Obviously you never read the reports following his procedure.
"Former president George W. Bush successfully underwent a heart procedure in Dallas on Tuesday after doctors discovered a blockage in an artery during his physical, a Bush spokesman said.
“The procedure was performed successfully this morning, without complication, at Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital,’’ said Freddy Ford.
Bush, 67, was expected to be discharged Wednesday and RESUME HIS NORMAL SCHEDULE THE FOLLOWING DAY."
For the record, I'm not a big supporter of Michael (Martin Luther)King. I acknowledge that it is well documented that he was a plagiarizer as well as a philanderer. I never supported a holiday named in his honor and will be interested to read his FBI file when it is released to the public in 14 years.
The first phase of heart surgery recovery can last from SIX to EIGHT weeks. Upon discharge from the hospital or health care facility, the patient -- and often the caregiver -- will be given a set of instructions on post-surgery care. They typically include tips on what to do for the patient's physical and emotional well being.
Just so Unflippin' UNbelievable sometimes .
