Search for Black male suspects in deadly Family Dollar robbery

TAMPA - One of two males wanted in connection to the shooting death of a Tampa Family Dollar store manager Sunday morning is no longer deemed a suspect after speaking with detectives.

According to Tampa Police Det. Chuck Massucci, a male in a hat and wearing white headphones in a surveillance picture released earlier Sunday has been cleared "at this time" after coming forward and giving a statement.

He is now considered a witness and will not be identified.

Possibly You are making it political?
President Obama :
“The death of Trayvon Martin was a tragedy. Not just for his family, or for any one community, but for America,” Obama said.“I know this case has elicited strong passions. And in the wake of the verdict, I know those passions may be running even higher.
But we are a nation of laws, and a jury has spoken.”
And then Eric Holder trots out in front of a camera and says he and the Justice Department are still considering pursuing criminal civil rights charges against George Zimmerman for the death of Trayvon Martin.

Really? This is the job of the Attorney General and the Department of Justice of the United States of America?

And not pursue charges against the Black Panthers for obstructing a voting site?

If you don't think Eric Holder and Barack Obama aren't of the same mind and on the exact same page, you cra-cra.

This administration thrives on racial tension and derisiveness. It keeps our minds off Eric Holder's and Barack Obama's failures to uphold the law and the Constitution of the United States.

You're being played like an old crusty fiddle.

The Points of Light Story

1987: Community advocates found New York Cares.
1989: President George H. W. Bush’s inaugural address invokes the vision of a "thousand points of light," and invites the nation to take action through service to their fellow citizens.
1990: President Bush establishes the Daily Point of Light Award for individuals making a difference. During his administration, President Bush formally recognizes more than 1,000 volunteers as "points of light." He advocates that "points of light" demonstrate how "a neighbor can help a neighbor." The award is now administered by Points of Light.
1990: In response to President Bush’s call to action, Points of Light Foundation is created as an independent, nonpartisan, nonprofit organization to encourage and empower the spirit of service. The new nonprofit extends President Bush's vision, understanding that "what government alone can do is limited, but the potential of the American people knows no limits."

In case any hadn't heard of it Wayyyyyyy PRIOR to today.

The Statue of Liberty's inscription does not read "Send me your selfish, ignorant, greedy and racist bass turds"
Nor does the Declaration of Independence include a qualified "..all men are created equal except those led by Poverty Pimps and Magic Negro's who deserve Affirmative Action handouts, Public Contract set asides and deferred/dissolved punishment for crimes committed"
Of course, these selfish, ignorant, greedy and racist bass turds can't read anyways so all of this is completely lost on them.
Mass ignorance created and nurtured by Liberal Academia is eating America from within.
Leftwing NBC saw the death of Trayvon Martin not as a tragedy but as an opportunity to increase ratings, start a race war and so set about to create the myth that George Zimmerman was a racist and predatory villain.

Since the edited recordings were aired, NBC has claimed that it had not engaged in a "deliberate act to misrepresent," saying instead that the phoney edits had originated out of a desire to shorten the audio for television air-time instead of trying to defame Zimmerman.

NBC has since a three separate people involved with the faked recordings although it has never actually apologized on the air to viewers. That reluctance to apologize may prove very useful to Zimmerman now that his suit against NBC is likely to resume.

NBC recklessly, deliberately claimed that he had used the archaic racial slur coons when referring to some black men who he claimed had successfully burglarized his neighborhood.

This was later demonstrated to be false. Even the prosecution in Zimmerman's criminal case admitted that the word used was punks.

The FBI has reported: No evidence George Zimmerman is racist...
And The Negro wonders why no one cares and Black behavior is the issue, nothing more.

It's the culture...

Harry Reid just announced he's going to change the rules and allow a majority vote in the Senate if Republicans don't approve of Obama's administrative appointees tomorrow.

Reid had no problem with democrats filibustering republican nominees though.

Would someone please give Harry Reid a pacifier and change his diaper? He needs a time out too. These little liberal temper tantrums are becoming quite annoying.

Blocked by a Supreme Court decision from using GPS tracking devices without a warrant, federal investigators and other law enforcement agencies are turning to a new, more powerful and more threatening technology in their bid to spy more freely on those they suspect of drug crimes. That’s leading civil libertarians, electronic privacy advocates, and even some federal judges to raise the alarm about a new surveillance technology whose use has yet to be taken up definitively by the federal courts.

The new surveillance technology is the StingRay (also marketed as Triggerfish, IMSI Catcher, Cell-site Simulator or Digital Analyzer), a sophisticated, portable spy device able to track cell phone signals inside vehicles, homes and insulated buildings. StingRay trackers act as fake cell towers, allowing police investigators to pinpoint location of a targeted wireless mobile by sucking up phone data such as text messages, emails and cell-site information.

When a suspect makes a phone call, the StingRay tricks the cell into sending its signal back to the police, thus preventing the signal from traveling back to the suspect’s wireless carrier. But not only does StingRay track the targeted cell phone, it also extracts data off potentially thousands of other cell phone users in the area.

Although manufactured by a Germany and Britain-based firm, the StingRay devices are sold in the US by the Harris Corporation, an international telecommunications equipment company. It gets between $60,000 and $175,000 for each Stingray it sells to US law enforcement agencies.

This president and Eric Holder are making the Zimmerman case political instead of about law and order.
By commenting on this case at the federal level, this president ignores the violence against blacks by other blacks in his home city of Chicago.
Homer, why would this president concentrate on a state and local case in Florida to pump up a racially charged and anti-gun control agenda and not say a word about the number of gang deaths in Chicago?
Some of you may not know this, but there have been more deaths in gang-related violence in Chicago than fatalities in Afghanistan.
Why, oh why, you might ask, does this president and Eric Holder spend so much time focusing on this one case in Florida and not even mention all the deaths in Chicago in their home state?
Homer? Anyone?
i can't answer that question but i have one of my own.

why did FOX spend so much time defending Zimmerman?

in the process coming nowhere near to politicizing the issue.

yeah right.

so tell us carol...why is only one side allowed to get away with playing the game?

come on carol, display some of that fair and balanced thinking.

Good news for America
President Obama will spend part of Monday paying tribute to one of his Republican predecessors.
The president and first lady Michelle Obama welcome ex-president George H.W. Bush and former first lady Barbara Bush to a White House ceremony to recognize the Points of Light volunteer program.
"Points of Light — the world's largest organization dedicated to volunteer service — mobilizes millions of people to take action that is changing the world and recognizes individuals who are making a difference through service and volunteerism," the White House schedule says.
The first President Bush established the program in 1989.
While honoring Bush, President Obama plans to announce the creation of a federal task force "to identify additional ways that the public and private sectors can partner together to support national service as a strategy for tackling national priorities."
Monday's ceremony at the White House includes recipients of the 5,000th Daily Point of Light Award: Floyd Hammer and Kathy Hamilton, a retired couple of farm owners from Union, Iowa, whose non-profit organization delivers free meals to children suffering from hunger in more than 15 countries, including the USA.
The Obamas will have lunch with the Bushes and members of their family.
Bush's visit comes two weeks after Obama met with former president George W. Bush during a trip to Africa.
It just served to remind me how much I miss the America we once were - when we were told we were a compassionate and giving nation who cared about each other from a personal standpoint because we were - and not the collective conscience of a government-controlled agenda.

The police surveillance video shown on ABC showed a fairly slender George Zimmerman the night of the attack.
Zimmerman is reportedly 5'8" and weighed 170 pounds on the night of the attack.
The police estimated Trayvon at 6'0" and 160 pounds when they wrote the police report the night he was shot. This was probably a conservative estimate as his family has reported his height at 6'2".
Get your facts straight, ma'am.
Lyin biotch.

ME report says Trayvon was 158 and 5'11"

Report from George's physician logged at 11:15AM the next day puts George at 204 and 5'7 1/2" so while Trayvon was taller, George was heavier by nearly 50 lbs. Ms Folgate also testified to George's injuries including that his nose was likely not broken.

Who was prescribing George's meds? Folgate is a physicians assistant and the walk in clinic is operated by a D.O.

George was using adderall at the maximum daily dose and Temazepam, of course to sleep___uppers and downers in combination with who knows what else. Crazy stuff eh? Of course the 17 year old smoked some weed, a bit showing in his blood sample.

Hah, it's no wonder George couldn't remember where he was at while talking to the dispatcher.

"Could ya just tellem to call me when they get here?"

"OK, yeah, sure George, I'll havem call ya."
