Political Assassination and the Crimes of War: The “Unnatural Death” of Dr. David Kelly
The context in which Dr Kelly did his duty for the UN and the UK has been outlined. The intelligence for targeting, bridgeheads etc was in place. The paramount war criminal and psychopath, Anthony Blair, conspired with Bush in April 2002 at Crawford over blood oozing steaks to tear into Iraq. The black propaganda machine changed gear. A succession of signatories of The Project for the New American Century began appearing nightly, courtesy of the State Broadcaster, the BBC. We could soon tell Wolfowitz from Bolton, and Perle from Bolton. Mangold tried to scare the pants off vulnerable members of the UK public in September 2002 with sarin in the Tokyo tube and with all the focus on the rogue regime. The Sun carried the headline “Brits 45mins from doom” to its 6 million readers. The prescription of Oded Yinon from the ‘Israeli’ Ministry of Foreign Affairs was being followed to the letter (9).“Iraq, rich in oil on the one hand and internally torn on the other, is guaranteed as a candidate for Israel’s targets. Its dissolution is even more important for us than that of Syria.”

And so it was, that against majority opinion in the UK and the truth, a massive invasion and bombardment started 22nd March 2003. It had been planned since 1988.(10) A sceptical British public became more certain that the hell had been conjured up and brought to earth. On May 29 the author heard Andrew Gilligan at 6.20 am on the premier propaganda programme, the BBC’s Today, say that a source had told him the ‘September’ dossier had been enhanced.(There was probably no mention of the ‘Iraq Dossier’ of 3rd February which within 3 days was shown by Rangwala to be fake throughout.(11)) The hunt started slowly, but soon the ‘government’ hounds were in full cry. Hoon and Campbell were out in front. Journalists were encouraged to call the MoD and to state the name of a suspect. Given that experts in the field were few, David Kelly’s identity as a possible source soon emerged. This act of treachery was wrong on two counts. Firstly the confidentiality of the names of public servants in charges of this sort is usually maintained. Secondly, anybody with his ‘security’ attachments should have had his identity concealed both for his sake and for the operational integrity of the establishments. The furore flowing from the ‘outing’ was fierce. The quarry felt the heat of slavering hounds about his neck.

He was called, improperly given his post, before the Foreign Affairs Committee of the House of Commons on the 15th, two days before he ‘walked’. The BBC film of an anxious man wheeling quickly into the elaborate building with his minders was played numerous times and perhaps to reinforce a picture of a man at the end of his tether. Later, at the Hutton Inquiry, it was reported this committee had concluded he was not Gilligan’s source. He was interrogated by the Intelligence and Security Committee the next day. The transcript (12) conveys a picture of a composed and honest man. There is evidence of self-delusion however:-

Howarth How did you arrive at your figure of 30% probability? It is appears to have a kind of exactitude, or is it meant to be merely illustrative?

Kelly Its illustrative, as an estimate

Really Carol? What direction is that? The CBO announced that the deficit dropped 32% in the last seven months of the fiscal year. In 2009 the deficit was 10% of GDP, for the fiscal year 2014 it's projected to be 5.3%. Private sector employment is continuing to grow. Home prices are on the rise leaving fewer home owners under water. Auto sales are up.
So just where are we going that we shouldn't?
Do you even have a clue what you're talking about?
The only reason for the increase in home prices in most areas is low inventory because the volume of home-building has been extremely low for the last six years.

It was not a unanimous vote by the Supreme Court. Seven of nine judges determined their superiority over states' rights.
Justices Byron White and William Rehnquist wrote emphatic dissenting opinions in this case.
White wrote:
"I find nothing in the language or history of the Constitution to support the Court's judgment. The Court simply fashions and announces a new constitutional right for pregnant women and, with scarcely any reason or authority for its action, invests that right with sufficient substance to override most existing state abortion statutes...In my view, the court's judgment is an improvident and extravagant exercise of the power of judicial review that the Constitution extends to this Court."
...Justice White was absolutely correct. The court's decision was an "improvident and extravagant exercise by judicial review".
Seven people took it upon themselves to determine a federal law that involves matters of life and death without any regard to many people's personal beliefs and usurping state's rights and the will of the people.
A law that goes against half the country's beliefs should not be decided by seven people - or even nine people.
What if the majority of judges were extremely conservative and interpreted the Constitution that leaned towards the traditional values of the right?
I'm quite sure you'd be empathetic to how some of us feel about Roe v Wade if the shoe were on the other foot.
Fortunately for you, the shoe was on the left. This time.
Oh, Batty, there you go again. You can cut and paste ancient history all you want, but literate people still see that you did nothing but spam to avoid the obvious: you didn't know what viable meant; you didn't know the wording of Roe V Wade; you didn't understand Wisconsin's or Virginia's medical requirements for abortion, but, yet, you just sling the shit as if you were an expert on all things under heaven...in short, you're a compulsive liar.

On the heels of Republicans trying to repeal ObamaCare for the 39th time, we find out that their actions are contrary to most Americans wishes, even though Speaker Boehner keeps telling the media he’s doing the will of the people. Repealing ObamaCare is what your House of tea-cowed “Representatives” spends 15% of its time doing.

According to a United Technologies/National Journal Congressional Connection Poll released Monday evening, most Americans don’t want Republicans to repeal ObamaCare. Only 36% want it repealed, probably the very same 36% who still think Bush was a great president, believe that Obama is responsible for the bank bailouts of 2008, still think Iraq was connected to 9/11 and believe in WMD. In other words, your basic Fox victim.

Ten Years Ago: The Death of Dr. David Kelly. Murdered on the Orders of Her Majesty’s Government On July 18, 2003, British biowarfare expert and UN weapons inspector David Kelly was found dead on Harrowdown Hill, near his home in Oxfordshire. Ruled a suicide by the official judicial inquiry chaired by Lord Hutton, now a group of British doctors is challenging the Attorney General’s decision not to hold a coroner’s inquest into the death, citing the overlooked, suppressed and modified evidence suggesting Dr. Kelly was murdered.

This is the GRTV Backgrounder on The Death of Dr. David Kelly.

From the outset, there have been questions about the nature and timing of Dr. David Kelly’s death, as well as the official investigation and subsequent inquiry into the events of that day.

As a UN weapons inspector who had been to Iraq dozens of times to investigate allegations of Saddam Hussein’s bioweapons stockpile, Kelly became the centre of attention in the summer of 2003 when he was revealed as the source of a controversial BBC report alleging that the Blair government had “sexed up” its dossier on Iraqi WMD. In the wake of that scandal, he was called to testify before a parliamentary committee investigating the BBC report and was aggressively questioned about his role in the scandal. He was found dead two days later.

We have become a country completely dependent on other nations - countries that go against the very grain of our foundation of protecting freedom and human rights. We once led the way in prosperity and ingenuity but our weakness, dependence and vulnerability is only getting worse.

This doesn't bother anyone?

Are we now just another country on the world stage at the mercy of other nations who are soon to be more powerful and prominent?

Do we no longer stand for anything? Have we voluntarily surrendered already?

This administration seems to be waving a white flag but controlling the people is what they're all about too so, if we do surrender, it will be to their allies.

Obama promised Putin to be "more flexible" after his reelection, so Putin is walking all over him.

China is just laughing at him.

So it shouldn't be too big of a surprise when and if that happens.

Silencing the Outrage: Obama Dog Whistles Over Trayvon
There is an understanding, like the instinct that tells birds where and when to migrate, which tells white people that they ought to rule black people. They profit from white supremacy quite literally and it is part of their natural order. It is accepted and it continues like mass psychosis. It isn’t questioned and keeps black people locked up in jail, and unemployed, and every year it kills more than 300 black people at the hands of cops, security guards and Zimmerman-like vigilantes.

President Barack Obama surely understands this phenomenon. He has made a career out of speaking to white people while pretending to speak to black people. He would never have become president had he not mastered this skill. During his 2008 campaign he never passed up an opportunity to assure white people that their natural order was safe. He ranted that black men were terrible fathers, claimed that the country is “90% of the way” toward equality, called Jeremiah Wright an old crank who should shut up about racism, and so on.

Galt thinks home builders build houses when there are already too many on the market.

There were too many homes on the market & now they are being purchased. Its called fee market. As the inventory of available homes shrink, then builders get more interested in building more.
