Besides, CRA had nothing to do with the types of loans banks and mortgage companies created on their own.
So again, another fact that defeats your personal position.
However, if we do follow your logic, then it does support the position that the military is a socialistic organization. The same can be said for those who have a religious fervor in government.
the CRA was used to redisbute Tax Payer Dollars and Federal Government was taking the risk out for Banks too which was the deal since the Federal Government was forcing banks to lend under the CRA to high risk individuals and would assume the losses if any were involved with Tax Payer Dollars and it started in 1995 with changes to the CRA under the Clinton Adminstration and in 2008 the Federal Government ended up having to pump billions of Tax Payer Dollars into Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac because of all the bad mortages that where given to people because of Pseudo Liberalisms version of Socialism that forced the banks to give loans to people who couldnt afford the houses anyways and the bailout of Fannie Mae & Freddie Max was part of the 2008 financial crisis bailouts and your right about military is Socialistic Organization and not Capitalistic and if it was the military would privately controlled by a Plutocracy.

John Oliver raked Fox News over the coals on Thursday's episode of "The Daily Show," mocking the network's parade of conservative commentators for their opposition to striking fast food workers who are demanding higher wages.

After running a clip of Greg Gutfeld suggesting that raising wages for low-income workers will make things a little too cushy, Oliver mockingly elaborated on the argument.

"If you raise the minimum wage, people will never stop working in the fast food industry," Oliver said. "They'll get so comfortable in those hot kitchens and in their acrylic uniforms, relaxing in that grease fog, smelling like processed meat no matter how many showers they take."

Next up for Oliver's wrath was Gutfeld's co-host of "The Five," Andrea Tantaros, who said that if the "Obama economy" was stronger, the striking fast food workers would surely already be receiving higher wages.

"Yes, because that's how capitalism works," Oliver observed. "Companies always pass on higher profits to their lower-level workers. That's a fact."

But the interim host saved his most stinging blow for Wall Street cheerleader Neil Cavuto, a Fox News financial analyst who waxed nostalgic about his days earning $2 an hour as a 16-year-old fast food worker. Oliver pointed out that the current median age of fast workers is 28, much different than "a 16-year-old Neil Cavuto getting his first job to earn money for beer and porn." Moreover, Oliver highlighted the fact that when the $2 wage Cavuto earned in 1974 is adjusted for inflation, it comes out to $9.47 per hour —$2.22 more than the current federal minimum wage.

"It's incredible that he had the incentive to leave that for his high-paying job on television right now," Oliver said. "He really pulled himself up by his bootstraps."

Our government along with European governments have gone to incredible lengths in the region in order to ensure Egyptian compliance. In the 1940s and 1950s, Britain sought to dominate the country through force of arms. The U.S. set out to buy Egypt with massive foreign aid as well as military subsidies for leaders that held pro-western views.

MLK Fought for Civil Rights and Against Democrats

First, Dr. King was a Republican until the day he died because he knew that the Republican Party, from its founding in 1854 as the anti-slavery party, championed freedom and civil rights for blacks. For details on the history of civil rights, see the NBRA Civil Rights Newsletter posted on the NBRA's website.

Second, the nemesis of Dr. King's valiant and historic campaign to end discrimination and gain equality for blacks was the Democratic Party, the party of slavery, segregation and the Ku Klux Klan. Led by former Klansman Robert Byrd, Democrats launched a despicable crusade to smear and undermine Dr. King. This relentless disparagement of Dr. King resulted in his being physically assaulted and ultimately to his tragic death.

When Dr. King left Memphis, Tennessee in March of 1968 after riots broke out where a teenager was killed, Byrd called Dr. King a "trouble-maker" who starts trouble, but runs like a coward after trouble is ignited. A few weeks later, Dr. King returned to Memphis and was assassinated on April 4, 1968.

Inspired by home brewers from across the country, last year President Obama bought a home brewing kit for the kitchen. After the few first drafts we landed on some great recipes that came from a local brew shop. We received some tips from a couple of home brewers who work in the White House who helped us amend it and make it our own. To be honest, we were surprised that the beer turned out so well since none of us had brewed beer before.

When will; you dumbass right whiners EVER learn how the CRA worked.

Please.

You are embarrassing yourself with your ignorance.

The CRA said banks had to use some of their profits to help people in their commuities to buy homes. For those who could not quite meet the down payment or mothly payments, banks would lower their rates a little so these people would be able to afford to make the payments. In any event, borrows HAD TO SHOW THEY COULD MAKE THOSE PAYMENTS. If they still had to prove they could make those payments, where was the high risk?

If you couldn't but your dream house because you the payments were too high but 6 months later interest rates dropped & now you could, that make you a riskier buyer?

Of course not.

BTW If Clinton signed aything, the Republicans had to have passed it in Congress& in 3008, Bush would have had to sign it.

King was not a republican.

this is what he said about a republican....

Another indication that progress is being made was found in the recent presidential election in the United States. The American people revealed great maturity by overwhelmingly rejecting a presidential candidate who had become identified with extremism, racism, and retrogression. The voters of our nation rendered a telling blow to the radical right. They defeated those elements in our society which seek to pit white against Negro and lead the nation down a dangerous Fascist path.

Look it up yourself. Here are a few tips.
Start your search with the "repeal of the Glass-Steagall in 1999" replaced by the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act.
Assuming you know how to Google, then search "expansion of the CRA in 1995" by the Clinton Administration urging lending flexibility by banks. Critics also blame President Carter for enacting the CRA in 1977 in the first place.
And then if you really want to complete your search, type in "critics blame 1995 changes to CRA" relaxing lending standards as the beginning of crisis.
You won't find any of this information on any liberal media source. So don't waste your time looking at propaganda.
This is an example of the kind of informative websites you want to search.

People should be taxed to help pay for their community schools. It is the mandate in most states to provide an education for every child.

That means irregardless if you have any kids or not.

Now, you can take advantage of that free public education or pay to send your kids where ever else you want on your own dime.

To think when you pay school taxes you pay for just your kid is beyond stupid

Camden City Gardens
“We’re one of the poorest cities, and the second-most-dangerous city in the nation, but 100 percent of our gardens grow surplus crops and give them away. Our gardeners grow more than five hundred thousand pounds of fresh food a year on twenty-five acres and, according to the University of Pennsylvania, about 10 percent of Camden’s population gets some of their produce from our programs.”– Mike Devlin, Camden City Garden Club, Camden, in Michelle Obama’s American Grown

GNJP host Megan Gunning and videographer Frank Foley were in Camden with JoAnne Ruscio on the hottest day of the summer to meet Mike Devlin – a dynamo in the battle against hunger; and the Camden residents who are responsible for more than 100 gardens in the city, the fastest growing community gardening program in the country. GNJP was filming a short video to raise funds for several short and long videos on city gardens in Camden.

There are several reasons why Camden has so many urban gardens - and they aren’t all good reasons. The plenitude of vacant lots and the lack of access to fresh food – a true food desert – are redeemed by the other reasons: the dedicated vision and leadership of Mike, Valerie, the farmers, the faith-based institutions in the city and the volunteers.

In the program, we’ll also take a look at the Camden Children’s Garden, a popular place for families in the city; and we’ll take part in a church supper prepared by local gardeners with local produce. This program will be as much about the people as the produce. And we may convince the chefs to share some of their recipes online.

After Huntington Beach Riot, We Need to Talk about White Youth and Violence

Sunday’s rioting in Huntington Beach, California is sparking a national conversation about white youth and violence. It’s about time.

I know this is a touchy subject. Some of my best friends are white, and some of them have teenage or twenty-something children. And of course I don’t favor racial profiling, even though I cross the street when I see a group of young whites lurking on the sidewalk.

No, not all white youth are thugs. But as Gawker‘s Cord Johnson noted, the statistics on white violence are grim:

"For instance, according to research from the Department of Justice, 84 percent of white murder victims are killed by other white people. Similarly, white rape victims tend to be raped by other whites. White-on-white violence is a menace to white communities across the country[.]"

Johnson wonders, reasonably, about white parents:

"More important than white politicians are the white parents. I’d like to ask the caregivers of the children in these videos what they’ve been doing. When did so many white parents fall asleep at the wheel? You can complain about poor schools all you’d like, but the fact of the matter is that it’s the parents of these children who are letting them leave the house looking like slobs in their baggy board shorts and Hollister t-shirts. It’s the parents of these kids who are letting them listen to violent, self-destructive trash like “Anarchy in the UK” or “Now I Wanna Sniff Some Glue”– performed loudly by noted conservative rocker Johnny Ramone."

Like I said, it’s a sensitive topic. But Sunday’s rioting after a surfing contest in Huntington Beach, California has forced it. Rampaging young whites destroyed cars and looted businesses. Police arrested eight white youths and resorted to rubber bullets and pepper spray to break up the violence. Ryan Hartzog, a local businessman whose bike shop was looted, was not surprised:

"Every year the U.S. Open was getting a little too crazy. We figured this was going to happen."

I think it’s their culture. The parents of these young whites watch CNN and the kids see Ted Nugent say “Suck on my machine gun.” Or they watch a Pennsylvania police chief’s YouTube videos celebrating guns and calling for an armed uprising against the federal government. So we shouldn’t be surprised when young white thugs often riot after sporting events, whether their team wins or loses.

Again, there are good whites. But for every one white valedictorian, there are a hundred others with thumbs the size of lemons from popping open beer cans and texting while they drive. Yes, whites are almost twice as likely to drive drunk, and young whites send most text messages. Put the two together and it’s bqhatevwr … and you could be their next victim.

So yes, let’s have that conversation about violent white youth. It’s about time.
