The Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas had it right when it said—in a paper pointedly entitled "Red Lining or Red Herring?"—"the CRA may not be needed in today's financial environment to ensure all segments of our economy enjoy access to credit." True, some households—those with a history of credit problems, for instance, or those buying homes in neighborhoods where re-selling them might be difficult—may not qualify for loans at all, and some may have to pay higher interest rates, in reflection of higher risk. But higher rates in such situations are balanced by lower house prices. This is not a conspiracy against the poor; it's how markets measure risk and work to make credit available.

Republicans are with President Obama and you are with teabaggers?
In an attempt to break through the political impasse in Egypt, U.S. Sens. John McCain and Lindsey Graham are expected to arrive in Cairo on Monday to meet with Egypt's interim leaders.
The two Republican senators will meet with interim President Adly Mansour, Defense Minister Gen. Abdel Fattah al-Sisi and interim Foreign Minister Nabil Fahmy, said Egyptian foreign affairs spokesman Badr Abdelatty.
McCain and Graham are making the trip at U.S. President Barack Obama's request.
McCain and Graham are Obama Quislings who want the US to invade Syria to support Al Qaeda.

That's not sharecropping.
And your point is?

Thousands of slaves were already working the land General Sherman promised to them with forty acres and a mule.

President Andrew Jackson, a Democrat and the successor after Lincoln's death, revoked that promise and gave the land back to white slave owners.

Again, your point?

Why do you Pseudo Liberals think why the Federal Reserve was advocating Congress to make the necessary legislative changes to CRA and the Federal Reserve got them it was because of the legistlative changes done in 1990's that created & allowed these Bad Mortgages to begin with that the Clinton Adminstration was involved with & mandating to be given to people who could not afford them and with the New Changes to CRA now these low income people cant get houses now like they did before under the Clinton Adminstration until they can prove they are financially able to get a loan which before under the Clinton Adminstration they didnt have to prove nothing and if you go back you will find the link that shows the legislative changes.

According to Woodward, Gene Sperling, a senior White House official, had "been less than gracious and intimidating."
Woodward then received criticism from journalists and pundits - probably instigated by Sperling at Obama's behest.
It was only after Sperling sent Woodward an email apologizing for his overreaction did Woodward become more forgiving and toned down his criticism.
Woodward also made a point of saying he had had many disagreements with David Axelrod but Axelrod never said “You’re going to regret reaching a conclusion that we don’t like.”
(By the way, David Axelrod just created "scandals" about Obama's opponents. Obama won unopposed twice in the Illinois Senate and unopposed once in U.S. Senate after an alleged "nasty divorce" scandal by one opponent and an alleged "sex" scandal by another was smeared all over the newspapers.)
Don't you find those odds rather unusual? One candidate wins unopposed three times?
Republicans may be able to rerun the 2012 election?

Bob Woodward and Carl Bernstein were aided by Mark Felt who provided Washington Post reporter Woodward with critical information on the story that eventually led to the resignation of President Richard M. Nixon in 1974.
