It doesn't align with what is the prelude to a single-payer system and total government control of health care as Harry Reid admitted on a PBS interview recently.
ObamaCare isn't really about helping anyone. It's about control. It's why he and Obama won't budge an inch for fear of losing sight of that control which is within their grasp. It's the prelude to the beginning of the end and a state-controlled system.
Those on the left either want government to have power over them or they're blinded by the fear of admitting they are wrong.
It's a human behavioral phenomenon that some people will never admit to being wrong even if it's to their own detriment. Germans who lived through the 1930s and 1940s had to grapple with how so many could have been so wrong long after the war had ended.
It can't be easy coming to terms with being on the wrong side of history when mass hysteria takes a stronghold and makes it easier to deny.
Liar! Not all Republicans are ignoramouses like you.

Meet Butch Mathews; a Republican who came to love Obamacare after realizing it will save him $13,000 a year:

So what would Matthews tell other Americans who are skeptical about Obamacare?“I would tell them to learn more about it before they start talking bad about it,” he noted.“Be more informed, get more information, take your time and study and not just go by just what you hear on one side or the other. Actually check the facts on it.”

“I still am a very strong Republican, but this… I’m so happy that this came along,” he continued.“Our home is paid for, vehicle’s paid for, this is our expense that we have. We have more expense on medical care than everything else put together, so this is going to be a great help for us.”

Wonder if Obama and Reid will put up the rails and yellow tape around the White House themselves today just to make another politically-driven and egotistical point that it's all about them - including ownership of the White House.

Really wouldn't surprise me, oddly enough.

Big problems for NBC at upcoming Winter Olympics in regards to Russia new anti gay laws.

"Propaganda is the act of distributing information among minors that 1) is aimed at the creating nontraditional sexual attitudes, 2) makes nontraditional sexual relations attractive, 3) equates the social value of traditional and nontraditional sexual relations, or 4) creates an interest in nontraditional sexual relations."

NBC: Dick Button and Scottie Hamilton won't be able to interview any skaters under 18 years old.

Matter of fact almost all of NBC newscasters will be watched as potential violators of the law.

All of the employees of the Huffington Post ought to just stay home.

EXCLUSIVE: Less than 1% of visitors are signing up for Obamacare on state health exchange websites

California's program registered an estimated 0.58 per cent of website visitors in its first day
A Connecticut congressman boasted that his state took 167 applications for Obamacare services on day one, a rate of 0.59 per cent
Obama administration won't say how many Americans signed up on the central website that covered insurance exchanges for 36 states
Kentucky's 5.3 per cent application rate seems to be the nation's highest
Other states wouldn't provide statistics, or tracked only the creation of new online accounts, not numbers of completed applications

Wow who knew ACA would be so popular, they can't even keep up. Seems they may have bought into the Republican hype that no one liked the new law as they have been overwhelmed with calls, overloaded servers, long wait times. Amazing.

Homer knew it would be a complete success once the people saw it for what it is.

Dawkins on Capitol Hill:‘Ignoramus’ Christian creationists are holding America back

Secularists and skeptics Richard Dawkins and Steven Pinker appeared on Capitol Hill on Monday to argue on behalf of support for science in the U.S. and a cultural move away from religious myths. The two men appeared on behalf of the Secular Coalition for America.

A reporter asked Dawkins about the fact that more than 40 percent of Americans believe the Christian creation myth, that God created the world in seven days.

Gotta love this...

http://politix.topix.com/homepage/8251-tea-pa...

"The tea party is weakening U.S. national security by eviscerating our intelligence infrastructure via the government shutdown. Meanwhile, anti-American terrorists continue to plot against us."

Let's compare that to the real world.

The White House lies to cover up Al Qaeda attacks on the US, spies on Americans and exempts muslim terrorists from their spying operations, helps Al Qaeda in their war to take control of Syria and acquire the chemical weapons there, gives every Wahhabist terrorist with a Saudi passport "special traveller" status to enter the United States without any scrutiny, helps the Taliban retake control of Afghanistan, puts the self-declared enemy of the United States Muslim Brotherhood in policy making positions in the White House,... and on, and on, and on...

And then some idiot says something like:
"The tea party is weakening U.S. national security by eviscerating our intelligence infrastructure via the government shutdown. Meanwhile, anti-American terrorists continue to plot against us."

It doesn't get any more rediculous than that.

1 800 FUCKO OBAMACARE wrote:
Need health insurance? The Obama administration has you covered. Simply dial 1-800-FUCKYO to reach the next available health-care provider.
Far from being a mistype, that’s the official number that Health and Human Services wants Americans to dial when seeking health care. Obamacare’s national call center really did list its number as 1-800-318-2596, helpfully spelling out President Barack Obama’s tendency to blatantly flip the bird in plain view.
After allowing for the lack of letters attached to 1 on a traditional American telephone keypad, the number spells out a clear message. For every duped voter, every young invincible weighing the cost of a penalty versus a newly tripled yearly deductible, every ailing old granny in a wheelchair (whom, remember, Paul Ryan wants to push off a cliff) who needs adequate and affordable health care, Obama’s message is:
1-800-3(F) 8(U) 2(C) 5(K) 9(Y) 6(O).
That’s 1-800-FUCKYO. Sadly, the Obama administration failed to swap the useless 1 for a more functional 8 to complete the heartfelt message, perhaps in consolation to former White House Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel’s tragically shortened middle finger.
Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius launched a media campaign this week to propagandize the transformative health-care overhaul. She compared the sweeping, coercive law that gives government huge power over the health-care industry to an iPhone system update.
“Everyone just assumes,“Well, there’s a problem, they’ll fix it, we’ll move on,’” Sebelius said about Apple’s iOS updates.“And like many of their customers, I put the ‘new’ system on my phone and went on my merry way, but it was just a reminder that we’re likely to have some glitches. We will fix them and move on. Is this a sign that the law is flawed and failed? I don’t think so. I think it’s a sign that we’re building a piece of complicated technology. We want it to work. We want it to work right. We’ve got an incredible team working 24/7 to do just that.”
“Hopefully they’ll give us the same slack they give Apple,” Sebelius said, according to the Wall Street Journal.

Louisiana’s top health-insurance provider said that not a single person enrolled in a new health-care plan offered through the Affordable Care Act on its first day.
An executive with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Louisiana told the Times-Picayune that the agency was unable to sell the plan because customers were unable to access the HealthCare.gov website due to its website’s sluggishness.“It was not as intense as we had anticipated,” the company’s vice president of communication said of the company’s sales. He urged supporters and critics, however, to “take a deep breath and relax” and assured them that the website would eventually allow consumers to enroll in a plan.
According to the newspaper, the company spent $60 million in preparation of the October 1 rollout, but the website continued to stall on the day of its rollout. One interested applicant spent five hours trying to get onto the site, but eventually resorted to calling a customer-service representative and was told she would receive plan options via e-mail.
The other Louisiana companies offering plans available through the Affordable Care Act said they are still waiting on numbers from the program’s first day.
NOW OBAMA AND THE DEM HAVE GOT THEIR SHIT TOGETHER?
Everyone knows the government will pay for the bums. They don't have to sign up. Everyone else will be forced to pay for their health care benefits whether they sign up or not.
They don't need to do anything, and this Marxist welfare program will cover them and make everyone else pay for it.

No surprise here....
