Everyone is on board with the pre-existing conditions part of this monstrosity. Even Republicans. This has been repeated time and time again.
The rest of it needs to be scraped and both parties need to be on board with legislating a whole new law.
This kind of massive legislation should not belong to just one party. If it had been written solely by republicans and passed by a strictly partisan republican vote, you would agree. I would too.
Carol this "monstrosity" that you keep referring to is actually built on many Republican ideas. The healthcare exchanges were an idea of the Heritage society. The individual mandate was touted by Newt Gingrich, signed into law by Mitt Romney in Massachusetts and was part of Bob Dole's plan. The ACA is actually less radical than the plan proposed by Richard Nixon.
So why are the Republicans all in a lather over legislation patterned largely on their own ideas? Because it was Barack Obama who put it forth and signed it into law and they took a blood oath to oppose, obstruct and block anything that came out of the White House. If a Republican president promoted and signed into law the exact same legislation we wouldn't even be having this conversation.
So how do you cover those with pre existing conditions without the most unpopular part of the law; the individual mandate? You can't. The only other solution would be single payer or Medicare for all. If you took the "MY GOD! SOCIALISM" bone out of your head and thought about it logically it makes good sense. Businesses wouldn't have to worry about spending money to cover their employees and could put that money into expansion and paying their employees more.
But logical thinking has never been your strong suit has it?

I wish the left would scream just as loudly about that Montana judge who sentenced a teacher rapist to 30 days after raping a 14-year-old student who then killed herself.
And that frikkin' judge who actually said that the 14-year-old victim looked "older than her chronological age" as some kind of excuse.
But we don't hear one little squeak of outrage by the left when it involves a liberal judge, do we?
Actually stupid, it is liberals who are screaming for this misogynist to resign. MoveOn.org a liberal organization filed a petition that accuses Judge G. Todd Baugh of "victim shaming...[and] increasing the possibility that more child predators, relying on the laxity of a judge who more readily sympathizes with the abuser than the abused, will prey on other children in the future." How do you know he's a liberal judge nitwit? He was elected to his post in an extremely red district.

Greyhound the new psychotherapy treatment for the mentally handicap.
Let us follow a patient that has some retention to reality. His name is David Thesien.
It all began a year and half ago in Las Vegas where he threatened to kill himself with a butchers knife. Spent a night in the Las Vegas psychiatric center and then was bussed off to San Francisco. One day supply of medication and enough food for a few days and the clothes on his back, is dumped in San Francisco with no knowledge of the city or any social relations nor medical assistance.
City attorney Dennis Herrera, stumbled across Mr. Thesien and now represents Mr. Thesien in a class action suite, representing 24 mentally ill and homeless individuals. All from Nevada!
Att. Herrera, with a little bit of investigating discovered an estimate of over 1,500 suffered similar fates originating from the Rawson-Neal Psychiatric Center in Vegas.
Attorney Mr. Herrera has served notice of suit to Nevada’s Attorney General Catherine Cortez Masto. Thus far no comments from the Att. General but an e-mail from a Mary Woods, of the Nev. Dept. Of Health and Human Services, states that all protocols were carried out were correct in line with their “Back To Home Communities” policies.
Mary is referring to programs that several Hospitals through, out our USA, have at their disposal. Originally it was to reunite Psychiatric patients into more favorable environment, with family relations, friends and medical assistance. Abuse occurs as patients are bussed out with no oversight responsibility.
Ronald S. Homberg of the National Alliance On Mental Illness in Washington admits they have dropped the ball. Never ever have done a study on this subject that has been increasing from many years past. He had heard of “Euphemistically therapy as a Greyhound solution. Never researched it??
Presently Mr. Thesien has a small free room and $100.00 from the city every month for food and medication! He roams the libraries and streets seeking employment as a cook.
Fortunate for our society when Mr. Thesien went off the deep end, he was suicidal to himself only. What if were the other way around and I’ll take as many with me as I can. LOL Where is that GUN!

Ya' think?
Issa delivered an ultimatum to the State Department recently. They have until the 24th of this month to produce documents and witnesses or subpoenas are going to start flying.
WRONG STUPID! Darryl Issa and his witch hunt have already gotten all of the information available. This is just another example of the GOP wasting time and taxpayer dollars.

They have?

Could you tell us where Obama and Hillary were during the attack?

Could you tell us why no forces were dispatched considering they did not know hoe long it would last?

Could you tell us who was the person or persons directing the operation in real time?

and finally,

Could you tell us why Obama and Hillary lied and blamed it on a video?

They've gotten information only from those who were willing to cooperate. The entire Obama administration including the State Department and the IRS are stonewalling.

There's a reason for stonewalling. Guilt.

The Benghazi survivors have been mysteriously silent, emails and documentation surrounding Benghazi have not been forthcoming and the top echelon in the IRS have been anything but cooperative and truthful.

Brings back memories of Nixon's Watergate.

Bad mortgage loans for overpriced homes were flowing like water because Democrats were convinced Fannie and Freddie needed no government oversight long before the crisis and many of them were on the payroll.
