Wrong Carol, whatever is happening to the magnetic poles is having anything to do with the severe weather we've been having. It's the increase in CO2 in the atmosphere which is due to burning fossil fuels.<quoted text>
The highest recorded temperatures were in 1913.
And let's not forget the Ice Age.
The magnetic poles are separating. It's also a natural phenomenon like cyclic climate patterns - both being the most plausible causes for the recent and unusual storms, severe winters, tornados and present heat wave.
The ice age happened over millennia and had to do with continental drift and subsequent volcanic activity.
Here's what Dr. Richard Muller a scientist funded by the Koch brothers to throw doubt on climate change had to say on the issue;
"Three years ago I identified problems in previous climate studies that, in my mind, threw doubt on the very existence of global warming. Last year, following an intensive research effort involving a dozen scientists, I concluded that global warming was real and that the prior estimates of the rate of warming were correct. Iím now going a step further: Humans are almost entirely the cause.Ē
But go ahead keep being a delusional twit.
