 2006. That's a FACT.

Well, the whole thing is just nuts.

Obama wouldn't even agree to a temporary raise in the debt ceiling offered by Republicans because they still want to make a few changes in his prized obsession, Obamacare, to put an end to the shutdown.

Hard to believe this strictly partisan law with so many unintended consequences is so completely off limits to Republicans who only want a few concessions representing the majority who are still against it.

Obama just doesn't anyone to touch his things.

So he and Reid will continue to come up with new ways to make us suffer.

Where's the polls on that entire website asking the same questions about Democrats and Obama?
Obama's approval has dropped to 37%. Where was that noted on that website?
An Associated Press-GfK survey found that just 5% approve of the job being done by senators and representatives.
That would be both parties in Congress.
53% disapprove of how Barack Obama is handling his job.

Jon Stewart to red states:‘What do you hate more? Poverty or Obama?’

Tonight on The Daily Show, Jon Stewart took a pitchfork to states that refused federal money to expand Medicaid programs.

The federal government offered to pay for the programs until 2020, but 26 states declined the offer.

“Twenty-six states?” an exasperated Stewart asked.“Twenty-six states? They must be a pretty eclectic group with many different reasons to explain why they would turn down federal money to bring healthcare to their working poor … or maybe there was just one reason.”

The show then cut to a clip of a reporter saying “[a]ll of those states have Republican governors, or legislatures that are controlled by Republicans.”

“Oh,” Stewart replied,“which makes this just the latest example of that hit game show that’s sweeping the nation,‘What Do You Hate More: Poverty or Obama?’ Brought to you by ‘Spite,’ the emotion that will make you turn down millions of dollars to help the working poor because you hate the president.”

“And Arby’s, because technically, it’s food.”

Stewart then lit into Texas governor Rick Perry, who said that expanding Medicare is like “adding 1,000 people to the Titanic.”

“That’s true,” Stewart said,“that’s true … if the Titanic had crashed into a hospital.”

He then mocked Mississippi legislators who claimed that, despite being “the 49th healthiest state in the Union,” Obamacare “is the worst system of delivering healthcare known to man.”

Stewart then turned to Missouri, whose state Sen. John Lamping claims can’t help the working poor because Medicaid already takes up one-third of the state’s budget.“We can barely afford to be in the Medicaid program as it exists today,” Lamping said.

“Boy, that is a tough choice,” Stewart responded.“Should we, as a state, accept 100 percent of the state’s cost from the federal government or should we, well, yeah, f**k you.”

In most polls, the margin of blame between Democrats and Republicans is roughly 5% to 6%.

Obama follows close behind.

That gap could begin to narrow.

I found the Carney press conference a little bizarre.

But, it does appear that Reid is calling the shots now. What he signals the WH does. Why Obama wants to gamble his legacy with the crazy Reid in charge is stranger than Carney.

Poll: Shutdown Damaging to GOP

Talk about backfiring. In a new poll by NBC News and the Wall Street Journal, the majority of Americans blame the GOP for the federal closure, and in turn, the party's popularity is declining to a historically low level. It found 53 percent of respondents find the Republican Party at fault, and only 24 percent retain a favorable opinion of them. By eight percentage points and with only one year until midterm elections, Americans say they prefer a Democratic-controlled Congress to one controlled by the GOP.

What's the point? My point was to point out the idiocracy of your post regarding how unpopular Democrats were in the polls. What was the point of posting those? Stupidity? You look like such a fool and now you are trying to dig yourself out of the hole you dug for yourself with personal attacks. Silly little Cretin. Typical Rethug.

The WSJ/NBC Poll Is a Complete Republican Rout

Many Republican respondents were unsparing in their view of what their representatives have been doing:

More than a third of Republicans disapproved of how their party’s members in Congress are doing their job, while nearly 40% said congressional Republicans were putting the party’s agenda above the good of the country.

When that many people in your own party are against what you’ve been doing, it is absurd to believe that you are in a position to “win” anything.
