Barack Obama, our next President

Full story: Hampton Roads Daily Press

What really drives gasoline prices is NOT supply and demand of oil; its how said S & D is affected by refining capacity. Given transpo costs etc for oil to already over-regulated existing refineries, the Keystone could potentially facilitate new construction in more friendly environments......

That is just the problem, your perception of the "truth" is far from factual. All you do is parrot what you are told by your handlers.
Another thing, Remember Social Security Act of 1935 was legistlated and is a US Federal Law and not a US Constitutional Amendment or Right to Welfare protected by the US Constitution which the Pseudo Liberal Democrats confuse intentionally which no where in the US Constitution does it says Social Security is a Right and which for that you would need an Amendment to the US Constitution so either way the Pseudo Liberal Democrat can reduce or eliminate or make Changes to Social Security as they want just as Obama is promoting & pushing for in his 2014 budget by linking Social Security to the CPI(consumer price index) which right now Social Security benefits would be cut drastically which means reduced and you are going to say obama cant do it you better wake up.

Seniors would see smaller Social Security checks under Obama budget

LOL. Did you even look at your cut and paste: "The interest of a beneficiary of Social Security is protected only by the Due Process Clause." That's right. There interest is protected!! Finally you got it right.
By the way, if you haven't heard of a "non-contractural government benefit", you didn't read the Nestor decision.
No you didn't read the Nestor decision which its not and you are only cherry picking besides if that was the case the Federal Government couldnt take Nestor's so called earned benefits away him and again you are puting you foot in your mouth which you keep contradicting yourself in your post.

House GOP Defunds ACORN Yet Again, Even Though ACORN Does Not Exist

Conservative political groups targeted ACORN for years, accusing the anti-poverty group, which typically backed liberal policies aiding the poor, of broad voter fraud conspiracies that were ultimately never substantiated. But in the fall of 2009, conservative videographer James O'Keefe released selectively edited videos that appeared to show ACORN employees offering advice on tax avoidance related to prostitution and child smuggling. Independent investigations by the California attorney general, the Massachusetts attorney general and the Brooklyn, N.Y., district attorney would later clear ACORN of criminal wrongdoing, and an investigation by the Government Accountability Office would clear the group of charges that it mishandled federal funds.

Wrong.
See: FDR and "The New Deal" (briefly)
At Roosevelt's nationally broadcast inauguration speech, the new president denounced the "money changers" who had brought on the economic disaster and declared that the government must wage war on the Great Depression as it would against an armed foe.Roosevelt's liberal solution to the problems was to aggressively use government as a tool for creating a "new deal" for the American people, aimed at three R's--relief, recovery, and reform. The New Deal's most immediate goals were short-range relief and immediate recovery. These were the immediate goals of the Hundred Days Congress, which met March 9-June 6, 1933. Long-range goals of permanent recovery and the reform of institutional abuses and practices that had produced the Depression came as part of the Second New Deal, from November 1933 to 1939.
Social Security
Real reform was enacted by passage of the Social Security Act of 1935, which provided a social safety net beneath FDR's New Deal economy. The new law provided for federal-state unemployment insurance, and a retirement pension for old-age workers, ranging from $10 to $85 a month, and paid for by a payroll tax of both employers and employees. Provision was also provided for the blind, the physically handicapped, fatherless children, and other dependents. Opposition to Social Security was bitter. Republicans falsely claimed that every worker would have to wear a metal tag for life in order to be identified by their Social Security number. Liberals were essentially copying the ideas of industrialized Europe. It was a recognition that in the industrialized economy, with its boom-or-bust cycles, the government must bear some responsibility for the welfare of its citizens....
(The New Deal. Authentichistory.com . 6/14/2012)
It was basically implemented FIRSTLY to
1. FREE jobs up in a HORRIBLE job market, by allowing older workers to retire, to make room for the burgeoning younger work force-
AND
2. To suffice WAR widows and the families thereof.
Yeah, and the suckers have swallowed that for almost 80 years.

Another Obama "speech tour" is over so he's off on another five-star resort vacation to wind down so he can gear up for the next one.

When was the last time he stayed in Washington and worked? No one else is going anywhere. Most people are working several part-time jobs just to make ends meet because of the crappy economy and all the Obamacare uncertainties.

But he must be plum worn out trying not to think about it.
