Obama has decided that Executive Authority must be preserved for our Government to function properly.
He will not negotiate over funding, because of the precedent it sets for any future President who happens to have one branch of Congress against him.
Any President, of any Party, could be forced to bend to every whim of a single branch of Congress, under threat of destroying the economy if he doesn't go along.
That's blackmail, plain and simple.
The full faith and credit of the United States has nothing to do with defunding the ACA.
The Repugnants are using the Nuculur Option.
Obamacare is a success, with Kentucky having the best results in the nation. Imagine, the State where all their politicians hate the ACA, yet we the people of Kentucky are signing up in droves.
