Obama could easily change his middle name from "Hussein" to "Who_Do_I_Blame", and after reading a few of your posts, you seem to blame everything on "Bushie."
BTW, the ending of the war in Iraq was not Obama's doing, but had been in place since before Bush left office.

Who here not on food stamps noticed the cost of buying groceries has almost doubled since Obama took office?
It costs us over 400 dollars a month for two people to eat almost every night at home, and two meals a day on weekends.
Shopping mostly at Randall's, some at HEB, and infrequently at Kroger.
The cost of food seems to increase proportionately with the cost of gas.
HEY STUPID! We've experienced massive droughts in the Mid West for the last few years. The U.S. Drought Monitor shows 88 percent of corn and 87 percent of soybean crops are in drought-stricken regions and 64 percent of the continental U.S. is under moderate to extreme drought—the largest area in more than 50 years. That's why food prices have gone up moron, not any policies coming from the White House.

So, explain to us the economic system that provides for the "well being" of its citizens and doesn't allow profit.
Tell us about how miserable a person is who grew up in a working class home and didn't drop out of school and studied and worked and sacrificed and earned a degree in engineering and is in high demand today.
Tell us about how miserable a person is who finished high school and got a job and showed up for work every day and learned a trade and gets journeyman wages.
Then, tell us about how miserable a person is who dropped out of school and played basketball with his homies at midnight and didn't show up for work on time and smokes dope every day and gets fired routinely....
Then tell me why I should give anything to someone like that.
HEY STUPID! The majority of those who went bankrupt and lost their homes were working people and the majority had health insurance.
In a preliminary study of 2000 homeowners facing foreclosure in four states (California, Florida, Illinois and New Jersey), say researchers, 49% said that they had lost their homes in part because of a medical problem. Of that group, 32% had suffered an illness or injury, 23% had unmanageable medical bills 27% lost work due to a medical problem and 14% had to care for sick family members. Another surprise: The survey revealed that only 17% of the homeowners surveyed had no health insurance. "Our most striking observations [write authors] begin with the realization that most of those suffering medical foreclosures are solidly in the middle class, with apparently affordable homes, and health insurance to boot." What people need is not just access to health insurance, they argue, but insurance that's adequate to their needs, in other words, policies without large co-pays and deductibles and low lifetime limits. Other musts: insurance that covers medical disabilities and greater coverage of home care-or failing all that, insurance that would pay the mortgage when there was a medical crisis in the household.

You lefties must be so proud.

After years of shrieking against Bush, the Spawn of Satan, for wanting to go to war against a dictator who allegedly had WMD's, your Boy Wonder wants to go to war against a dictator who allegedly has WMD's.

Makes sense. You railed against Bush, the Center of the Evil Universe, because the economy in the last few months of his administration was jacked up. Your Boy Wonder hasn't gotten the unemployment rate below 7.5% in almost 5 years, we have record numbers on disability, food stamps, etc.

You swore that Bush, the Idiot Savant, was profiteering on high fuel prices because the cost of gasoline was over 4 bucks a gallon for a few months in eight years. What do you say about the price of gasoline being above 3.50/gallon for over 4 years? Nothing?

You people are pathetic.

The Phantom of Baghdad

The Syria campaign is being hindered by the legacy of the Iraq War.

“I think everybody understands that Iraq left a lot of folks reeling for some period of time,” he[Kerry] told senators Tuesday.“Secretary Hagel and I and many of you sitting on the dais remember Iraq in a special way because we were here for that vote. We voted. And so we are especially sensitive, Chuck and I, to never again asking any member of Congress to take a vote on faulty intelligence.”

I happen to believe that Obama has done a terrific job dealing with Syria by not being a cowboy like Bush. Obama certainly hasn't turned a blind eye to the use of chemical weapons as Reagan did with Iraq after he provided them with the materials to manufacture those weapons. Now, that really is an example of a president who mishandle things.

IMO, allowing the international community to lead the way has been the right course of action. It is the nations of the world who need to work together, not independently, when it comes to sending a clear message that the use of chemical weapons will not be met with silence.

Never forget, it was the Ronald Reagan and George H.W. Bush administrations that "authorized the sale of poisonous chemicals and deadly biological viruses, such as anthrax and bubonic plague to foreign nations. Why do you people always want the Democrats to clean up your messes?

So to rant on about Obama on Syria is hypocritical to say the lest. If he moves he will do it in best possible way, remember now McCain wants to remove Assad as well. Is anyone accusing him of being an Al Queda's best friend ?

Hey stupid if they weren't forcing corn to be mixed with gasoline in your gas tank there would be no corn problem. And if they didn't force poisonous soybean into every piece of fast food crap you eat-there would be not problem there either. Now what else? Oh send the Mexicans back to Mexico, it would cut down on corn consumption by 65%.

Why didn't Clinton do anything about the genocide in Rwanda?
Why didn't the UN do anything about Saddam gassing the Kurds?
Why didn't liberals demand retaliation?
There was an 8 year war between Iran and Iraq in the 80s. When it began, Iran was still holding Americans hostage. Saddam became the enemy of our enemy. We were willing to look the other way so long as he didn't challenge our interests. Just like we did in Egypt. Just like we did in China.
At the time, it wasn't politically correct to "police the world". The Vietnam War had just ended less than two decades earlier.
It's shameful the world watched and did nothing.
It's even more shameful liberals called Bush a war criminal when we finally did do something.
I'm still laughing at this line: "Just ended two decades earlier"

Don't even try to say Bush invaded Iraq because Sadam gassed Kurds. You people keep searching for excuses for Bush when he lied to start a war about oil.

History will record "bushie boy" as a good president, while because of Obama's lack of leadership the United States and the world will enter a new dark age, pun intended.

Have you seen the movies “White House Down” or “Olympus Has Fallen”? These movies are about terrorists taking over the White House and kidnapping the President. But Barack Obama proves you don’t need Russia or China or North Korea or radical Muslim terrorists to take down the White House and destroy the Presidency. Obama is doing it all by himself.

At Columbia University (class of ’83), my fellow classmates admitted they hated America, hated “the rich” and despised Judeo-Christian values. We spent our days discussing and debating their plan to destroy capitalism and radically change America from within by electing one of their own to the Presidency. Once elected, the plan was to overwhelm the system with spending, taxes, entitlements and debt. Capitalism would topple, business owners would lose everything and Americans would be brought to their knees, begging for government to save them. In that way America would become a socialist Nation.

Obama was one of my Columbia classmates, and it is clear now this is the very plan he’s implementing. With economic and moral carnage from coast to coast and now throughout the Mideast, it is clear the White House is down and Olympus has fallen – from within.

The Obama Presidency is leading America into decline.

White House down:

In Egypt, 70 churches have been burned and many Christians killed by the Muslim Brotherhood, yet Obama says nothing.

As a matter of fact, Obama’s White House spokesman made a joke about the killing of Christians in Egypt.

While the murder of Christians does not pass any “red line,” Obama is mortified when radical Muslims murder other radical Muslims in Syria.

That passes Obama’s “red line” and triggers a desperate desire for America to go to war, spend billions of dollars we don’t have, risk the lives of our children to defend our sworn enemy, al-Qaida and risk starting World War III.

UNIMAGINABLE. UNTIL OBAMA CAME ALONG.
