Don't even try to pretend Obama is bipartisan or some kind of democratic ambassador when it's obvious he's neither.
His objective is to make republicans irrelevant. Period.
Look who's calling the kettle black. Typical Republican. Can't see the truth through your mask of lies and propaganda.

"Countdown: GOP unity frays as shutdown grows near

By DAVID ESPO
WASHINGTON (AP)- Republican unity showed unmistakable signs of fraying Monday as the Senate swatted aside the latest tea party-driven demand to delay the nation's health care overhaul in exchange for averting a partial government shutdown at midnight.
Even in advance of the 54-46 party-line Senate vote, the stock market dropped as fears spread that the first shutdown in 17 years would inconvenience millions and harm the economy. "We're at the brink," said Sen. Barbara Mikulski, D-Md., as House GOP leaders calculated their next move.
Ironically, the issue at the core of the dispute, implementation of key parts of "Obamacare," will begin Tuesday on schedule, shutdown or no..."

June 21, 2013:

"The Republican party is certain that U.S. elections are rife with voter fraud. How are they so sure of that? Apparently because Republican operatives are the source of most of it.

This past Tuesday, Adam Ward of Bassett County Virginia pleaded guilty to 36 counts of voter fraud and perjury in connection with an attempt to help Newt Gingrich reach the number of signatures required to appear on last year’s Virginia presidential primary ballot. Ward collected over 11,000 signatures on behalf of Gingrich, over 4,000 of which, according to investigators, could not be verified. According to RawStory, the Virginia campaign of Texas governor Rick Perry faced a similar dilemma, with almost half the 11,900 signatures collected on his behalf failing verification. No Perry supporters are currently facing criminal charges...."

"The irony of the big GOP push for voter ID laws seems to be that when it comes to actual voter fraud, Republicans are often the ones who are most responsible. Consider the following examples of voter fraud that have been committed over the past few years:

The Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) has recently closed two cases involving Strategic Allied Consulting, a Republican hired vendor. Although investigators found at least 11 voter registration forms that were of questionable authenticity, no charges were filed due to lack of evidence. Strategic Allied Consulting is the subject of three ongoing cases in Florida. A FDLE spokesperson said that no details could be provided regarding those cases.

Last November two Republican voters in separate states decided to prove how easy it would be to vote illegally. Both were arrested and charged with voter fraud.

In February 2012 a jury found Indiana’s Republican secretary of state, Charlie White, guilty on six counts of voter fraud, theft, and perjury.

Four staffers of Republican congressman Thaddeus McCotter (R-MI) were indicted last August, charged with submitting over 1,500 “forged and falsified” signatures in what the Michigan attorney general, also a Republican, called a “blatant” and “disgraceful” attempt to qualify the congressman for last year’s ballot.

I get so tired of ignorant blowhards saying what is constitutional and what is not, and never referencing text from the Constitution to defend their point. I'll help your ignorant ass out on this one.

"New States may be admitted by the Congress into this Union; but no new States shall be formed or erected within the Jurisdiction of any other State; nor any State be formed by the Junction of two or more States, or parts of States, without the Consent of the Legislatures of the States concerned as well as of the Congress."

Let's take a look at the third clause.
"...nor any State be formed by the Junction of two or more States, or parts of States, without the Consent of the Legislatures of the States concerned as well as of the Congress."
West Virginia is obviously from part of the state Virginia. However, the consent of the legislature is in question.
The Constitution states "The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence."
This is all the Constitution commands a state government to be.

Tell us how West Virginia was created without the consent of what the Constitutions describes as "a Republican Form of Government".
You have to prove there was not a republican form of government to prove your contention that West Virginia was admitted unconstitutionally.

Please state your case.

(In that part of the Constitution is also the prohibition of Obama using the government politicized army to quell what is subjectively determined to be domestic violence.)

Obviously, Obama has never read the Constitution. How about you read it and use the text within to support your arguments.

When Liberals mess with the food they mess everything up!

Inmate cost in New York is enough to send one person to a four year college!

They MUST be fed expensive nutritious organic food!!!

Many school distribute dropping school breakfast and school lunch because monkey-face big-butt Mitchell Obama's regulations are too expensive and impractical to fulfill.

Fruits and milk must be certified organic, fiber content, cholesterol content, etc, etc, etc.

See? Every single Liberal policy creates havoc on the economy because Liberals are clueless how Capitalism works.

Now kids are more hungry than before!

And New York is more fatter!!!

How much is Al Qaeda and the Muslim Brotherhood paying Obama to be a traitor and join their side?

Every Democrat in DC hates ObamaKare. It's not the law of the land. A law of the land applies to everyone. ObamaKare does not apply to the people who forced it on the rest of the population.

I notice you conveniently didn't provide a link to your "calculation".

Here's mine:

An adult over 21 living in California with an annual income of $40,000 would be eligible for a subsidy under the ACA and would pay $3,088 per year out of pocket (which equals 7.72% of household income and covers 100% of the overall premium).
