Ted Cruz Flops On Fox While Trying to Blame Obama For the Government Shutdown

At times during the Fox News interview, Cruz looked like the student who was giving an oral book report on a book that he never read. Cruz’s big plan also apparently involves looking weak by whining that this is all Obama’s fault, but he can’t get that right. Cruz keeps alternating between blaming Obama and Harry Reid.

None of it is working. The American people are turning more and more against Cruz and his party each day, and after watching the Texas senator flail around during a softball interview on Fox News, it’s clear that the Republican Party is in big, big trouble.

The companies didn't change. The only change was that Marxist welfare program ObamaKare.
Everything was fine until ObamaKare.
Now, after ObamaKare, those same companies that didn't change before ObamaKare are eliminating the health care benefit.
By the way, those health care benefits will be taxed, thanks to ObamaKare. Every person who receives a health insurance benefit from their company will pay more taxes with no increase in income.
Get rid of this Marxist welfare garbage. I don't care what needs to be done to get rid of it. Just get rid of it.
Options of choice are good!

Maybe the current admin kids on the hill with teh padded pockets could learn a little from watching some of these fast food chains implementations of at leas SOME affordable coverage for the younger gens (because SOME of us TRULY accountable types do NOT wish to dump tons of debt onto the younger/future gens, nor do we wish them to have to pay any MORE for us older gens than what past gens have)

We just want this nation to have a DAMN B-U-D-G-E-T, and to get a handle on the OVER spending (and ABUSES of) the current system, because why would ANY fiscally sane and sound persons want to hand out MORE hard earned dolluhs to slackerTICS and fweeriders, when they can't even manage what's already there (especially this admin of the past five years of patheTICness) to WASTE and abuse.

Bill Moyers: Tea Partiers ‘have sucked the last bit of soul’ from GOP
Tea Party Republicans and their rich supporters, Moyer argued, have “sucked the last bit of soul from the Grand Old Party of Abraham Lincoln,” turning them first delusional, then rabid, with the aid of conservative mouthpieces like Fox News and “multi-millionaire fabulist” Rush Limbaugh.
Moyers also blasted the GOP for taking their opposition to the Affordable Care Act — and related demands — to extremes that threaten to damage the U.S. as a whole.
“When the president refused to buckle to their extortion, they threw their tantrum,” Moyers said.“Like the die-hards of the racist South a century and a half ago, who would destroy the Union before giving up their slaves, so would these people burn the place down, sink the ship of state, and sow economic chaos to get their way. This says it all: they even shuttered the Statue of Liberty.”

so, like, you're all about projection?
The "same crap" posted years ago actually all came true.

The economy has not improved and unemployment is higher than ever with millions who have given up.

1/5 of the economy has been taken over by a government that can't manage to keep the post office or Amtrak solvent but has dumped the public into a future unsustainable and insolvent venture by redistributing healthcare.

The US as a super power has been diminished and those countries and rogue regimes who mocked GWB as a cowboy but actually feared him, now think Jimmy Carter is stronger than weakling Obama.

The country is more divided than ever. Obama is no Reagan or Clinton as far as working with the opposing parties.

The little whiney communist scum Democrats don't care if the DemokRATS and Obamaqueer screws the majority of Americans, as long as their perverted special interest groups (their voters - welfare queens) vote for them. They actually think it's funny.
The problem is, they are actually screwing their own kids & grandkids, they're just too stupid to realize it.
I agree with you. We need to kill this pig called Obamacare. My hope is it collapses on it's own weight and the DemokRATS pay for their arrogance & ignorance.
If they actually cared about their kids and grandkids, they wouldn't be getting 100 percent of the vote from a culture that abandons their children as a matter of cultural tradition.
They are Marxist communists. They are only interested in imposing a government on the people that has no opposition to it. Like all Marxists that have ever existed, they don't mind if they have to murder half the population to put this dictatorship in place.
They, themselves, aren't communists. This is obvious when you look at how they excuse themselves from the Marxist laws they write for everyone else. The only reason they promote the Marxist communist agenda is that is a convenient vehicle for them to be one of the elite ruling class and enjoy the priviledges and power given to the elite ruling class. And, as a benefit, when Marxist communism becomes the government standard, they don't have to tolerate anyone saying anything they don't like. They can just kill them.
That is the mentality we are allowing to run our government today.

Republicans Still Have No Idea What They Want
With the Obamacare fight seemingly over, there's no one who can put forward a strategy and rally the party around it.
A fight that began over Obamacare is now about ... well, what exactly? Last Wednesday, the Washington Examiner quoted Rep. Marlin Stutzman of Indiana saying,“We’re not going to be disrespected. We have to get something out of this. And I don’t know what that even is.”
Five days later, there's no sign they're any closer to figuring it out. Take this quote from Rep. Dennis Ross, a Florida Republican, in the New York Times:
“Republicans have to realize how many significant gains we’ve made over the last three years — and we have, not only in cutting spending but in really turning the tide on other things,” Mr. Ross said.“We can’t lose all that when there’s no connection now between the shutdown and the funding of Obamacare.”
“I think now it’s a lot about pride,” he said.
Like Stutzman's, Ross's take is striking in its desperate machismo. He admits Republicans have lost the ACA fight that inspired them, but sees this as no reason to stop the fight. The problem is that you can't ask for "pride" in return for raising the debt ceiling. When it comes to specific ideas, the GOP agenda ranges from non-existent to vague to mercurial, and since the party leadership is now taking its cues from a small conservative faction, there's no one who can step forward and unite the party under a single, coherent banner.
Speaker John Boehner's appearance on ABC's This Week demonstrates the Republican bind. Three times, host George Stephanopoulos showed Boehner doing 180s under duress from his caucus. It's easy to see why the speaker wouldn't want to commit to any new proposals, since he can't rely on Republicans to back him.
http://www.theatlantic.com/politics/archive/2...
And that explains the pile of bills from the House stacked up on Harry Reid's desk he has to obstruct from getting to the Senate floor for a vote that would end the government shut down.

You're an idiot.
