The biggest d*ck wins, figuratively speaking. That means a good combination of job, house car, street cred, etc. Looks can be important if you're lacking in those areas but if you those covered, you don't need looks and you've got game. My students usually have all that down and just need some fine tuning (like taking off their geek glasses and getting some nice frames or Lazik). I'd put my ads here but the moderators would delete them and direct me to their sales and advertising.
Hell you want to make money with less stress and an entourage of requirements right from your where you are sitting.
A mathematical investigation was produced by the statisticians Pedro Santa Clara and Rossen Valkanov that exposes the superior performance of the stock markets under democrats. That this is but one example of the democrat’s superiority, as there are more.
Their study encompasses 80 years. Study demonstrates systematically and positively surprised by democratic policies. Comparing the stewardship of the two parties. They calculated each economic indicator as an “annual average” during the democrats and republicans of their economic stewardship of their 40 years each. Turns out to be a landslide for democrats providing beneficial returns to the nation. One example; Democrat’s presided over a very respectable average annual compound return of 9.60% during their 40 years where in as republicans averaged a dismal 0.58%.
Consider this; a 401K plan invested in stocks and had a value of $100,000 at the beginning of the 40 years. Democrats would accumulate in compound interest $ 3,912,210 where in as republicans would only produce $126,027 . Another example; “IF” an employee were to invest $5,000 per year into their 401K for 40 years in a democratic stewardship the employee would have $1,985,526 in the bank. Where as the republican would produce a dismal $224,375.
That republicans advocate that they are good for businesses is false as compared to the democrats
Another interesting fact emerges within the statistical study. The income gap between the 99% and the top 1% has widened considerably under republicans. Averaging .49% as compared to the democrat’s .41% That is to say under republicans the income gap in 40 years, widened by 19.6% and narrowed 16.4%. Resulting in a 36% difference.
LOL on debt republicans increased debt by 2.5 times greater than that of the democrats. Republicans $7.1 Trillion vs. the democrats $2.8 Trillion.
GOP’s Self-Proclamation for economic dominance; in fact it is a misnomer to call the GOP a fiscal responsible party and or a smaller government, when in fact the contrary is true.
Thus play long on the markets. Republicans in power play Bear markets going down fear tactics. Democrats in power play Bull, progression markets optimistic.
Obama’s administration indicates he sought the great leaders on these issue. Eccles and FDR, Clinton and O’Neill to do what is most productive for our nation.
Now pass on this one small example of the fallacies of the republican’s erroneous policies and deceptions..

Presently there is a growing rift that has grown into a chasm within the republicans. Looks like the old guard republican are now emulating our forefathers of 1773 and are gathering up the Tea and casting it out unto the waters of oblivion.
Republicans seeking a rebirth to their Progressive Grand Old Party? First they must perform an abortion. Casting out the Teabaggers out to the waters of political oblivion. Democrats will lend a hand in cleaning up another republican dysfunctional mess. Then we will roll out the barrel and celebrate. Returning to arguments, debates, compromise, and moving on to A bipartisan celebration!
Feuding within the republican clan’s is heating up. Thursday {May 23 2013], across the bow shouts could be heard, between the forces of the traditionalist republicans and the Tea Party.
John McCain {R} accuses the Tea Party of overplaying their hand and tempting the democrats to change the minority rule in favor of up and down votes. Eliminating the 60% needed to pass a bill. All that would be required is simple majority.{51%”} Similar to the six times the republicans evoked during the Bush administration.
Established conservatives of voted 76 opposing to the 40 remaining Tea Party newcomers, lead by John McCain, disagreeing to consuming any more Tea. Moves on seeking to establishing a budget; as the Tea Party opposes any budget conferences on the issue.
Eric Cantor {R} leads the gang of four; Ted Cruz of Texas, Rand Paul {R} of Kentucky, Mike Lee {R} of Utah and Marco Rubio {R} of Florida. They won their seats in opposition to the traditionalist republicans. They are Infamous for their roles in the Hostage/Ransom scenarios and “Our way or the Highway” scenarios for governing our USA. Ahh the foul fragrances of dictatorship vaporizing from the Tea Potters…

Once again the Tea Party will supply the Clowns for their candidates.
A growing rift within republican party is widening into a chasm! From the depths will their come rebirth or desolation?
Chasm widens. Will this give birth to the Progressive Grand Old Party?
Senator Ted Cruz {R Tea Party} from Texas has launched his desires for the 2016 presidenticy as has Marco Rubio {R Tea Party} of Florida.
Cruz has revealed as he says “ A dirty little secret, republicans {traditionalist} would like very much to cast a symbolic vote against raising the debt ceiling and nonetheless to allow our democrat friends on the left side of the aisle to raise the debt ceiling.”
Mike Lee {R Tea Party} and Ted Cruz prefer the hostage/ransom method to block any progress of the Congress. John McCain {R Traditional} disagrees as this will inflame the scenario of an up and down vote by the democrats. Who will then expand that to all Key issues.
Democrats begin to set the stage. Complaining of how the republicans are blocking or delaying confirmation of top White House nominees. Including Federal Judges. Accusing a small group are abusing their powers to block actions for our Congress to proceed with the governing of our Nation.
The Chasm Widens…

At least Reagan had a profession. Our current president, nobama is a proven failure. A little boy unable to do a man's job. I will say this, about nobama, he has fooled you, an easy job in as much as you are a fool. You are in love with an admitted hard drug user and one who has indulged in homosexual acts. One who is a flip flopper, you know as when he was against same sex marriage before he was for it, one who promised to get those who killed American's in Benghazi and did nothing, the one who drew a red line in the sand and then denied it, or the one who told putin before he was re-elected that when he won his second term he would have more freedom to act, and look at that situation now, putin laughs at our president.
Son, you have to get your head out of your behind.

Tea Party validate their vindictive policies with various hyper false red herrings. Example; IRS issue has always been used by all administrations dating back to F.D.R. Only difference with the Obama administration is that it started from the bottom up, as all others started from top down. Another red herring is Benghazi, and if you will remember Libya, lack of security issues. Considering it was the Tea Party leading with the Hue and Cry to deny Obama’s request for additional funds to increase security to our embassies’, right after the Libyan War. Now they PROJECT their errors onto the Executive branch. Using this to validate their need to hold Congress and the Nation into another Hostage/Ransom, Our Way or The Highway scenarios. Refusing any conferences that promotes a budget. Accusing democrats of over reach and obfuscation.??? Hmmm Paradox leadership.. Tea promotes Emperor ideologies.
Gazing at some of these comments I see people stating thoughts that they can not defend. Just what the Truth is, they can’t say anymore, nevermore…

THIS IS THE JEW WHO ROBBED ORLANDO FLORIDA OUT OF MILLIONS OF DOLLARS WITH THE HELP OF BILL CLINTON , MAYOR GLENDA HOOD , MAYOR BILL FREDERICK AND OTHER CRIMINALS .
Navy-base Deals Turn Dirt To Gold
Orlando's Rush To Develop The Former Naval Training Center Put The Prime Land -- And Plenty More -- In The Hands Of A Billionaire Chicago Developer.
November 4, 2001|By Dan Tracy, Sentinel Staff Writer
When the federal government ordered the Orlando Naval Training Center closed in 1993, dozens of pages of fine print laid out a pecking order of who could lay claim to the valuable property.
Other branches of the military, state and local public agencies and the homeless were first in line. Billionaire developers were not on the list.
But eight years later, one of the nation's wealthiest families owns the 1,093-acre base in Orlando. And they got it for next to nothing, while the city of Orlando lost a chance to use the base for a broader public benefit. Aided by low-interest loans and other incentives quietly doled out by the city, the developers even control a small government created to help them build an upscale housing enclave there.
A partnership controlled by the Pritzkers of Chicago -- owners of the posh Hyatt hotel chain -- two years ago paid just $7.6 million to secure title to nearly two square miles of Central Florida's choicest land in a complex series of deals orchestrated with the city. The $6,900 an acre they paid for the base would have been a good price for land in rural Lake County, let alone in downtown Orlando.
An Orlando Sentinel investigation of the behind-the-scenes deal-making since that time shows that the Pritzkers have been able to parlay a $19 million investment into a real-estate gold mine now worth at least $130 million. They have succeeded, in large part, because:
They had help from two Orlando mayors, past and present. Mayor Glenda Hood pressed passionately for development of the defunct complex as part of her administration's legacy. Her predecessor, ex-Mayor Bill Frederick, was briefly a Pritzker business partner in a key phase of the family's drive to buy the base.
Hood and her staff treated public ownership of the base as if it were a liability, never giving serious consideration to other options beyond unloading it quickly and cheaply for a private housing and commercial development. The city owned the so-called NTC for less than a day. Officials were so eager to close the deal with the Pritzkers that they fashioned an unprecedented, multimillion-dollar package of loans and other breaks that included exempting the developers from normal planning reviews. More clogged roads may be the future price Orlando pays.
The city approved a "community development district" government for the Pritzkers, enabling them to issue $76 million in tax-free bonds and legally steer as much as a third of the proceeds to their own company. Future homeowners will repay much of that debt with assessments on their property stretched over three decades. What residents will get for that portion of the bond money are otherwise unmarketable scraps of raw land slated for such uses as drainage areas and roads. The price commanded by the Pritzkers was about $91,000 an acre. That's 13 times what they paid per acre just two years earlier.
shouldn't you be condemning the two republican mayors who facilitated the deal?

seems to me that Penny Pritzker was doing the capitalist thing and taking advantage of a good business deal. Isn't that what you free market economy capitalists are all about?

If anybody here gets the blame for robbing Orlando of a good deal, it should be the REPUBLICAN mayors who allowed it to happen

Fox's Friendly Forum For Rumsfeld

Fox continued to prove itself a safe haven for conservatives as former Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld enjoyed an easy interview on Fox & Friends. Fox News chose to ignore Rumsfeld's role in the Iraq war while other outlets questioned him about manipulated intelligence and the role the war played in America's standing in the international community.

The softball questions lobbed by hosts Steve Doocy, Gretchen Carlson, and Brian Kilmeade stood in stark contrast to the challenging questions asked by Chris Cuomo of CNN's New Day and Savannah Guthrie of NBC's Today. The Fox interview comes on the heels of a new report detailing the cozy relationship between Fox News and Republicans and the friendly forum Fox presents to their conservative guests.

While Cuomo and Guthrie asked Rumsfeld questions about the lingering effects of the Iraq war and Rumsfeld's role in the intelligence failures leading up to it, the hosts of Fox & Friends chose to avoid any mention of Iraq. Hosts Gretchen Carlson, Brian Kilmeade, and Steve Doocy made no mention of the botched intelligence and instead asked leading questions that gave Rumsfeld an opportunity to criticize President Obama's handling of the developing situation in Syria.

Fox's treatment of the former Defense Secretary, and Republicans in general, has become a noticeable pattern. The Rumsfeld interview comes after a recent report by Harvard University's Shorenstein Center detailing Fox's unique role as a safe haven for conservative candidates.

From the republican’s horses mouth. Out with The Tea…
A wedge has been further pounded down, increasing the chasm in republican party. Senator Rand Paul {R} of Kentucky, who is also going to run for the presidenticy in 2016, filibustered his opposition to using drones to eradicate terrorist suspects. Conservative republicans disagree.
Gun reforms on back ground checks is opposed by the Tea Party as the traditionalist republican disagree. John McCain {R traditionalist} counters.“Isn’t it a little bizarre that we are saying’ basically, on this side of the republican aisle, is that we do not trust our colleagues on the other side of the capitol, who are in the minority republican.
LOL republicans are once again filling their primaries for 2016 with a mixture of loony toons. Rand Paul and Marco Rubio to lead the parade. Fox will entertain us with his merry band playing a’ la propaganda for the week.
