Mindless minions.
Recently, I watched a video of a gentleman gathering signatures on a petition to repeal the Bill of Rights. Americans were signing it, right and left, even though he made it clear it was to REPEAL the Bill of Rights! It seemed the key phrase was: "It will help O'bama ...." That leads me to believe the "O'bama Cult" is alive and well. In a country as illiterate, as sick, as America is today -- that is a dangerous thing,-- VERY dangerous, indeed! Every liberal on this thread would sign up-Just mention O'bama and they lose any common sense they ever had.

Missouri leaders are facing pressure to remove a bust of conservative radio host Rush Limbaugh from the state capitol building.
A petition asking Gov. Jay Nixon (D), Lt. Gov. Peter Kinder (R) and the state Legislature to "flush Rush" out of the state Capitol's hall of fame has garnered over 5,000 signatures on Change.org .
"We need to remove a man's image who makes it his priority to demean women, people of color, immigrants, the working class and the LGBT community," the petition reads. "He is not a positive example for Missouri."

If you were walking through a housing complex where you didn't live at nighttime when it was drizzling and you knew you probably looked like you didn't belong there and saw a resident watching you who was on the phone and assumed the police was on the other end, would you hang around and wait for the resident get in his car and drive to another part of the complex to ambush him or get the hell out of there?
Why didn't Martin go straight home the minute he saw Zimmerman on the phone while he was still in his house?
Once he left the complex, he would no longer look like he didn't belong there because, technically, he didn't.
Sorry, Batty, but your usual misplaced modifier construction especially present when your getting into your nightly cups makes this impossible to understand. E.G. How did he see Zimmerman on the phone when he was still in his house? If he was new to the complex where his father lived, how would he belong better outside that complex with which he was totally unfamiliar...methinks your just getting in touch with your inner racist.

The Los Angeles Times reports:

Janet Napolitano, the U.S. secretary of Homeland Security and former governor of Arizona, is being named as the next president of the University of California system, in an unusual choice that brings a national-level politician to a position usually held by an academic. Her appointment also means the 10-campus system will be headed by a woman for the first time in its 145-year history.

Napolitano’s nomination by a committee of UC regents came after a secretive process that insiders said focused on her early as a high-profile, although untraditional, candidate who has led large public agencies and shown a strong interest in improving education.

UC officials believe that her Cabinet experiences –- which include helping to lead responses to hurricanes and tornadoes and overseeing some anti-terrorism measures -- will help UC administer its federal energy and nuclear weapons labs and aid its federally funded research in medicine and other areas.

A little more than half of American voters attribute gridlock in Washington to Republican obstructionism and not President Barack Obama's inability to persuade, a poll released Friday found.

According to the latest survey from Quinnipiac University, 51 percent of voters believe gridlock is mainly a result of the congressional GOP's determination to block any of Obama's initiatives. A mere 35 percent blamed gridlock on Obama's lack of "personal skills to convince leaders of Congress to work together."

http://livewire.talkingpointsmemo.com/entry/p...

so 35% of us are Republicans.
