LOL-the 'blacks' can't sue if they don't whine--this is why the cities don't bother with the blacks. The cities are tired of getting sued. Community agitators like Barack Hussein O'bama and Jesse Jackass Sr. decided they should sue all the time. Cities can't afford the lawsuits. Blacks run amok is the product of your propaganda piece.

Lord Obama is already posing with commoners (not royalty, like him) claiming credit for this token of his compassion for The Little People.
It dismays me that many people can be bought for $100. We struggle every day under 7.5%+ unemployment FOR GOING ON FIVE YEARS, small businesses folding, unending racial strife, and yet Lord Obama wants us to love him because he is distributing checks for $100.
Most of the refunds will not go the employees, but to the employers who paid the premiums.

If he is, I hope he does the right thing and steps down.
The rest of your post is nonsense. Who cares?
Filner has a long history of forcing himself on numerous women, mostly just grabbing, hugging, kissing, feeling.

So far nothing clearly criminal.

How often this proceeded to sex is not clear.

ROTFLMAO--Today, Detroit is an 82 percent black city (almost 90 percent black in the core of the city)-- it boasts a standard-of-living in 2013 that makes it perhaps the poorest big city in the nation - with some of the highest violent crime rates - which is only a reflection of the type of community its almost entirely black citizenry could create, sustain, and pass on to their children. The next highest citizenry are Arabs. So the Arab Moslems must be keeping the Blacks from voting, there are no white people.

Probably two of the four were doing something wrong and drawing attention to themselves and just wanted to think it was unfair.

Almost everyone who's stopped by the police thinks it's unfair because what they were doing wasn't that bad to deserve a ticket.

If you watch those "caught in the act" shows, you see people of all colors and ages sometimes being abused by the police.

Someone said the other night the social psychology and dynamics within the black community almost invites suspicion and scrutiny.

In many instances, starting out with an attitude ends up with one no matter what the circumstance.

Being overly sensitive and expecting to be treated with kid gloves is not how to earn respect.

Just sayin'.

The Cincinnati IRS "rogue" agents on whom Lois Lerner tried to place blame for the unconstitutional targeting of U.S. citizens testified that they only did what the White House told them to do.
A 48-year retired employee of the IRS, Hull, testified under oath that Lois Lerner gave him specific instructions to send targeted groups' requests as far up the ladder to Chief Counsel, William Wilkens, one of the only two Obama appointees to the IRS.
Hull plainly stated he had never seen anything like this in the 48 years he worked for the IRS.
Back in May, Carney admitted senior White House officials knew about the scrutiny and the targeting of groups with patriotic words in their names, i.e. those who would be perceived as political enemies, months before it became news when Obama claimed he heard it for the first time.
So, apparently, EVERYONE knew this was happening in the White House INCLUDING the Chief Counsel to the President who personally reviewed these requests -- BUT the President of the United States was totally in the dark and unaware any of this was going on right under his nose?
Because if so, the much more disturbing question is WHY didn't he know?? And what ELSE doesn't he know??
It's ALWAYS the job of WH staffers to keep ANY President informed about potential wrongdoings within their own administrations that could possibly turn into a scandal so they WON'T look stupid and uninformed when the crap hits the fan!
Really, people, how dumb do we have to be before we cross the line into just plain stupid territory?
The liberal media is whistling at the ceiling while these new revelations - at least newsworthy of mentioning - are being deliberately ignored.
It's no wonder Lily hasn't heard about the Mayor of San Diego's groping and tongue kissing women on the street.
She doesn't know anything for a reason. It's meant to stay that way too.
We really are in deep doo-doo.

Every senior WH staffer knew this was going on including the President's Chief Counsel who personally reviewed these requests - and the President was the only one unaware.

Presidents are supposed to be informed about potential wrongdoings within their own administrations before it becomes front-page news.

It's possible she will be granted immunity from prosecution and forced to testify again. Right now, the ax is looming over her head as the one that's going to roll.

Hopefully, she will sing like a bird.

Obama ponders canceling Moscow talks with Putin
By JULIE PACE
AP White House Correspondent
WASHINGTON (AP)-- The White House is considering canceling a fall summit between President Barack Obama and Russian President Vladimir Putin in Moscow, a move that would further aggravate the already tense relationship between the two leaders.
The White House is dangling that option over the Russians as Moscow considers a temporary asylum petition from Edward Snowden, the American accused of leaking information about classified U.S. intelligence programs. But officials have privately signaled that scrapping the bilateral talks would also be retaliation for other areas of disagreement with Russia, including its continued support for Syrian President Bashar Assad's attacks against civilians.
Two Republican Senators Lindsay Graham and John McCain have advised that the Obama Administration ought to boycott the Russian Winter Olympics over Russia's continuing military aid to the Assad regime and escalating the Syrian Civil War .

Guess that's why the lazy bastard was supposedly unaware that his IRS Commissioner was persecuting his political opponents.
After his 15-minute daily briefing, WTF else does he do except play golf.
How about putting in a 15-hour day like any other CEO?
You are clearly unaware of management principles.
Hmmmm. So, let's see, if the IRS commissioner has a 15-minute "daily briefing", why did he only visit the White House 30 times? Your math doesn't support your theory.

It really is only common sense that organizations applying for tax-exempt status that chose to use "Tea Party", "Patriots", "Israel", "progressive", "occupy", "9/12 project", "vote", "liberty" etc. in the name, undergo more intense scrutiny. And it only makes sense that groups that could be associated with the Tea party be placed in the "Emerging Issues" category and flagged for additional questioning. After all, those are emerging groups. A person would have to live in a cave not to not recognize that those groups may be engaged in activities that could be construed as political.

For example, "The Wetumpka Tea Party, from Alabama, sponsored training for a get-out-the-vote initiative dedicated to the “defeat of President Barack Obama” while the I.R.S. was weighing its application.

And the head of the Ohio Liberty Coalition, whose application languished with the I.R.S. for more than two years, sent out e-mails to members about Mitt Romney campaign events and organized members to distribute Mr. Romney’s presidential campaign literature."

Issa is a warlock. Plain and simple.

Surely, you don't think an elected official can "feel" and "tongue" female constituents on the streets and stay in office? Whether it's considered "criminal" or not?

Talking about voter suppression, dumbass. Talking about throwing democracy out the window.

But hey, You're aright whiner & you don't care about those things as long as it affects mainly black people.

Inner cities have always been a problem for crime whether the poor sections are occupied by blacks or whites but,, being the racist f*ck you are, you attribute it to being black, not being poor.
