Why would someone seek an abortion when they don't even know if they are pregnant?
Because a vagina is about 2 inches across or a little more typically and a baby is about 4 or 5 inches across. Duh.

I saw a case where the mom put her daughter in a psychiatric ward as they would do ABs there, but the daughter refused and somehow managed to have her daughter. I think the daughter was put up for adoption. Years later, she was able to get the child back and find the baby's daddy.
Personally, I think anything to do with OB challenges should be between the doctor and patient.
I don't understand people like the Duggars who just keep on having kids past age 40 and even endangering the life of the mother to have one more child to add to the already large brood.
Would they even be making it financially if not for the reality tv show?
I don't get that either, they're sick in the head. Maybe the government is paying them?

You didn't explain the, how did you put it, "institutional nature" of debt and deficit when you bragged about the surplus being during Clinton's tenure, ignoring the fact he had to be dragged kicking and screaming to it.
So, why didn't that "institutional nature" of debt and deficit apply during the Clinton administration?
You can start your explanation about the "institutional nature" of spending yourself into bankruptcy now.... Be careful you don't actually state money will grow on trees.

Bull, there are profitable private rail systems all over the world.
What about the US?

Here in California, Governor Moonbeam is building high-speed rail from nowhere to nowhere. Connecting to SF or LA is far too expensive.

When the city built commuter rail to LAX, they stopped a mile away to appease the cab drivers union.

Zimmerman's Lawsuit Against Al Sharpton, NBC, and the Martin Family Attorneys

In a twist not even the best fiction writers could have seen coming, the Trayvon Martin case, instigated by a couple of sheister attorneys looking to make money from a tragedy, will reportedly end with George Zimmerman recovering legal and monetary damages for "Civil Rights" violations from Al Sharpton, NBC, and the Trayvon Martin family attorneys, Daryl Parks, Benjamin Crump and the demokratic party..

http://www.examiner.com/article/zimmerman-s-l...

Now that Race Pimp Profiteer Al Sharpton is claiming responsibility for organization against Zimmerman. I am anxious to read about the new DIRECTION of NBC and its subsidiaries. The lawyers, on the 10th floor should began investigating corporate LIABILITY.

Go George!!

Give it up, sonic. The Senate Finance Committee is doing its own investigation headed by Senator Baucus (D) and Senator Hatch (R).
Senator Baucus recently stated he believes the scope goes much further than what we're seeing.
I'm sure you know what he means.
Another investigation that's under the radar is specifically trying to find out just how high up the ladder the targeting went.
The findings will be released in a month or so.
There's a big possibility top advisors very close to the president will be testifying under oath.
This has only just begun.
Senate Finance Committee Chairman Max Baucus (D-MT) in a 2010 letter requested that then-Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Commissioner Douglas Shulman deeply investigate 501(c) non-profit political organizations.

The letter called on Shulman to “survey major 501(c)(4),(c)(5) and (c)(6) organizations involved in political campaign activity to examine whether they are operated for the organization’s intended tax exempt purpose and to ensure that political campaign activity is not the organization’s primary activity” and to “to determine whether they are acting as conduits for major donors advancing their own private interests regarding legislation or political campaigns, or are providing major donors with excess benefits.”

In his own letter to Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid and Minority Leader Mitch McConnell, Americans for Limited Government President Nathan Mehrens noted,“Considering the invasive questions the IRS was asking the targeted organizations, it appears that Sen. Baucus got exactly what he asked for, which was a witch-hunt.”

Baucus’ letter also instructed Shulman that “Possible violation of tax laws should be identified as you conduct this study. Please report back to the Finance Committee as soon as possible with your findings and recommended actions regarding this matter.”

Baucus specifically referenced a Sept. 16, 2010 Time article,“The New GOP Money Stampede” reporting that “Democrats fear [what] could be a $300 million Republican spending blitz this year.” The story detailed allegations that local tea party groups were actually “shadow Republican groups formed by longtime party officials.” The article referenced the tea party, but also American Crossroads, American Action Network, and the U.S. Chamber of Commerce as forming a wider campaign front for the 2010 Republican election campaign effort, financed “in the form of secret undisclosed contributions.”

Baucus also referenced “a group transforming itself into a non-profit under 501(c)(4) of the tax code,” ensuring, as the Time article put it, that the group would “not have to publicly disclose any information about its donors.” That “group” Baucus referenced was actually Crossroads GPS.

“The Time article Baucus so prominently referenced was all about the financing of Republican election efforts and right of center political and advocacy organizations,” Mehrens noted in his letter, adding,“It did not scrutinize any left-wing groups. Nor did Baucus include in his letter to Shulman any footnotes to articles that detailed Democrat campaign activities or left of center groups. The implicit task was to investigate the political right from start to finish. And that’s exactly what the IRS did.”

Yesterday, Baucus issueda statement suggesting “Targeting groups based on their political views is not only inappropriate but it is intolerable, promising a “full investigation into this matter by the Senate Finance Committee.”

The youngest surviving baby was born at 21 weeks and six days weighing 10 ounces.

According to the U.S. National Library of Medicine, viability presently occurs at approximately 24 weeks of gestational age.

You're pushing it.

Who wouldn't know by 12 weeks if they wanted to abort or keep their baby?

Most women know they're pregnant by the second month - that's 8 weeks.

They can't make up their minds until they're 24 weeks or 6 months' pregnant and felt the baby move inside them since the 16th week?

You libs are just plain cuckoo.

Commuter rail and inter-city passenger rail are two different things.
None of the cities you mention generate enough income from fares to cover the capital and operating costs of the systems, assuming that the costs are even understood.
SEPTA (Philadelphia), for example, receives huge subsidies from the state.
Or the State could double the width of the Schuykill Expressway. When looking at the cost of mass transit, you need to consider the cost not to have it.

You're not actually comparing this scenario to Zimmerman walking to meet the police in his neighborhood after numerous robberies by young black men and seeing a young black man acting suspiciously, are you?

Media Warning Signs For The Grand Old White Republican Tea Party

The Nielsen ratings for July are coming out soon and there is a developing trend in television viewing that portends problems for Republicans. Variety is reporting that…

“Univision is on pace to end the July sweeps in the numero uno spot, a milestone for the U.S. Hispanic network. Market leader expects to dominate July sweeps primetime among both Adults 18-49 and Adults 18-34 demos, in broadcast or cable.”

To be clear, this is not a ratings win among Hispanic networks or a particular genre of programming. It is the top spot for all television programming in the most important audience demographics. They beat ABC, CBS, NBC, and FOX.

...Republicans, and their preferred media, are bleeding supporters in key groups that they have already conceded are essential for future victories. Hispanics, youth, African-Americans, and women, are all growing constituencies. But they are being left behind by an increasingly extremist and narrow Republican Party that is only responsive to older, white, Tea Partiers.
