Barack Obama, our next President

Full story: Hampton Roads Daily Press

So guess I'll read the same speech about the economy Obama has given since 2009 and watch the liberals behind him absorb every word like it's the first time they ever heard it.
That should keep me amused for a while.
Really leaving now. Bye-bye.
Does that mean you're not coming back?

Just a quick news update.
Five CIA agents connected to Benghazi are being kept even more silent after being instructed to sign yet another nondisclosure agreement with explicit instructions not to talk to Congress or the media before talking to their "bosses" under threat of lie detector tests which are being done already.
This is unconstitutional and unprecedented.
This administration should have no reason to worry about top classified information being disclosed.
Nondisclosure agreements are to prevent CIA agents from writing books and leaking classified information.
We just want to know what happened over there. This administration has not been forthcoming.
This administration just doesn't want the truth and their cover up to be exposed.
Silence on all fronts about four Americans' deaths, why they were killed and not one arrest after 10 months should raise even sonic's and LCN's eyebrows.
Are they agents? Operatives? Contractors?

Maybe the CIA doesn't want you to know what was going on over there.

Did you know that only the CIA director reports to the POTUS?

An EMP Missing By TWO WEEKS Is NOT a Near Miss

Friday, August 2, 2013

As some of you will know I report on the space weather regularly when there is something going on…or something might be going on in the hours following the article.

I was shocked yesterday to see reports of a ‘Carrington-class event’ that occurred two weeks ago. I trawled the NASA and NOAA sites looking for what I had missed. I had missed nothing, there was no such event. A report on spaceweather.com this morning says:

"Many readers are asking about a report in the Washington Examiner, which states that a Carrington-class solar storm narrowly missed Earth two weeks ago. There was no Carrington-class solar storm two weeks ago. On the contrary, solar activity was low throughout the month of July. The report is erroneous. The possibility of such a storm is, however, worth thinking about: A modern Carrington event would cause significant damage to our high-tech society."

I am all in favor of alerting the public of both the United States and the wider world of any incoming event but throwing out spurious reports serves no purpose.

Here’s what Jim Woolsey has to say -

Again, I'm not a doll. Only sexists use that term repeatedly.
But apparently you didn't read my post to LCN, but I'll be glad to summarize it for your benefit.
I taught in local schools in smaller towns in Central Florida. I was one of two teachers in my school asked to be a "supervising teacher" for student interns from a nearby college. I was also accredited as a "peer teacher".
Liberal politics drove me out of the teaching profession. The good teachers like myself were itching to get out. And I've never looked back. Not once.
Liberalism and political correctness in smaller school districts was alive and well even two decades ago.
But I'll ask you like I asked LCN, have you ever taught in a public school? Do you have any firsthand experience to offer any meaningful contribution to the subject?
You've got a real shtty memory doll, I answered that question for you once and you forgot.

Your problem is that you're so caught up in yourself that you ignore others. There's a word to describe that condition.

<quoted text>Even if true, it still doesn't discount the capitalism aspect. Because there was no redistribution of any funds people made.
Besides, CRA had nothing to do with the types of loans banks and mortgage companies created on their own.
So again, another fact that defeats your personal position.
However, if we do follow your logic, then it does support the position that the military is a socialistic organization. The same can be said for those who have a religious fervor in government.
the CRA was used to redisbute Tax Payer Dollars and Federal Government was taking the risk out for Banks too which was the deal since the Federal Government was forcing banks to lend under the CRA to high risk individuals and would assume the losses if any were involved with Tax Payer Dollars and it started in 1995 with changes to the CRA under the Clinton Adminstration and in 2008 the Federal Government ended up having to pump billions of Tax Payer Dollars into Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac because of all the bad mortages that where given to people because of Pseudo Liberalisms version of Socialism that forced the banks to give loans to people who couldnt afford the houses anyways and the bailout of Fannie Mae & Freddie Max was part of the 2008 financial crisis bailouts and your right about military is Socialistic Organization and not Capitalistic and if it was the military would privately controlled by a Plutocracy.

John Oliver raked Fox News over the coals on Thursday's episode of "The Daily Show," mocking the network's parade of conservative commentators for their opposition to striking fast food workers who are demanding higher wages.

After running a clip of Greg Gutfeld suggesting that raising wages for low-income workers will make things a little too cushy, Oliver mockingly elaborated on the argument.

"If you raise the minimum wage, people will never stop working in the fast food industry," Oliver said. "They'll get so comfortable in those hot kitchens and in their acrylic uniforms, relaxing in that grease fog, smelling like processed meat no matter how many showers they take."

Next up for Oliver's wrath was Gutfeld's co-host of "The Five," Andrea Tantaros, who said that if the "Obama economy" was stronger, the striking fast food workers would surely already be receiving higher wages.

"Yes, because that's how capitalism works," Oliver observed. "Companies always pass on higher profits to their lower-level workers. That's a fact."

But the interim host saved his most stinging blow for Wall Street cheerleader Neil Cavuto, a Fox News financial analyst who waxed nostalgic about his days earning $2 an hour as a 16-year-old fast food worker. Oliver pointed out that the current median age of fast workers is 28, much different than "a 16-year-old Neil Cavuto getting his first job to earn money for beer and porn." Moreover, Oliver highlighted the fact that when the $2 wage Cavuto earned in 1974 is adjusted for inflation, it comes out to $9.47 per hour —$2.22 more than the current federal minimum wage.

"It's incredible that he had the incentive to leave that for his high-paying job on television right now," Oliver said. "He really pulled himself up by his bootstraps."

Our government along with European governments have gone to incredible lengths in the region in order to ensure Egyptian compliance. In the 1940s and 1950s, Britain sought to dominate the country through force of arms. The U.S. set out to buy Egypt with massive foreign aid as well as military subsidies for leaders that held pro-western views.
