A federal judge on Wednesday refused to block a Colorado state law limiting the capacity of ammunition magazines, KMGH reported.

U.S. District Judge Marcia Krieger would not issue an injunction because the law had already taken effect, according to KMGH.

Sheriffs from 54 Colorado counties -- most of them rural and gun-friendly -- filed a complaint in May in federal court in Denver, arguing that the ban on magazines holding more than 15 rounds violated their Second Amendment rights, according to KMGH. The suit did not seek an injunction against a background check provision in the same law.

Sahara Walsh, 29, says Quintano Downes jumped into the backseat of the car at 3:50 a.m. on April 18 and demanded a ride.

When Walsh — a buxom physical fitness model with ripped abs and toned legs — and her friend refused, Downes allegedly lost it.

Downes, 46, punched her, dragged her out of the car by her hair, punched and stomped her on the sidewalk, ripped off her blouse exposing her breast, called her a "B---h!" and dragged her down the street, causing her to lose her shoes, court papers allege.

Walsh filed a $100,000 lawsuit in Manhattan Supreme Court on Tuesday.

Walsh could not be reached for comment but her mother, Lynn Walsh, slammed Downes as part of Harlem's "entitled, new rich elite" and praised her daughter's courage.

"This has really changed her life," Walsh said of Sahara who is out of town.

Walsh said her daughter had never met Downes but the driver of the car was a mutual friend.

She said the two women were sitting in the car chatting in front of her daughter's Lenox Avenue building when the incident occurred.

Walsh said Downs lives in a townhouse two blocks from where the alleged assault took place at Lenox Ave. and W. 122 St.

"His reaction was way over the top. It was irrational," she said. "He's an ex-Marine. She is a fitness expert but she weighs 98 pounds. He really had to take a 98 pound girl and mop the sidewalk with her?”

After the alleged assault, Downes walked toward his home.

Walsh said her barefoot, bleeding, hysterical daughter limped after Downes for several blocks, all the while screaming, "Please! Stop this man!!"

Downes was arrested after a man who witnessed the attack called 911, according to Walsh's lawyer, Edgar DeLeon.

Downes — who was released without bail after being charged with assault and harrassment — did not return calls left at his home or his office on Wall Street where he works for Kipling Jones. He is due back in Manhattan Criminal Court next month.

Walsh says in court papers that she is a self employed fitness model and the incident which left her with scars on her knees and a clump of missing hair that have resulted in lost income.

Her mother said, "She's still shaken up."

You idiots keep talking about others wanting communism and using it as a threat. Well son. you sure did learn well from your 1930's German masters.
You seem to be refusing to answer the post. I'll remind you of the post you're avoiding answering. Here it is again. Note the question "which war(s)".

Please elaborate, son. Which war(s) are you talking about?
What war(s) caused the explosion of the number of modern economies in the world in, oh, say, 1970 through 1980?
Let's review:
Capitalism is good, and it is consistent with human instinct.
Communism is bad, and it is diametrically opposed to human instinct. That's why communism fails every goddam time it's been tried in history.
Yup. Capitalism lifted the world out of the stone age it was in in the past century when there were less than a dozen modern economies in the world, and if you had change in your pocket you were among the 10 percent wealthiest people in the world.
That changed after the United States became the most significant influence in the world, defeated the communist global domination agenda, and you can go anywhere in the world and see for yourself the wonderful effects of capitalism.
Or, you can go to North Korea or Vietnam or Cuba and see the effects of communism, the last communist countries on the planet.
And you clowns want to institute communism here. You can't get stupider than that.

No problem.

The sheriffs can just decline to enforce the law, just like Obama with ObamaKKKare.

Until they recall a few Democrats and change the law.

(Note that common lever-action .22 caliber target rifles hold more than 15 rounds in the magazine.)

Kids shoot themselves and you l.l.w want to ban guns. A Dr. Gosnell can murder children and not a peep.

You're crazy.

When Former President George W. Bush can make you look bad, you’re in deep doo-doo as Dick Cheney would say.

Wednesday morning, the former president spoke at a naturalization ceremony for new citizens held at his presidential library in Dallas, Texas. He managed to poke a big stick in House Republicans’ eyes by saying,“During the debate, we keep a benevolent spirit in mind, and we understand the contributions immigrants make to our country.”

A “benevolent spirit” and House Republicans do not go together. Ever. These are the folks elected by those who cheer the death of the uninsured and blindly hate immigrants.

....House Republicans are still desperately searching for any excuse not to pass immigration reform, except the truth. This debate threatens to expose the inner civil war of the GOP within the House, and thereby reveal the Republicans as the entire reason nothing gets done in DC, as well as killing their party with Hispanics for a generation. If John kick-the-can-down-the-road Boehner thinks he can blame the House failure on ObamaCare, he’s only fooling himself and his base.

It's not even close bro! Now like I've stated earlier, Americas population has outgrown the workforce or available jobs.
