Obama's doesn't use executive privilege to protect himself and keep the truth from coming out. That's a Republican ploy.
Finally, a ray of light at the end of the tunnel: news that Congress is preparing to investigate the crash that killed Navy Seal Team 6 members in Afghanistan.

Some of our greatest heroes were sent to their death either through incompetence or through a conspiracy within our own government to kill them.

More Navy Seals died in that crash on August 6, 2011, than died in every single operation from the beginning of their organization.

It happened three months after Osama bin Laden was killed by SEAL Team 6 forces.

They were put on an old Vietnam-era helicopter and were sent plunging to their deaths.

O'bama killed O'sama right? and now we will learn that he killed the Seals with his big mouth too. Cover-up? OF COURSE. O'bama doesn't remember or know anything. He is a retard. The President of the United States is brain damaged and you only thought Hillary and Biden were.

One of the largest and best companies in the field of managing and operating water systems is Veolia Water. However, the parent company is French, which might send some of the leftists into orbit.

Galt is betting that Veolia could operate the Detroit water system at lower cost than the city and still make a nice profit.

Late Thursday night, the North Carolina state Senate passed a pro-life omnibus bill that would stop abortions by helping pregnant women and potentially closing abortion clinics that can’t follow basic health and safety laws.

The State Senate concurred by a vote of 32-13 with the State House, on SB 353, Health and Safety Law Changes. The State House worked with the Governor and his Department of Health and Human Services to reach an agreement for a compromise bill that accomplished pro-life goals in a way the governor would sign into law.

SB 353 addresses concerns about the administration of abortion inducing drugs and rules for abortion facilities, North Carolina Right to Life informs LifeNews. The pro-life provisions that were left intact after the compromise are: the opt out for abortion in the federal exchange and the city and county employee health plans, as well as the sex selection and web cam abortion bans.

G-d Bless North Carolina.

Its no different than decreasing the value of earned income. Those profits that provide capital have to come from somewhere
When the net dividends are reduced by higher taxation, the stock and the entire business will be worth less.

Just so that is clear.

But the better solution is to ditch income taxes and move to a consumption tax.

This explains why Liberals want more government...
they don't trust Republicans...so they put in their crooks...
"We document that, in a cross section of countries, government regulation is strongly negatively correlated with measures of trust. In a simple model explaining this correlation, distrust creates public demand for regulation, whereas regulation in turn discourages formation of trust, leading to multiple equilibria. A key implication of the model is that individuals in low-trust countries want more government intervention even though they know the government is corrupt. We test this and other implications of the model using country- and individual-level data on trust and beliefs about the role of government, as well as on changes in beliefs during the transition from socialism"

Old story.

Who polices the police?

While Liberals treat Washington as Mother, Mother is a Welfare Mother sleeping around with everyone, rents her kids to pedophiles and let's boyfriends have fun with her daughters.

But Liberals are convinced that Mother knows best.

Haven't seen a Daddy in Washington since before The Great Society.

His mental states trumps his culpability. He also could not have a perceived notion that he could harm someone other than himself. That is not the case with this driver.
He knew, or should have known, that driving at 60 or 70 in a 35mph in a lane not intended for travel was reckless and could present a danger to others. I agree with the Deputy D.A., "Samsonian was guilty of gross negligence and wanton disregard for others."
Most jumper suicides are perfectly sane and could certainly expect rescue efforts. Otherwise they would blow their brains out.

You have no case.

Obama’s former political director famously said “never let a crisis go to waste” and once again Barack Obama is trying to manufacture a crisis to get more gun control.
In the wake of the Zimmerman self-defense trial, President Obama announced a new push to end “gun violence”
( code words for disarming the law-abiding.)
And just days ago, United State Senator Dick Durbin of Illinois announced he was preparing to hold Senate hearings on Stand Your Ground Laws all over the country.
These state-level laws simply state that law-abiding citizens can legally defend themselves against criminal attack without having to think twice about retreating._________
(FLAT ROCK, Mich.) The family of slain U.S. Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry is outraged over President Obama’s recent remarks that his administration has been plagued by “phony scandals”. The remarks were made by the President on Wednesday as part of an economic speech at Knox College in Galesburg, Illinois. Earlier in the week, White House press secretary Jay Carney also mentioned the issue of “phony scandals”. During the speech, the President went on to say that the GOP’s focus on scandals “needs to stop”.
Brian Terry was on duty when he lost his life while defending the U.S. border from members of a suspected drug cartel “rip-crew” in December of 2010 near Rio Rico, AZ. Weapons found at the murder scene were traced to the failed gun trafficking investigation known as Operation Fast and Furious conducted by the U.S. Department of Justice and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms. Dozens of people in Mexico have been killed or wounded by weapons linked to Operation Fast and Furious, including a police chief in Mexico.
Josephine Terry, Brian’s mother, said,“These deaths are real. My son’s death was real. I am outraged that President Obama is talking about phony scandals when he knows all too well that my son was a victim of Operation Fast and Furious that was authorized by members of his Justice Department and a U.S. Attorney that he appointed. Operation Fast and Furious was all too real for me and my family, and it directly contributed to my son’s murder.”
The only feeling left in the Magic Negro resides on the rim of his butt hole.

I'm not sure we have the will to fight our enemies.
There are atrocities in any war - sometimes even by the good guys - but Americans stood behind the greater cause and were united to win victories over Germany and Japan. Now it seems like Americans either no longer have the will or would rather blame ourselves before standing together against a common enemy even to protect ourselves.
We will not be immune to the repercussions if the Middle East is left to its own devices and the rest of the world sits idly by. Our enemies are becoming even more emboldened.
And I don't think enough Americans realize that or even care.
Much has been written about the cyclical nature of human events worldwide.

War, Peace, Affluence, War, Peace, Affluence, War.....

Looking closer at these cycles singled out in individual countries, it becomes a little clearer study. Rome is overused as an example but there are many more instances.

We can see these cyclical patterns inside the nineteenth and twentieth century in America a mix of failed government and failed economies and failed social structures.

We are about to enter another prolonged down cycle based on many things including the junk political leadership we've been selecting. The Weiners, Spitzers and Magic Negro's are symptomatic of the era but they are not nearly the sum of all the trash that's out there and yet to come.

Part of the cyclical ride of humanity resides in the lessons that societies learn and then unlearn with a generation or two later.
Right now, we stand confused and befuddled as we unlearn what past generations learned the hard way. The Bouncing ball has to hit the ground hard in order to bounce higher the next time.

I guess this is just the way is is, folks.
