Obama Keeps Military Golf Courses Open… Closes Military Grocery Stores

Obama’s military golf courses are open, even while the military bases shut down the grocery stores. What is Obama’s response to the shutdown? He goes golfing, of course.

Yes, this means that while the government is taking on the vets, shutting down privately funded parks, and pointlessly keeping the Grand Canyon closed, Obama is golfing on federal lands.

Welcome to Obama’s America, every bit as corrupt as Chicago could dream. It’s sickening now on a level that Obama’s approval rating is collapsing even among liberals. He’s intentionally hurting people as much as possible.

For both years, this was about 22% of total world petroleum consumption. So why are we exporting oil again?
you could try asking the oil companies, but my guess is oil companies are exporting oil to increase their profits and the Federal gov't has nothing to do with it

IQs is not a good measure of cognitive abilities. Differences between groups is likely due to lack of preparation & social issues.

Galt basically called blacks stupid because they did not perform well on certain tests for which preparation varies.

It was a racist statement. Galt has posted racial slurs in the past.

one question, do you have any evidence, any peered review studies that can back up the claim that whites score 15-20% higher on IQ tests, especially those tests that are culturally neutral.

I don't know. I suggest you do some research for a change and get back.

But I'm sure that's too much work.....

GOP In Grave Danger Of Losing House In 2014, PPP Polls Show
Posted: 10/06/2013 7:11 am EDT

""Shutting down the government may end up costing Republicans control of the House of Representatives.

A series of polls released Sunday show just how damaging the shutdown has been for the GOP. The liberal-leaning Public Policy Polling compiled two dozen surveys, commissioned and paid for by MoveOn.org Political Action, from House districts around the country, taken from Oct. 2 through Oct. 4. Sample sizes were between 600 and 700 voters in each district.

For Democrats to win a House majority, 17 seats would need to switch to their party's favor. Results show that would be within reach, as Republican incumbents are behind in 17 of the districts analyzed: CA-31, CO-06, FL-02, FL-10, FL-13, IA-03, IA-04, IL-13, KY-06, MI-01, MI-07, MI-11, NY-19, OH-14, PA-07, PA-08, WI-07. In four districts, the incumbent Republican fell behind after respondents were told their representative supported the government shutdown: CA-10, NY-11, NY-23, VA-02. Three districts saw GOP incumbents maintain their hold over their Democratic challengers, even after hearing their elected officials' views on the shutdown, including CA-21, NV-03 and OH-06.

Back in 2012, Democrats picked up eight seats in the House, closing the gap of Republican control to 234-201. For a full breakdown of the PPP surveys, click here.""

Yeah stupid, Obama's numbers are going up while republican numbers are in a free fall. Tea Party darling and mastermind of the government shutdown is at a 22% approval rating.
The Republicans aren't leaders of any sort you clueless twit. They're acting like a bunch of four year olds throwing a tantrum and damaging the economy because they aren't getting their way. There is no way that the President or the Democrats should accede to these blackmailers an defund or even delay legislation that's going to help millions of Americans.
You're an idiot Carol!
They're acting like they represent the other half of us who want their voices heard when it comes to something as important as this. What do you...and Obama...and Reid...NOT understand about the majority still being against Obamacare?

Leaders bring opposing sides together and at least get some on board to support any major piece of legislation.

This "leader" alienates, demonizes and pretends the opposition doesn't exist.

We simply don't appreciate being bullied into submission by a man who thinks he's the crowned king of half of his kingdom. This is America. It's that disconnect thing again.

As long as this president keeps on pretending like we don't exist and irrelevant, we're going to keep reminding him - and you - we do and are.

WRONG AGAIN STUPID! All the Republicans had to do is pass a clean bill without trying to blackmail the President into delaying or defunding legislation that's going to benefit millions of Americans. The shutdown is on them and the majority of the American people blame them.
You're a self centered piece of crap Galt and an idiot to boot.

lol! We had the same problem here with those tests. So to prove the point, the testers were given what was called the 'hanabata' test. They failed miserably!

You prove yourself to be an ignorant putz again;

"Which government functions continue to operate and which are closed may seem random, but in reality some departments are financed completely or in part by fees where others rely entirely on congressional funding, which has been cut off."

But the golf course at Andrews Air Force Base is funded by user fees and therefore, the links remain open.

There are about 800,000 federal employees out of work during the shutdown, but the percentages vary wildly among agencies. The Bureau of Indian Affairs has 38 percent of its workers still on the job, while the Veterans Affairs Department has 96 percent continuing work through the crisis.

----------

You idiots don't even know what Gov't funding pays for!!

Turns out the Gov't doesn't fund Military Golf Courses!!

Another epic fail from Flake.

How's that $7 gasoline bullshit workiing for you, nitwit??

Not so. The President is not the problem.

Weak minded Teabagger Party smokers like you are the problem.

You think you can hold the President hostage with your outrageous demands.

Obama said 'Go f*ck yourselves'. America cheers!!

And you're mad because you see America blaming the House Teabaggers by a huge percentage.

House approval rating at 5%!!

Gulf rulers also have grown suddenly uneasy over the U.S. outreach to their regional rival Iran.
Bahrain Foreign Minister Sheik Khalid bin Ahmed Al Khalifa said Gulf states "must be in the picture" on any attempts by the U.S. and Iran to open sustained dialogue or reach settlement over Tehran's nuclear program. He was quoted Tuesday by the London-based Al Hayat newspaper as saying Secretary of State John Kerry has promised to consult with his Gulf "friends" on any significant policy shifts over Iran — a message that suggested Gulf states are worried about being left on the sidelines in potentially history-shaping developments in their region.
In response to the new U.S. opening to Iran to deal with its suspected nuclear weapons program, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu told the U.N. General Assembly that his country remained ready to act alone to prevent Tehran from building a bomb. He indicated a willingness to allow some time for further diplomacy but not much. And he excoriated new Iranian President Hassan Rouhani as a "wolf in sheep's clothing."
Kerry defended the engagement effort, saying the U.S. would not be played for "suckers" by Iran. Tehran insists its nuclear program is for peaceful energy production, while the U.S. and other countries suspect it is aimed at achieving atomic weapons capability.
McKinley, the Australian expert, said Syria and the U.S. budget crisis have shaken Australians' faith in their alliance with Washington.
"It means that those who rely on the alliance as the cornerstone of all Australian foreign policy and particularly security policy are less certain — it's created an element of uncertainty in their calculations," he said.
The point of Bush's sanctons was to get Iran to the negotiating table.

The point of Obama's sanctionswas to get Iran to the negotiating table.

So Iran indicates it is ready for negotiations, and you bitch about it??

Your stupidity is infinite.

Every time Obama succeeds, you nitwits bitch and whine.

Next you'll blame Obama for kidnapping a terrorist in Libya in broad daylight.

It's the rest of us who will have to hurry up and wait to see a physician and receive prompt treatment.

But hurray! At least hoping you won't die first is free!
