even when one thinks one is purchasing "Blue Cross" on the exchanges, it is not the same Blue Cross network in employer-sponsored plans....much more limited selection of hospitals and doctors...and the hospitals available are the key, because that is where the bulk of medical costs occur, not for the doctors....
