Why would a person get a photo ID if they survive just fine without it.
People who obviously don't drive need to gather the required documents - sometimes sending for these, find transport - sometimes over 50 miles round trip or more, to get this photo ID - all to vote.
This is a hurdle.
A hurdle Flack thinks will not stop some people from voting.
Flack is OK with as political party erecting these hurdles to win elections.
As for voting & the Constitution:

Your state does not require ANY documents to obtain a free voter-only photo ID.

He sure is good at lying with a straight face though.

He won't negotiate simple fairness to all Americans but the shutdown is the GOP's fault.

After getting yourself thrashed for your 'no precedent' stupidity yesterday, you change the subject.
Funny, I showed you 94 precedents, and you ran off like a beaten dog.
You made a fool of yourself again.
You retreat like the Italian Army when your bullshit is called out.
All you do is throw shit at the wall, hoping some of it will stick. Problem is, most of it splashes back at you, which is why you're full of and covered in shit.
Funny how nitwits call Obama's BC 'obviously fraudulent', yet experts say it's the real deal. LOL
It's obvious that you are a terrorist sent out to damage the USA.
It's obviously just more of your Putin inspired hate America campaign.
It's even more obvious you are a paid agent of the Russian Communists.
OBamacare starts today!!
Do you think Obama will attend Rmoney's inauguration??
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
Prove it. How about doing what the so-called "birthers" want and submit that obviously fraudulent "birth certificate" as evidence?
Perhaps because knowingly submitting fraudulent evidence will get you sent to prison and bent over in the shower?
Prove your case. Submit that document as evidence.

And, precedents? I've actually got a life. Perhaps you can post those "precedents" again so I can have a look at your supposed proof you copied and pasted from some propaganda site, which is your most noted MO. I'm going to get something quick to eat now. I'll be back to look at your work in a little while. Later, I'll be attending to my other life. You should try it.

While you're at it, tell us again about that Masters in Geology you claimed to have.

So the Obamacare has been up and running for a few hours now. Thought the libtards would be on here doing handstands and somersaults gleefully expressing their joy of the great insurance plans they now have. (snicker)

Well, that certainly proves we don't have a narcissist leader who has no concept of governance and how it's supposed to work.
The only negotiation the GOP hoped for was fairness for all Americans - not just corporations and Congress.
Why should he negotiate with terrorists? gfy teabaggers.

Where is my 'navigator'?

It's only day one....
"MSNBC’s Mara Schiavocampo ran into difficulties as she tried to sign up for the newly launched health-care exchanges on Tuesday. After getting an error message on the website, she called the help line twice, but wasn’t able to reach a navigator on the other end. Instead, she was put on hold for 35 minutes."

Not really. Individual liberty carries with it personal responsibility that a dumbed down America is not ready or willing to accept.

And the prospect of self-determination scares a lot of people because true liberty comes without the government’s safety net, and consequences of one’s actions can be painful or costly.

A person bears the sole responsibility of his own actions in a truly free society, and must answer for his actions if they violate the right of another person. The only real safety net that comes with Liberty, and self-determination, is personal integrity, honesty, family, faith, and respect for one’s fellows, among others.

One must assume these ideals for himself - they can be taught, but the individual must choose to accept them. Sadly, and not surprisingly, there is a decided LACK of these traits in our modern society today.

Democrats, liberals and progressives discourage real freedom by promoting dependency and victimhood.

You again prove yourself to be a liar who has no understanding of what has happened.

They shut down the Gov't, yet Obamacare began today. HAHAHAHA

You lose. It can't be delayed now, it's in effect.

The GOP push was the same as ever. To deny Obama any success on any issue. It's been stated clearly by Repugnants since Obama was elected.

As for your 'fairness for all' stupidity, that's just another lie.

Obama should negotiate with balckmailers and terrorists in the House??

Yes, absolutely agree. When single payer healthcare was first brought about in Canada; similar ignorant remarks were made; "Oh, it's socialism, it's communism, etc"; well, now no Canadian would give it up. Imagine an entire country that doesn't have to worry about going bankrupt if they have to have surgery?
The entire world looks at these teabaggers in wonderment! Who wouldn't want to have healthcare? Seriously?

the fact that you're so frightened of the ACA is proof that it will be a resounding success.

Obama attitude is that he is a dictator and the sad thing is now the
dem supports him anything he wants to do.Now it is all right for
this dictator to break his own law obama care to delay obamacare
for the rich until 2015.However it is not all right to delay obamacare for a year for the middle class people? So then the dem
and obama shuts down the gov.

If I order a cheeseburger and the waiter offers me a burger without cheese... that's a compromise.

If I order a cheeseburger and the waiter offers me a turd burger without cheese... that's an insult, not a compromise. If I ask for a just a hamburger without cheese... well, that's compromise...If the waiter offers me (in response) a turd burger with cheese... that still an insult.

If the waiter says take the turd burger (with our without cheese) or he's shutting down the restaurant, that's crazy....

Obamacare trade-off: Lower premium, higher deductible

WASHINGTON — You might be pleased with the low monthly premium for one of the new health insurance plans under Obama’s takeover, but the added expense of co-payments and deductibles will burn a hole in your wallet.

I agree--Republicans should let people see for themselves as ObamaCare self-destructs.

Unfortunately, the full ramifications of this disaster won't be seen until well after the next election, after amnesty brings in millions more "takers" to the program and after the obama's are out peddling their next fictional autobiographies while not having to be on the short end of the healthcare stick (long waits to see inferior physicians who will provide limited care depending on age and "value to society").

Why do you think Obama has delayed so many of the bill's most unpopular parts until 2016 or beyond?
