A medical test being developed by Kuwait will be used to 'detect' homosexuals and prevent them from entering the country – or any of the Gulf Cooperation Countries (GCC), according to a Kuwaiti government official.

GCC member countries – Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates – already deem homosexual acts unlawful.

This controversial stance is being toughened, according to Yousouf Mindkar, the director of public health at the Kuwaiti health ministry.

Here is a link to a reference where you can see the details of government spending, deficit and debt:

Now all you have to do is educate yourself on how the government works and who was responsible for the debt to discover the lies in your post.

The Democrats have increased the debt from 8.5 trillion to 17 trillion.
The Democrats have increased the deficit from 0.16 (that's zero point one six) trillion to 1.6 trillion, and now, thanks to the TEA Party influencing Congress, the deficit was reduced to 1.3 trillion with absolutely no plan to stop the debt from growing at 8 percent every year while the part of the economy that pays for everything is stagnant, and shoving the government to certain collapse.

No more debt. Not for any reason. When any agency or department expends all the money appropriated for it, shut it down until there is more money in the Treasury to appropriate for it.

Oh, yeah. The 14th Amendment says the government has to pay the debt before it writes a welfare check, dumbass. If it can't do both, it has to pay the debt first.

China, the biggest foreign creditor of the United States, has waded into the American budget crisis, warning Congress that it must resolve the political impasse over the debt ceiling without further delay.

The Chinese Vice Foreign Minister, Zhu Guangyao, told America’s deadlocked politicians on Monday that “the clock is ticking” and called on them to approve an extension of the national borrowing limit before the federal government is projected to run out of cash on 17 October.

“We ask that the United States earnestly takes steps to resolve in a timely way the political issues around the debt ceiling and prevent a US debt default to ensure the safety of Chinese investments in the United States,” Mr Zhu told reporters in Beijing.“This is the United States’ responsibility,” he added.

The American government entered its seventh day of shutdown on Monday, following the failure of Congress to approve the national budget a week ago. And there was little sign of progress on the still more crucial issue of the fast-approaching “debt ceiling” deadline. Yet rather than indicating a willingness to negotiate, the Republican Speaker of the House of Representatives, John Boehner, stated on Sunday that it was “time for us to stand and fight” over the budget. He added that a default was “the path we’re on”. American stock markets opened down in response to the belligerent comments yesterday, with the S&P 500 Index of leading shares shedding 0.5 per cent.

In September 2008 China eclipsed Japan to become the biggest single foreign creditor of the US federal government. The US administration estimates that the China government holds at least $1.3 trillion of its bonds. The total could be higher because Beijing is known to hold American debt through intermediaries. And, in total, the Beijing authorities have $3.5trn of dollar-denominated assets, which would also be hit hard in the event of a default.

These vast foreign exchange holdings are a by-product of China’s closed financial system and persistent current account surplus, which means that most foreign currency that enters the country accumulates with the central bank. The central bank then invests the money in normally “safe” dollar assets. The vast dollar reserves are also a legacy of China’s policy in recent decades of artificially holding down the value of its currency, the renminbi, in order to boost the overseas sales of its politically influential export industry.

Is Piers Morgan Live dead?

Katie Couric reportedly may take over the CNN 9 pm Eastern show from ratings-challenged Piers Morgan, who was the network’s replacement for Larry King.

As we previously reported, in August 2013 Piers Morgan Live attracted a measly 87,000 viewers in its key 25-54 demographic. With his ongoing poor ratings, there’s no way he will be competitive on cable news once Megyn Kelly’s show The Kelly File officially launches on the Fox News Channel in the same time slot.

The TV news insider website FTVLive claims that CNN Worldwide President Jeff Zucker would like Couric to replace Morgan when Morgan’s contract expires at the end of this year. But Zucker is apparently casting a wider net beyond Couric.

This may be more than just a rumor; it should be noted that FTVLive first reported that NBC would abandon the Hillary Clinton miniseries, and that turned out to be true.

Where did we leave off yesterday....

So-called "African" Americans have no resemblance to real Africans. In Africa, you don't see an entire culture of single mothers with baby's who's fathers abandon them as a matter of cultural tradition. In Africa, these so-called "African" Americans would be the lowest of the low. They would have the lowest status and respect in any African village or culture.
... and we elect one of them president to promote our image to the world.

Obama is nothing more than something like a mob thug for the Muslim Brotherhood, rubbing out people in Al Qaeda that the Muslim Brotherhood want replaced in the rebuilt Al Qaeda organization that has grown to be bigger and stronger than it ever was in its history since Obama became president. Only an idiot would think there's not a connection there.

Obama ignores the Al Qaeda mastermind of the Benghazi attack who is living out in public in Tunis, while he pretends to be fighting against terrorists by "capturing" a terrorist living in the open and hasn't been involved with Al Qaeda operations for 15 years.
The Samali operation was obviously planned by someone like Al Bundy. The operation had to be aborted because... get this... there were children present.
Children sleep in the same place every goddam night. For some reason, this Al Bundy-like person in our administration had no clue there would be children at the location.
Can you imagine the conversation among the special forces team members when they discovered the children? It probably went something like this:
"What the fuck! There's children here! Who the fuck planned this fucked up operation?"

And the confidence in the Commander in Chief grows...(that would be funny if it were happening in some third world country and not here.)

You know like supplying a couple thousand guns to the Mexican drug cartels, weapons used to kill American's. He can order the stand down in Benghazi, the refusal to protect American's that led to more American deaths. That his spend, spend agenda has allowed him to run up more debt than all former presidents combined. Like coming up nobamakare, a program that forces American's to buy a product, health care insurance they may not want or putting a tax on Grannies wheel chair? He is responsible for the unemployment rate that is higher than when he took office. He is responsible for millions more American's being on food stamps. He can give unions a waiver in participating in nobamakare but he will not give individuals the same option. He is responsible for the fact that American household incomes are down. He is responsible for the fact that millions of fewer American's are paying federal income tax. He promised one of the first things he would do would be to close Gitmo, Gitmo is still open the president lied.
In your mind the boy presidents record is sterling when in fact it is a disaster.

The veterans had gathered at the Vietnam Memorial Plaza to protest the 12th anniversary of the war in Afghanistan by reading out the names of deceased US soldiers.

One video shows a man speaking about how veterans are committing suicide.“This is a sign of betrayal….it’s important you know that your government committed immense atrocities during the Vietnam war, we did it every day,” he states.

After the Park Service rejected the group’s application to hold a protest at the site, an all night vigil was planned. The group argued that its first amendment rights superseded the 10pm curfew.

Photographs show veterans being handcuffed and loaded into paddy wagons.

A live stream video recording of the event shows demonstrators chanting,“whose side are you on?” before police, after several verbal warnings, move in to make the arrests.

The government “shutdown” is a hoax. It is pure theater designed to make life as miserable as possible for Americans while the government keeps collecting taxes, racking up debt expenditures, running foreign wars and doing all the unconstitutional things government does these days. It is now becoming obvious to nearly all Americans that the Obama administration is running a pernicious, punitive, selective “shutdown” that’s designed to hold the American people hostage until Obama gets his way. His “ransom demand” is total capitulation to his demands for endless spending, the total takeover of medicine by Obamacare, and the centralization of power in the hands of the few.

Image: Government shut down.

The Obama administration ran a similar gambit a few months back when it started releasing thousands of felony criminals from U.S. prisons, claiming it was forced to do so because of sequestration budget cuts.

Today, the Obama administration has barricaded World War II memorials, shut down access to private businesses, closed parts of the OCEAN, closed tourist viewing areas of famous landmarks and gone out of its way to attempt to inflict suffering and inconvenience upon the People of America. It has punitively blocked access to a private hotel and even kicked people off private lands as part of the government’s shutdown theater.

Democrat Voters Confused:“I Didn’t Realize I Would Be The One Who Was Going to Pay For It Personally”

Back in 2008, when then-candidate Obama promised Joe the Plumber and the rest of America that he intended to spread the wealth around, most democrat and liberal voters embraced the notion of wealth redistribution under the guise of equality. A universal health care plan, that would be free for all Americans, was the promise from the candidate of hope and change.

Image: Obama Supporters.

Tens of millions of Americans jumped on the bandwagon waving their flags, fainting at his appearances, and fawning over his every word.

None ever thought about where the money would come from for all this new found wealth he promised to bestow upon them.

But those who understand that socialism, communism and governance by the collective are failed experiments, warned where that money would come from. It would be taken by force from the toils of the middle class, and it’d impoverish them in the process.

Now the myrmidons who once vehemently supported the policies of President Barack Obama without question are coming to the realization that when Obama spoke about spreading the wealth he actually meant their wealth too!

Cindy Vinson is one such supporter. This month, like many Americans who have health insurance through their employer or private insurers, Vinson got an unwanted awakening to the reality of government sponsored wealth confiscation and redistribution:

Cindy Vinson and Tom Waschura are big believers in the Affordable Care Act. They vote independent and are proud to say they helped elect and re-elect President Barack Obama.

Yet, like many other Bay Area residents who pay for their own medical insurance, they were floored last week when they opened their bills: Their policies were being replaced with pricier plans that conform to all the requirements of the new health care law.

Vinson, of San Jose, will pay $1,800 more a year for an individual policy, while Waschura, of Portola Valley, will cough up almost $10,000 more for insurance for his family of four.

“I was laughing at Boehner — until the mail came today,” Waschura said, referring to House Speaker John Boehner, who is leading the Republican charge to defund Obamacare.

“I really don’t like the Republican tactics, but at least now I can understand why they are so pissed about this. When you take $10,000 out of my family’s pocket each year, that’s otherwise disposable income or retirement savings that will not be going into our local economy.”

Both Vinson and Waschura have adjusted gross incomes greater than four times the federal poverty level — the cutoff for a tax credit. And while both said they anticipated their rates would go up, they didn’t realize they would rise so much.

“Of course, I want people to have health care,” Vinson said.“I just didn’t realize I would be the one who was going to pay for it personally.”

Prior the passage of Obamacare Congressional switchboards lit up with 99 out of 100 Americans urging their representatives to throw the legislation out.

They didn’t listen. They passed the bill without even reading it. In fact, they didn’t even make it public until a few hours before the vote and by then it was too late.

Group plans to arrest members of Congress on Friday

October 7, 2013

Twitter has suspended the account belonging to ‘Truckers for the Constitution’, a group that has received national media attention over its plan to roadblock traffic in DC and arrest members of Congress later this week.

Image: Wikimedia Commons.

Although the event, scheduled for Friday, has been public for around a week, it went viral this morning after being covered in a lengthy piece by U.S. News & World Report which was also linked on the Drudge Report.

“We are not going to ask for impeachment,” the group’s organizer Earl Conlon said.“We are coming whether they like it or not. We’re not asking for impeachment, we’re asking for the arrest of everyone in government who has violated their oath of office.”

The group has promised to allow emergency vehicles and anyone who expresses support to bypass the convoy, but says that it will set up a three lane roadblock if police attempt to interfere with the group’s demands. The organization promises to be peaceful and thinks it possible to achieve the arrest of one or two Congress members, a spectacle that will represent,“a shot across the bow that will ripple across all branches of government.”

The group’s main gripe is the Obama administration’s policy of using taxpayer dollars to fund Al-Qaeda-linked rebels in Syria.

Twitter reacted to the news by almost immediately terminating the group’s account.

Attempting to access the organization’s page brings up the following message:

The goals of the House of Repeals are to put the civility back into civilization, to return our country to the rule of law and to enforce the rights of the sovereign people of the United States; through the most stringent enforcement possible of the Bill of Rights.
To accomplish this our primary method will be bills or constitutional amendments of repeal, presented to the voters of the several states, starting with California, that will do four things:Â

Clarify the present law (the Constitution of the United States and/or the state in question) in such breadth and sweeping detail; in both plain English and Legalese; that not only may regular people understand it, but lawyers may understand it too.Â
Define the important words and ideas so that interpretation is unnecessary and misunderstanding is not possible.Â
Repeal the unconstitutional or immoral statutes and regulations that violate the Constitutions or the rights of sovereign individuals.Â
Punish the people guilty of violating the Constitutions of the United States and/or the state in question and the rights of sovereign individuals. This will be done by putting teeth into the repeal law or amendment that:Â
define voting; as a state legislator or a member of a lesser legislative body; for a bill that reinstates or replaces a repealed statute or regulation in whole or in part, in intent or effect, or commits a new act that violates the prohibitions on state action; as a felony with a heavy fine and prison term.Â
define signing such a bill with the intent to enforce it as though it were a law by any Governor or lesser executive officer (mayors, etc.) as a felony with a heavy fine and prison term..Â
define enforcement of the old statutes; or new ones for the same or similar purposes; as a felony with a heavy fine and prison term. This includes judges, police and other bureaucrats.Â

Unconstitutional statutes are not laws.

A U.S. debt default would cause stocks to crash, would cause bonds to crash, would cause interest rates to soar wildly out of control, would cause a massive credit crunch, and would cause a derivatives panic that would be absolutely unprecedented. And that would just be for starters. But don’t just take my word for it. These are the things that top financial experts all over the planet are saying will happen if there is an extended U.S. debt default.
Because they are so close together, the “government shutdown” and the “debt ceiling deadline” are being confused by many Americans.
As I wrote about the other day, the “partial government shutdown” that we are experiencing right now is pretty much a non-event. Yeah, some national parks are shut down and some federal workers will have their checks delayed, but it is not the end of the world. In fact, only about 17 percent of the federal government is actually shut down at the moment. This “shutdown” could continue for many more weeks and it would not affect the global economy too much.
On the other hand, if the debt ceiling deadline (approximately October 17th) passes without an agreement that would be extremely dangerous.
And if the U.S. government is eventually forced to start delaying interest payments on U.S. debt (which could potentially happen as soon as November), that would be absolutely catastrophic.
Once again, just don’t take my word for it. The following are 12 very ominous warnings about what a U.S. debt default would mean for the global economy…
#1 Gerald Epstein, a professor of economics at the University of Massachusetts Amherst:“If the US does default, that will make the Lehman Brothers bankruptcy look like a cakewalk”
#2 Tim Bitsberger, a former Treasury official under President George W. Bush:“If we miss an interest payment, that would blow Lehman out of the water”
#3 Peter Tchir, founder of New York-based TF Market Advisors:“Once the system starts to break down related to settlement and payments, then liquidity disappears, as we saw after Lehman”
#4 Bill Isaac, chairman of Cincinnati-based Fifth Third Bancorp:“We can’t even imagine all the things that might happen, just like Henry Paulson couldn’t imagine all the bad things that might happen if he let Lehman go down”
#5 Jim Grant, founder of Grant’s Interest Rate Observer:“Financial markets are all confidence-based. If that confidence is shaken, you have disaster.”
#6 Richard Bove, VP of research at Rafferty Capital Markets:“If they seriously default on the debt, what we’re really talking about is a depression”
#7 Chinese vice finance minister Zhu Guangyao:“The U.S. is clearly aware of China’s concerns about the financial stalemate [in Washington] and China’s request for the US to ensure the safety of Chinese investments.”
#8 The U.S. Treasury Department:“A default would be unprecedented and has the potential to be catastrophic: credit markets could freeze, the value of the dollar could plummet, U.S. interest rates could skyrocket, the negative spillovers could reverberate around the world, and there might be a financial crisis and recession that could echo the events of 2008 or worse”
#9 Goldman Sachs:“We estimate that the fiscal pull-back would amount to 9pc of GDP. If this were allowed to occur, it could lead to a rapid downturn in economic activity if not reversed quickly”
#10 Simon Johnson, former chief economist for the IMF:“It would be insane to default, but it’s no longer a zero-percent probability”
#11 Warren Buffett about the potential of a debt default:“It should be like nuclear bombs, basically too horrible to use”
#12 Bloomberg:“Anyone who remembers the collapse of Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. little more than five years ago knows what a global financial disaster is. A U.S. government default, just weeks away if Congress fails to raise the debt ceiling as it now threatens to do, will be an economic calamity like none the world has ever seen.”
