Bloomfield Hills is not a "neighborhood of Detroit" and does n ot even border on Detroit.<quoted text> The inner city of Detroit is on life support because the wealthiest outlier neighborhoods of Detroit , like Bloomfield Hills , robbed it by not paying its fair share of city tax revenues. So, there are parts of Detroit that are doing very well ,but not for long if they continue to ignore the problems in the inner core of Detroit where most of the productive workers live and struggle.
Why should residents of other municipalities pay taxes to Detroit?
Most productive workers left Detroit long ago, driven out by black racism and political corruption.
Detroit should be allowed to die as a government and then perhaps the residents can create a new city.
