We don't need another filibuster and vote to repeal Obamacare, we need action on climate change, job creation , and reducing our overall global military reach that's far too vulnerable to terrorist attack and too expensive to our domestic economic stability and prosperity .“When (Obama) gets away from talking about the economy, numbers have a tendency to slide,” Marist Institute for Public Opinion director Lee Miringoff said in a release accompanying the poll.
There is a silver lining in the new numbers for Democrats: Although President Obama’s numbers are sliding, he remains significantly more popular than Republicans in the House of Representatives. In the Marist-McClatchy poll, the House GOP’s approval rating sits at a dismal 22 percent, while the Washington Post-ABC News poll finds that 52 percent of Republicans believe that GOP leaders are taking the party in the wrong direction (compared to just 37 percent who say that headed in the right direction). And, unlike President Obama, House Republicans still have to face the voters next November." http://www.nationalmemo.com/polls-obamas-appr...
Republican control of the House after the 2014 election is a given.

The only question is control of the Senate.

For the First Time Since 1994 A Majority of Republicans Are Dissatisfied With Their Party

Right when you thought Republicans weren’t very clever, seeing as they are so easily played by the GOP elites, they go and do something that appears remotely cognizant of reality, like disapproving of their party’s leadership.

For the first time in six poll results dating to 1994, a majority (52%) of Republicans and Republican-leaning Independents say their party is going astray, according to a new poll for ABC by Langer Research Associates.

Only 37% of Republicans and Republican-leaning Independents say their leaders are taking the GOP in the right direction. A stunning fifty-two percent say their own leaders are headed the wrong way,“up 20 points from last August (when the White House seemed winnable) and a majority for the first time in six poll results dating to 1994.”

....Before we rush to praise the base for finally waking up, we should ask the same question too few asked about ObamaCare. I would posit that perhaps the answer is that conservatives feel the party is not far right enough, just as liberals felt ObamaCare wasn’t good enough because it wasn’t universal healthcare.

However, a recent poll showed that 49% of Republicans think their party should compromise with Obama more. So, Republicans are caught between the tea-leading-the-(leaderless)Ho use and the closed door to the White House. It may be truly that the tea conservatives are destroying the Republican party, which they hijacked with the party’s help via gerrymandering. Some call it karma for cheating, but it’s sorta sad in its easy predictability.

Even Republicans know their party is a bucket of fail now, but naturally, this information will never reach the House of Representatives or alter the course of the parasites (House tea Republicans) feeding off of a base so misinformed about reality that they still blame Obama for the bank bailouts. We could all see where this was leading way back in 2010, when Sarah Palin was their chosen puppet leader.

Would you feel better if I used a different term than "lies"? Do you have any suggestions? That's all I can come up with. How about "misinformation"?
(Reuters)- President Barack Obama on Monday called the targeting of conservative groups by U.S. tax officials "outrageous" and said that any Internal Revenue Service employees involved would be held accountable.

"We'll wait and see what exactly all the details and the facts are. But I've got no patience with it," Obama said. "I will not tolerate it. And we will make sure that we find out exactly what happened."

So? Has he found out anything? That was over two months ago.

No one has been fired. In fact, key players have been promoted.

He called the Benghazi scandal a "sideshow" but CNN is even asking about the survivors and why they aren't speaking up.

Is this really too hard for you?

a black conservative?

The controversy over George Zimmerman's acquittal for murdering Trayvon Martin is Christmas in July for black conservatives. The professional best black friends for white conservatives who defend George Zimmerman--and by extension the White Right--are in high demand.

If 'Obama stays out of Israel' that means no United States military aid to Israel which makes it extremely likely that Israel would cease to exist as a state. Is that what you really want? You must hate the Jews and think that they don't deserve a homeland as equally as the Palestinian people deserve one in the Middle East.

Secrets of the Neocon Noir

Why I'd make a lousy black conservative

A friend of mine once referred to a prominent black conservative writer as a "blackface mercenary." In kind of a knee-jerk response, I agreed, since I disagree with most so-called black conservatives.

On deeper reflection, I asked myself: is that really a fair characterization? And then I recalled a curious little essay by one black neo-conservative writer on how hip-hop holds blacks back. It dawned on me then that there really is a simple formula to being a neo-conservative Negro columnist:

You first take small incidents out of day-to-day experience and cast them as proof of a stereotypical weakness about blacks or African American culture more broadly. Then you caustically deride black leaders as compromised victimologists who would excuse even the most absurd behavior. And finally, you praise the virtues of a "mainstream" (read: white) common sense that knows better. This is a playbook worth studying carefully since, I'm told, the job pays well.

(Forgot to add the last part.)
But it's quite remarkable. And worrisome.
The Magic Negro is desperate to change the conversation. He tells Americans they should tolerate young black thugs and then today he says that he wants to revive America's Middle Class. Hilarious stuff. Four and a half years of confused bungling, lying, welfare increases and scandal and now the Magic Negro suddenly declares he wants to fix the economy!!!!!

Meanwhile, Jay Carney gets into a cat fight with MSNBC's Joe Scarborough, refusing to answer anything about the IRS scandal calling it ""the line pushed by Republicans who want Washington to be focused on scandals instead of the economy."

And China is throwing its weight around against Taiwan, Vietnam, the Philippines, Japan and anyone floating in the South China Sea or within a thousand miles of it while increasing its military might through stolen technology from the West....

And the Magic Negro?

He golfs, dances, makes racist speeches, issues unconstitutional executive orders and then lies his ass-off at press conferences knowing that the Fifth Column will support his diversions away from his corruption scandals.

This is the Left's New Normal.

Republican House Speaker Boner can't get anything done and likes it that way . Unfortunately, Americans see things like Obama does , problems in the country are too big now and doing nothing about them is unacceptable. Republicans are bracing themselves for losing big in 2014; Democrats gain their greatest control over both Houses. Why else are some desperate Republican leaders even considering Christine O'Donnell as a 'viable candidate'. All they have left is to hope in hocus pocus and crack pot witch craft to save their skins now .:-D
