What about the medical examiner testimony that the gun was against Saint Trayvon's hoodie, but the hoodie was several inches from Saint Trayvon's body?
Good. It shouldn't be. That's what bothered me the most at the beginning. If that had been part of the defense and Zimmerman had gotten off because of it, pandemonium could have very well ensued in Florida.

they Should because the Liberals on the SCOTUS ruled that there is no Constitutional Right to Social Security or even Medicare because of the simple fact that both are based on a tax as stated in the case of Flemming v. Nestor in 1960.

Social Security’s Sham Guarantee

By Michael D. Tanner

May 29, 2005

How many times during the recent debate over Social Security reform have you heard someone refer to Social Security’s “guaranteed benefit”? The AARP says “Social Security is the guaranteed part of your retirement plan.” Nancy Pelosi, the Democratic leader in the House, touts the system’s “guaranteed retirement benefit.” The liberal activist group ProtectYourCheck.org , headed by former Clinton chief of staff Harold Ickes, is running ads calling Social Security “a guarantee you earned.”

But Social Security benefits are not guaranteed.

They are not guaranteed legally because workers have no contractual or property rights to any benefits whatsoever. In two landmark cases, Flemming v. Nestor and Helvering v. Davis, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled that Social Security taxes are not contributions or savings, but simply taxes, and that Social Security benefits are simply a government spending program, no different than, say, farm price supports. Congress and the president may change, reduce, or even eliminate benefits at any time.

Is There a Right to Social Security?

By Michael D. Tanner

November 25, 1998

You worked hard your whole life and paid thousands of dollars in Social Security taxes. Now it’s time to retire. You’re legally entitled to Social Security benefits, right? Wrong. There is no legal right to Social Security, and that is one of the considerations that may decide the coming debate over Social Security reform.

Many people believe that Social Security is an “earned right.” That is, they think that because they have paid Social Security taxes, they are entitled to receive Social Security benefits. The government encourages that belief by referring to Social Security taxes as “contributions,” as in the Federal Insurance Contribution Act. However, in the 1960 case of Fleming v. Nestor, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled that workers have no legally binding contractual rights to their Social Security benefits, and that those benefits can be cut or even eliminated at any time.

Warren Court(Liberal Majority 1953 - 1969)

The Warren Court refers to the Supreme Court of the United States between 1953 and 1969, when Earl Warren served as Chief Justice. Warren led a liberal majority that used judicial power in dramatic fashion, to the consternation of conservative opponents. The Warren Court expanded civil rights, civil liberties, judicial power, and the federal power in dramatic ways.

If I'm not mistaken, that's the same church past presidents have attended while in office.

Where was he supposed to go? Rev. Wright's church?

"...Zimmerman's injuries were not consistent with having his head "slammed" " means what? That he injured himself to fake it?
The Prosecution has been scraping the bottom of the barrel for anything to make Eric Racist Holder happy but all for naught so far.
Don't kill the messenger. What it means, ACCORDING TO THE MEDICAL EXAMINER...not me, is that Zimmerman may have lied when he said Trayvon slammed his head repeatedly.

Medical Examiner: "The injuries are so minor and to me, slamming implies great force." She also said the injuries to Zimmerman were consistent with just "one impact" not several.

The jury will have to decide how to weigh that testimony. Unlike you, they will not sweep it under the rug. See, I have no dog in this fight. I don't care if Zimmerman is guilty or innocent which means I can keep an open mind and observe the proceedings without prejudging the outcome. You'd be surprised by what you learn when you see the whole picture.

And, just for the record, I find your reference to Eric Holder idiotic and pathetic.
