Other than the cash for clunkers program and the expansion of the SCHIPP program to cover health care for 4 million more children what do you consider "free stuff"?

Here's a list....exactly which ones do you consider "free stuff"?

Continued the subsidization of phones which began under President Clinton and was expanded under the Bush administration to include cell phones.

Instituted enforcement for equal pay for women.

Instituted a plan to cover the expenses of families of fallen to allow them be on hand when the body arrives at Dover AFB.

Expanded the To this day the government provides discounts on landline phones for financially disadvantaged people in the United States and U.S. territories. The Link-Up portion helps with the installation and the Lifeline Assistance part helps with the monthly bills, to the tune of roughly ten dollars a month.

He increasing pay and benefits for military personnel.

He initiating a new policy to promote federal hiring of military spouses.(Yep, that most definitely must be a freebie.)

He instituted a program to allow students struggling to make college loan payments refinance their loans.

He made more loans available to small businesses.

He authorized construction/opening of additional health centers to care for veterans.

Renewed loan guarantees for Israel.(Now, without a doubt, that is a Freebie.)

He created the Affordable Care Act to insure those currently receiving their medicare care through emergency rooms for free.

He made it easier for people facing foreclosure to refinance their mortgage.

He instituted tax write-offs for those who buy hybrid automobiles.

It was not a unanimous vote by the Supreme Court. Seven of nine judges determined their superiority over states' rights.
Justices Byron White and William Rehnquist wrote emphatic dissenting opinions in this case.
White wrote:
"I find nothing in the language or history of the Constitution to support the Court's judgment. The Court simply fashions and announces a new constitutional right for pregnant women and, with scarcely any reason or authority for its action, invests that right with sufficient substance to override most existing state abortion statutes...In my view, the court's judgment is an improvident and extravagant exercise of the power of judicial review that the Constitution extends to this Court."
...Justice White was absolutely correct. The court's decision was an "improvident and extravagant exercise by judicial review".
Seven people took it upon themselves to determine a federal law that involves matters of life and death without any regard to many people's personal beliefs and usurping state's rights and the will of the people.
A law that goes against half the country's beliefs should not be decided by seven people - or even nine people.
What if the majority of judges were extremely conservative and interpreted the Constitution that leaned towards the traditional values of the right?
I'm quite sure you'd be empathetic to how some of us feel about Roe v Wade if the shoe were on the other foot.
Fortunately for you, the shoe was on the left. This time.
Yes because, according to the Constitution, individual rights trump States' rights. SCOTUS' primary function is to protect the Constitution and the Bill of Rights.

This doesn't bother anyone?
Are we now just another country on the world stage at the mercy of other nations who are soon to be more powerful and prominent?
Do we no longer stand for anything? Have we voluntarily surrendered already?
This administration seems to be waving a white flag but controlling the people is what they're all about too so, if we do surrender, it will be to their allies.
Obama promised Putin to be "more flexible" after his reelection, so Putin is walking all over him.
China is just laughing at him.
So it shouldn't be too big of a surprise when and if that happens.

Do you see where they are now selling produce?
