Actually, the highest handicap for men is 36.4. Or about two strokes per hole.

How many strokes you would get would depend on your handicap & Course rating.

To calculate your handicap you take your last twenty 18 hole scores (noting the maximum stroke per hole rules) & take the top ten. You then average those scores & your handicap is 80% of that average.

Years ago I wrote a program for the local CC to keep tabs of members' handicaps.

The Democrats have already indoctrinated their dupes with the term "neo insurectionists" as part of their plan to start a war to take over the country.

"Barack Obama is preparing to invoke the powers given to him under 50 USC Chapter 13 to hold that various American States are now in a “state of insurrection” thus allowing him to invoke the National Emergencies Act under 50 USC § 1621 and invoke the highly controversial“continuity of government” plan for the United States allowing him, in essence, to rule with supreme powers."

"The NDAA is opposed by many US States, this bulletin says, with California joining Alaska and Virginia this past week in passing a law making it illegal to be enforced in their territory, and with many other States, also, preparing to do the same.
"The specific portions of the NDAA law being opposed by these US States allows for the indefinite detention without charges or trial of all American citizens and allows for their assassination should Obama order it.
"The PPACA (Obamacare) law is, likewise, opposed by over half of the US States and has led to an American “shutdown” this past week that has closed 15% of their government, but has left fully 85% of it still open."
Here's the bottom line:
The Democrats demand government control of everything. For this, they need to eliminate any controls (the Constitution) on their government. This requires unlimited spending, which Congress is an obstacle to that.
The government is obviously too large.
85 percent of the Obama government isn't enough to satisfy the Democrats. It's all or nothing.
The Democrats intend to destroy this country if they can't get what they want... which is actually the elimination of the constitutional republic.
In short, the Democrats are about to declare war on the American people, and slaughter them wholesale.
This has always been the plan. The massive arms buildup in the DHS whould have made that obvious. Putting the Muslim Brotherhood in top level positions in the DHS whould have made this doubly obvious.
Good Grief

A web poll released Wednesday showed that Republicans continue to bear most of the blame for the government shutdown, the latest iteration of a clear and consistent trend.

The Associated Press-GfK survey showed that 62 percent of American adults primarily blame Republicans for the first shutdown since 1996, while about half pinned the blame on President Barack Obama or congressional Democrats.

And while 52 percent said that Obama is not cooperating enough with the GOP to end the shutdown, 63 percent said Republicans aren't doing enough to cooperate with the president.

Republicans have assailed Obama for his refusal to negotiate the terms of a continuing resolution that would re-open the shuttered government. Obama, meanwhile, has said that he will negotiate but only after Congress passes a bill to fund the government.

Polls conducted before and after the shutdown have consistently shown that the public holds Republicans responsible for the situation.

The latest House bill, which the chamber backed on a 228-201 vote, would have delayed the law's individual mandate while prohibiting lawmakers, their staff and top administration officials from getting government subsidies for their health care.
The Senate voted 54-46 along party lines to reject it.

The GOP’s Misinformation Problem in Action (III)

....the Republican members of Congress telling the public that they don’t need to worry about the danger of default if the debt ceiling isn’t raised are simply wrong. They are misinformed, and they are misinforming the public. They need to stop, but unfortunately many of the sources that they rely on for their news and analysis are recycling the same bad information.

Strange that Ted Cruz (real name Rafael Edward Cruz) is the one behind shutting down the government. What do we know about this Foreign born person? How is it that a person not born in the US has so much power over the government? Could it be that his Cuban father under the direction on Castor has infiltrated our government through his son? Is this the beginning of a commie take over?
Come on Repub help me out here. You are better at the conspiracy ideas than I am. Is this commie Cruz trying a government take over?

Daily Show host Jon Stewart mocked Republicans on Tuesday for their continued efforts to avoid taking responsibility for the federal government shutdown, despite it being precipitated by one of their own speaking for 21 hours

“The party of personal responsibility ain’t taking none,” Stewart said after playing a montage of clips of GOP lawmakers trying to pin the blame on Democrats.

Stewart then showed footage of House Speaker John Boehner’s (R-OH) interview with ABC News on Sunday in which Boehner did not deny that in July 2013 he offered Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-NV) a continued resolution for government spending at levels below what Democrats wanted — while continuing to fund the Affordable Care Act — only to renege on the offer later.

“I and my members decided that the threat of Obamacare and what was happening was so important that it was time for us to take a stand,” Boehner said at the time, which incensed Stewart.

“Did you f*cking hear that?” Stewart yelled at his audience.“Can we stop having a conversation about if ‘both sides are gonna blink.’ They had a deal.”

Stewart then challenged Boehner, saying,“You think Obamacare’s a big enough threat to this country that you need to shut down the government, fine. Own it. Don’t fart and point at the dog.”

More Hell Coming to DC as Misinformed Right Wing Truckers Prepare to Invade

http://www.politicususa.com/2013/10/08/hell-c...

MSNBC host Ed Schultz accused right-wing talk hosts of co-opting “the very people that they’ve done nothing for” in encouraging a group of truck drivers in their attempt to blunt traffic around Washington D.C. on Friday in the “Ride For The Constitution” demonstration.

“If you’re a trucker, may I ask you tonight: What in the hell have Republicans done for you?” Schultz said.“They’ve let subsidies run wild to the oil companies. They’ve done nothing to reel in the speculation on Wall Street because they don’t want any regulation whatsoever. They want all deregulation. Tell me, what have the Republicans done for you independent truckers out there on your own, the entrepreneurs of America, what have they done for you? I’ll tell you — nothing.”

After speculating that “probably most” of the demonstrators will be armed, Schultz described them as angry people with a barrage of complaints, but directed at the wrong source in President Barack Obama.

“They’re upset about high fuel prices,” Schultz pointed out.“Really? What have the Republicans done about that? Not a damn thing. In fact, I think these truckers, they ought to find out who exactly is in favor of big oil subsidies.”

It was also easy, Schultz argued, for conservative elements to make “low-information” voters upset about issues like regulations or the debt limit.

“This is one angry and disturbed bunch of folks,” Schultz said.“And they have been listening to radio [hosts] all across the country who have been encouraging them to think that they really can do this and get away with it.”
