OK, in no particular order:
1)"Stand your Ground" law in Fla has a provision PROHIBITING civil judgements, therefore neither GZ or the association can be successfully sued.
2)Federal judgements are un-enforceable (see OJ), so little thug Trayvon's parents are out of luck trying to freeload on the kid's justifiable homicide.
Don it make ya MAAADD?
Don't let it affect your wood-solid performance out on my lawn, bizitch......:-)
So maybe his defense should have claimed stand your ground rather than self defense? Fenny Bate = world's greatest legal mind...in his own mind.(BTW, Federal Civil Rights judgements puts people in prison, not award damanges.)LMAWAO@U

It's only a matter of time before he gets into another confrontation.
On another note; a man was arrested photographing John Kerry's house, had a gun in his car.
Your an idiot

"Authorities found a pellet gun in the man's car parked near the house and arrested the man on Sunday for having an open container of alcohol, Kerry spokesman Glen Johnson said in a statement."

Try real hard and apply some logic to the scenario. You are in a neighborhood where you don't belong at night in a drizzling rain and see a man on his cellphone obviously describing you to, assumedly, the police. You start to walk towards him but change your mind and run.
Instead of running home, however, you decide to ambush him while he is waiting for someone to arrive - again, assumedly, the police.
Logic would dictate to any clear-thinking person - even a teenager - the man on the cellphone was a resident calling the police because you drew attention to yourself and looked suspicious and was waiting for them to arrive.
Now, assuming you had the ability to think logically, what would you have done? Put yourself as far away from that man and the situation as possible? Or hang around and ambush him?
Remember, your reputation as a logical person is at stake depending on your answer.

As for your census figures, who cares? The negroes kill each other off as fast as they can pump out rats, and the mexicans are WAAAYY better than the negroes.

Besides; the negroes just alienated them by continuing to persecute GZ....

Was his vehicle marked? No
Was Zimmerman wearing a uniform? No
A marked jacket? No
Did he identify himself as security? No
Zimmerman made several mistakes that led to the death of Martin.
To anyone but Zimmerman, he was nothing but a stranger following a kids in the dark.
So what if Hoodieman didn't know Zimmerman was security? Hoodieman acted like he would have normally acted, and got shot for doing what he would naturally do.

If Hoodieman had not attacked Zimmerman, he'd be alive today... unless he was shot somewhere else by some rival gang, of course.

No, according to the evidence, as seen by OTHERS as well, Martin was standing menacingly OVER the ground AND Zimmerman, in a MMA ground and pound stance.

Beyond the boundry of using common sense there as well.

Logical? He may have been hiding, so he wouldn't lead his stalker home with him. No one knows who really struck the first blow except the dead kid and the proven liar. Try for a few more excuses for your racism, Batty Bitty...too bad your declaration that Trayvon was staring at Georgy Pudgy through his living room window was just more of your demented crock.

Not likely. White kids were at home studying for school while Trayvon was out casing houses to B&E.
Statistically speaking, of course:]
'White kids' were experimenting with oxycontin and playing beer pong in the alley because there is nothing else for them to do in the suburbs , no good paying jobs, no money for vocational training schools, no parks to play in, no parents home to talk to or share time with, because Republicans want to shrink our public spaces to leave more freedom for Tucker Carlson's bosses, the 'pimps and hustlers' of Wall Street to operate.

Your outside in view is foggy as a fall morning! You talking about 1 gang war. I grew up in an allPuerto Rican project. We look at eachother like kin. The blood & Latin kings go to war for eachother. Aaron Hernandez ( Hispanic) is a blood. The bloods are apredominately black gang. You're talking about Mexicans from Mexican drug cartels, warring with crips over territory. An isolated incident!

LMAOAU, retarded ginger. A "judgement" can mean many things. A criminal conviction is a "judgement" (but then, you would know all about that from experience).

You're really getting desperate, huh? Do you really think GZ is going to jail after a jury acquittal? Hahaha!!

I love my country. The country we sure used to be.

"We stood up for what was right. We fought for moral reasons, we passed and struck down laws for moral reasons. We sacrificed, we cared about our neighbors, we put our money where our mouths were, and we never beat our chest. We built great big things, made ungodly technological advances, explored the universe, cured diseases, and cultivated the world's greatest artists and the world's greatest economy. We reached for the stars, and we acted like men. We aspired to intelligence; we didn't belittle it; it didn't make us feel inferior. We were able to be all these things and do all these things because we were informed. By great men, men who were revered."
-Newsroom

America is not the greatest country in the world anymore because we are NOT informed, and we revere self-serving liars. We still haven't recognized the problem so we cannot solve the problem.

Our hope to turn things around was an honest man who recognized the problem and believed together we could solve it but who we chose not to lead.

In just less than a year, things have already gotten worse. Our government is less trusted, our health care system is about to take a turn for the worst, our deficit is going to continue to grow, more people are going to become dependent on working taxpayers and more money is going to be taken out of middle class income earners' checks.

Employers are putting off hiring for another year and unemployment will remain stagnant.

Liberal democrats will still create invisible wars between the races, genders and classes to divide us and keep our attention off their failure to lead.

In other words, we're on our own if we don't unseat those in the Senate who still don't recognize the problem. Three more years of the same I fear will be too many.

I hope I'm wrong.

(Had to get this off my chest.)
