Work cash jobs while on unemployment; when it runs out apply for SSDI. That's what economic reality is for millions of Americans.

Three Russian warships crossed Turkey's Bosphorus Strait Thursday en route to the eastern Mediterranean, near the Syrian coast, amid concern in the region over potential US-led strikes in response to the Damascus regime's alleged use of chemical weapons.

The SSV-201 intelligence ship Priazovye, accompanied by the two landing ships Minsk and Novocherkassk passed through the Bosphorus known as the Istanbul strait that separates Asia from Europe, an AFP photographer reported.

Well, that's just an outright lie, Lily.

Romney said preventing a nuclear Iran is the "highest national security priority" for the U.S.

Think that's what Obama said too in so many words.

Obama continually said all options were on the table. Pretty sure you know what that means.

Romney wasn't elected, it doesn't matter what he was in favor of or not. O'bama was elected on the premise that he would end the wars in the world. O'bama is the peace prize laureate.

In the Oval Office in December 2002, the president met with a few ranking senators and members of the House, both Republicans and Democrats. In those days, there were high hopes that the United States-sponsored ''road map'' for the Israelis and Palestinians would be a pathway to peace, and the discussion that wintry day was, in part, about countries providing peacekeeping forces in the region. The problem, everyone agreed, was that a number of European countries, like France and Germany, had armies that were not trusted by either the Israelis or Palestinians. One congressman -- the Hungarian-born Tom Lantos, a Democrat from California and the only Holocaust survivor in Congress -- mentioned that the Scandinavian countries were viewed more positively. Lantos went on to describe for the president how the Swedish Army might be an ideal candidate to anchor a small peacekeeping force on the West Bank and the Gaza Strip. Sweden has a well-trained force of about 25,000. The president looked at him appraisingly, several people in the room recall.
''I don't know why you're talking about Sweden,'' Bush said.''They're the neutral one. They don't have an army.''
Lantos paused, a little shocked, and offered a gentlemanly reply:''Mr. President, you may have thought that I said Switzerland. They're the ones that are historically neutral, without an army.'' Then Lantos mentioned, in a gracious aside, that the Swiss do have a tough national guard to protect the country in the event of invasion.
Bush held to his view.''No, no, it's Sweden that has no army.''
The room went silent, until someone changed the subject.

''No, no, it's Sweden that has no army.'', that Sweden?
you guys actually voted for that idiot? what were you thinking?
Sweden needs a standing Army!!! They never know when their neighbor Finland will go Nazi again!

Iran Plots Revenge, U.S. Says

The U.S. has intercepted an order from Iran to militants in Iraq to attack the U.S. Embassy and other American interests in Baghdad in the event of a strike on Syria, officials said, amid an expanding array of reprisal threats across the region.

U.S. officials also fear Hezbollah could attack the U.S. Embassy in Beirut and on Friday the State Department ordered nonessential U.S. diplomats to leave Lebanon because of security concerns.

The department has instructed nonessential staffers to leave Beirut and urged private U.S. citizens to depart Lebanon.

The step had been under consideration since last week when President Barack Obama said he was contemplating military action against the Syrian government for its alleged chemical weapons attack last month.

The U.S.is also pulling diplomats out of Adana, Turkey and is recommending that U.S. citizens "defer nonessential travel" to southeastern Turkey.
